Vacation in Paris

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen, including a washing machine. Location is within walking distances of many shops and restaurants. Owner was great.

Amazing appartment and location

We enjoyed our stay in our appartment at Rue Dunois very much. We were welcomed with champaign by the friendly owner and the appartment is great. Also the location is great: in a quiet part of south Paris, but with many places nearby to go out, shopping or for a nice walk. Public transport within 5 minutes walking gets you everywhere in Paris fast. In short: a TOP venue.

Very comfortable and quiet apartment. Convenient for all amenities and metro .

We were an adult family group of five staying for nine days in October for sightseeing and the rugby . This is a lovely apartment and was perfect for our requirements . Good communication with the owner Pascal who even left a bottle of champagne on our arrival . Entirely trouble free holiday and sad to leave .

Great, well located 3 double bedroom apartment

We had a great week staying in Pascal's apartment over October Half Term 2015. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the 3 bedroom apartment was ideal for our stay and was very homely and comfortable. Each bedroom has a double bed in it, which did mean that our 2 boys had to share a double bed. Which they moaned about for the first night, but were fine after that. The facilities in the apartment were considerable with full cooking facilities, cable TV, DVD player and wifi. Not that we watched much TV, but the internet was very useful. There was a welcome bottle of Champagne, perfume and use of dressing gowns waiting for us on arrival, which was nice. The Metro was only 2 minutes walk away and it is close to the river for a pleasant stroll into the centre. There's a few local restaurants that were pretty good and a lot cheaper than the more touristic restaurants in the centre. There's plenty of smart supermarkets near by as well. We drove across to Paris which was pretty straight forward ( 3 hours from Calais ) as the apartment is located just off the Peripherique. The parking space in the underground car park was massive and really convenient. ( As long as you remember to use the remote control from the bottom of the slope to get out ! ). We didn't drive around Paris itself, but did drive over to EuroDisney one day and it was a doddle driving pretty much on one motorway the whole way. The UK October Half Term week is probably not the best week to visit Paris to see attractions, as it was so busy with long queues everywhere. A lot worse than summer ! We went to the Eiffel Tower later on and walked up to reduce the wait. Pascal was away when we stayed, but his family were great meeting us on arrival and seeing us off. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

Wie das eigene zuhause!

Wir hatten eine super Woche in Pascals Wohnung. Es war alles reichlich vorhanden, die Geräte funktionierten, das Bett war zwar hart, aber wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Pascal erklärte alles mit viel Geduld. Er ist ein einmaliger Gastgeber. Er ist sehr freundlich und großzügig!

Merci à nos hôtes pour la location de cet appartement très accueillant, clair, confortable et bien chauffé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La ligne 14 passant aussi non loin de là, nous a permis de pouvoir nous déplacer aisément.

Merveilleux!

The apartment is located about 5 minutes walk from the Metro and 2 minutes to nearest large supermarket with a bakery. The area is quiet but has a few restaurants within walking distance. We tried Ginos at the end of the road (delicious!). The metro line links well to all the main sights of Paris. If you're considering driving to Disneyland the route is very easy, roughly 35 mins. The apartment is well equipped whilst the three bedrooms are spacious and the beds have very comfortable mattresses. We found Pascal to be very helpful throughout and we were showed round by his son who gave us the information we need as well as a bottle of champagne to get our visit off to a great start. We recommend this apartment and would definitely want to stay here again. Thanks Pascal and Robin.

Parfait et tout à fait conforme aux photos

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Paris, et le logement y est pour beaucoup. Nous avons apprécié les échanges avec le propriétaire pour préparer notre séjour, l'accueil très agréable et souriant, la propreté de l'appartement, du linge, de la vaisselle et les petites attentions à notre arrivée. L'appartement est très bien équipé et tout fonctionnait bien, on se sent vite comme à la maison. Peu de bruit dans l'appartement et quartier agréable et pratique. A proximité, les lignes de métro 6 et 14 pour se rendre très vite dans le centre de Paris.

great family apartment!

A lovely comfortable apartment just a few minutes walk from the metro. With plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children the flat is light and airy and well equipped. The owner is extremely helpful and considerate and we were even welcomed with champagne! The listing was very accurate and everything was exactly as we expected it to be. There are good Chinese and Italian restaurants right by the apartment as well as a bakery for those morning croissants (to be eaten in the sunshine on the balcony of course!). A large Casino supermarket is also very close by. We were delighted with our stay and felt very much at home - we didn't want to leave! We would certainly recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay there again in the future.

Séjour de rêve

Notre séjour s'est bien passé. L'appartement est fonctionnel et peut accueillir confortablement notre famille de 5 personnes ( 3 adultes et 2 enfants ). Les restaurants et supermarchés sont à proximité. Idem pour la station de métro. Le propriétaire est fort aimable, serviable, et sympathique. Nous y reviendrons volontiers lors d'une prochaine escapade à Paris.

Большая красивая квартира, чистая и ухоженная. 6 человек разместились без проблем (4 взрослых и 2 детей). Близко от метро, немного дальше - электричка RER линии С, идущая прямо в Версаль. Недалеко большой супермаркет и круглосуточный магазинчик, кафе, рестораны. Хозяин нас встретил в квартире бутылкой шампанского, всё показал, был очень любезен. Большое спасибо, Паскаль! Чтобы послать письмо владельцу с британского Хоумэвэй нужно заходить через британский прокси, иначе не отошлёт. Commentaires sur ce logement du 13e à Paris

Nous étions 4 adultes et un enfant à occuper ce joli logement du 26 décembre au 2 janvier 2014. Ce logis est très agréable, fonctionnel, très bien aménagé et proche de toutes les commodités. À notre arrivée, le propriétaire avait tout mis en place pour notre confort et nous avait même réservé quelques agréables surprises. Puisqu’il ne pouvait être présent sur place lors de notre séjour, M Thomas nous a mis en contact avec son fils et Mme Duclos, une très gentille voisine de pallier. Le fils de M Thomas a même accepté de nous rencontrer plus tôt que prévu et très tôt le matin de notre départ afin de nous donner plus de latitude pour notre vol. Je recommande chaleureusement cet endroit.

Séjour très réussi

Cet appartement est très bien situé, il est spacieux, lumineux, tout équipé, bien situé. Il permet de découvrir Paris en marchant le long des quais de la Seine, en 10 minutes on est aux pieds de notre Dame... ou en métro à 3 minutes de la location. Le propriétaire est très accueillant , le lieux est très calme . Nous avons passés un magnifique séjour.

The apartment is very vast and ..........

The apartment is very vast and purchases enough place for a bigger family (we were 4 adults). The apartment is centrally located and has a metro station and many groceries shops next to it. The balcony is exposed to the south-east, so it doesn't get too hot in summer. There is a safe parking lot in the basement which is also suitable for bigger cars (we have a VW Sharan). The landlord is a very nice and understanding person. He took his time to explain everything accurately (he even measured the parking lot and send photos to see if our car would fit) like the procedure of contract, payment etc. He as well greeted us at the apartment and put a bottle of champagne in the fridge to welcome us. We can highly recommend to book this apartment and we would be happy to come back some day :-)
