Lovely holiday apartment in the La Senia development in Javea. Close to the Arenal beach, the Port and the old town.

This modern-feel apartment sleeps 4 people, with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and is situated in the tranquil grounds of the La Senia development. La Senia is a secure, gated development, ideal for families, and the grounds are beautifully maintained and landscaped. There are 2 pools (one of which is only a few metres from the garden gate), and is quiet and relaxing, even in peak season.

A few minutes walk from the apartment are some wonderful beachside bars and restaurants. Also within walking distance is the nearby Port, Marina, Old Town as well as the famous Arenal beach with it's many family-friendly bars and restaurants.
The closest beach is pebbled, and is where the beach bars and 'chiringuitos' are located. The beach at the Port is also pebbled and the Arenal beach is a beautiful sandy beach.

The apartment comes with dedicated underground parking, lift access to the apartment, modern air conditioning in both bedrooms plus your own private garden with gated access the pool area.

This apartment is modern with a homely feel - the kitchen is well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven, kettle, microwave), and the living room has TV with UK TV (via Magbox) and local channels, plus a DVD player and selection of DVD's and a bluetooth speaker system. We also have 100Mb fibre optic broadband.

Convenient located Apartment - just a short walk down to the beach. Small supermarket across the road, perfect for drinks and topping up. Great communication for check in and the local area, would recommend.

Great place, with everything you need, nice pool and close to the beach

Lovely apartment to stay. Terrace and garden (with sunbeds) are great to sit and relax (stays cool), location is perfect in the middle of Javea (beach Arenal, beachfront and harbour on walking distance. The apartment is very good equipped, bed/chair for children was provided, very clean and has all practicalities you need for a holiday (even some beach equipment like chairs and towels)

Fabulous stay

We enjoy a long stay in javea every year and booked for six weeks. The accommodation is clean and modern with every facility needed. Short walk along the seafront to javea port or the arenal and a seafront bar and restaurant a five minute walk away. Excellent communication from our host and property manager. Simply could not fault it.

Fantastic holiday in Javea. Apt in a great location in the middle of the triangle of the beach 🏝️ port 🚤 and old town. Most of the restaurants were brilliant and definitely plenty going on for all ages. Keith was very good communicating arrangements before arrival. Would definitely return

Of all the holiday apartments I've been in over the years, this was undoubtedly the best one. We loved the space indoors having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for ourselves and our children, but most of all the outdoor dining table we enjoyed a lot. The kids were very happy with the pool right outside the garden fence. The city of Javea and its surroundings are very pleasant too, including the nice bars and restaurants in the harbor and the sandy beach in Arenal. I highly recommend this place for a great holiday!

A fabulous apartment

We really enjoyed our stay, here. It is a bright, cool and comfortable property. The fact that the pool was a few metres from the garden was perfect for nipping in and out for a dip. It was very hot so the proximity of the pool was very welcome. Communication with the owner from the start has been excellent. We would definitely return. I would encourage anyone who may be interested in this location to book!

Great property

Lovely ground floor apartment, nice secluded garden / terrace area with plenty of room to sunbathe or sit in the shade. Direct access to the pool . The kitchen was well equipped , the en-suite bathroom has a lovely walk in shower. Underground parking was handy to keep the car cool. Great location for supermarkets and a 10 / 15 walk to bars and restaurants. Communication during and after booking was excellent with Keith the owner.

Fabulous appartment with everything you neef

Very clean and spacious appartment. The best you can get. The amazing swimmingpool is just a few steps away from the well equipped garden. Little chairs for the swimminpool and beach are available. very luxurious. In the port are lots of fine restaurants and it’s a nice walk. Thanks Keith for your hospitality and quick answers. We really hope to come back another time. We had a lovely stay 👍

Second visit to this LOVELY apartment

This is our second time staying here …. It is just perfect …. Good sized rooms … Aircon in Lounge and bedrooms … English TV ….. everything you could need ….. good outside space and plenty of shade … About 30 steps away from the pool which is the most amazingly refreshing pool and in a beautiful setting …. There were children in the pool at times but we found plenty of time when the children were eating or siesta time (Spanish children) when we could swim without children and sometimes we had the pool to ourselves…. Underground car park keeps the car cool and we LOVE how safe the place feels because the security is brilliant… Julie (the person who meets you there) looks after you well and is always contactable There is an iceland shop walking distance and numerous supermarkets to choose from a short drive away but our fave for quality was “Mercadona” We visited Moriara and Denia and Calpe … all gorgeous …. Javea Port is beautiful and we eat out in numerous restaurants… Deffo visit “Acqua” on L’arenal …. AMAZING food and my Husband had their Mixed Grill on a hot plate and Loved it so much we eat there again …. If you love mixed grill its a MUST…. Bacchus is also amazing for steak on a hot stone …. And also “The Wok” … all you can eat for €15.95 … Their Hot and sour soup is the best Ive ever had and the staff are brilliant… “Lancashire Bruja” do a brilliant English Breakfast although they do get very busy as its popular … AMAZING HOLLIDAY. ❤️

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines dans ce magnifique appartement qui correspond tout à fait à l'annonce, bien lumineux et propre. Résidence est très calme et sécurisée. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine qui se trouve seulement à deux pas de l'appartement dans un cadre magnifique. A coté de résidence on trouve différents supermarchés, bars et restaurants qui conviendrons à tous les gouts. Merci à la propriétaire, Mme Keith, qui a été toujours à l'écoute et très facilement joignable pour répondre à toutes nos questions et merci à Julie pour son accueil. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, rundum gut.

Gepflegte Wohnung in gemütlicher Wohnanlage, praktisch gelegen, mit Strandpromenade, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Dank Klimaanlage und Pool direkt vor der Gartentür auch im heißen spanischen Sommer noch angenehm. So kann man Jávea, mit seinen vielen Möglichkeiten bestens genießen.

Good central location for walking to port, old town and beach areas. Clean and modern, reliable wifi. Central heating (important for winter stays) as well as aircon for hot weather. The complex and the apartment itself felt secure and peaceful. Very helpful owner who responds quickly to any questions. Hope to stay here again.

Five days in July

The apartment had everything needed for four people. Clean and quite. Supermarket on the other side of the complex. Walking distance to the beach and the lovely village of Javea. If we go to Javea we likely will return here again.
