Beautiful 5BR/4.5 bath house with pool/hot tub. Ocean/Waterway views sleeps 16

This beautiful third row home has some of the best views on the island. Even though it is third row, there is only one house between you and the ocean. The reverse floor plan allows for stunning views of the ocean and intracoastal waterway. Enjoy a wide beach that was re-nourished in 2017 and is located near the East end of the island.

Enjoy beautiful ocean views as you sit in the living room on the top floor while watching TV on a new 55 inch HDTV. The open floor plan includes the kitchen and dining area that accommodates 10 people at the dining room table with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped for the family that chooses to cook. The master bedroom is located just off the living room. With access to the front deck, you can enjoy waterway views or watch the deer that visit daily. After a long day at the beach or golfing, you can relax in the hot tub or take a swim in your private pool.

The bottom floor has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with tv and cable. Three bedrooms have two full beds in each room. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom in this house has a water view.

Huge Whirlpool Duet front loading washer and dryer are located on the bottom floor.

Private pool with fenced in back yard for those times when you don't want to go to the beach. Equipped with lounge chairs and tables and a gas grill for family cookouts.

Your beach home is beautiful. One of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. We had a couple very minor issues that were addressed immediately. The beds were comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. Would highly recommend this vacation rental!

Our family stayed here for the first time in Ocean Isle. The owners were super friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful home with everything you need. Ocean Isle Beach Week

This was our first time visiting Ocean Isle and it was a great place to stay! We enjoyed the less crowded beaches and the temperature was much better during our week versus Surfside just one hour south. With the much milder temps we thoroughly enjoyed the property’s hot tub!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here and it was super convenient to the beach. Just a simple walk around the corner. The pool was nice and everything was clean. Wonderful property for our group of two families- 4 adults 6 children ages 5-14. Comfortable bedrooms, a very spacious kitchen, two huge decks facing the ocean … hot tub and pool were used every day, walk to beach was a quick one and at this end of OIB not terribly crowded. Only complaint was we didn’t book a longer stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and that is important for our group, because we typically cook and eat most meals at the places we rent. Wonderful rental

I am an insurance agent in Shallotte. My wife and I have lived in Shallotte/Ocean Isle since 1994. I have been coming to Ocean Isle Beach since I was a child and I think it's the best beach anywhere around. Very family oriented.

Why they chose this property

This property is one of the few on the island that offers views of the ocean and the waterway. On the front deck, you can see the Ocean Isle Beach bridge all the way east to Shallotte Point. The reverse floor plan and location of this house gives you beautiful ocean views not normally found with a third row house. There have been days when we saw schools of dolphins jumping in the ocean and then walk to the front side and see herds of deer. Not too many places on earth to witness that!!

What makes this property unique

The reverse floor plan that offers stunning views and the private pool and large deck space invite you to enjoy this house and this island as it was meant to be. Across the street is a nature trail with boardwalks that wind through the marsh and take you to the end of the island.
