When we check out, we obsessively inspect everything, especially the bathroom! The toilet, which is also a bidet, is perfect, even with the Geberit cistern flush! The sink faucet delivers plenty of hot and cold water! The shower works perfectly with the "onion" that delivers hot and cold pressurized water in the quantities you request, and the shower tray siphon quickly eliminates spilled water. What does central mean? That on foot without wasting time at stops waiting for the bus, you can already find the best tourist spots in Rome! Then the apartment has all the comforts: two comfortable bedrooms with double bed or single beds, as you choose. Full bathroom with shower. Bright apartment, panoramic, with independent heating or air conditioning. Fast internet and personalized check-in. Super equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer! You can also enter in the morning at 10:00, leave your luggage, take the keys and come back at the end of the cleaning. Two examples: 5 minutes walk to the Vatican and 10 minutes walk to Piazza Navona! Without having to get on the Buses you can already visit many interesting points of Rome on foot! Apartment completely renovated in 2011. Bright, panoramic. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower, super-equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, table, SAT TV. Safety must be understood not only towards you guests, but also towards the apartments near the one you guests occupy. The importance of having fewer electrical appliances running - when people are away from the house - is fundamental. In fact, the Off/On key when leaving the house allows you to leave only the essentials running, the refrigerator and the heating (in winter). All the lights will be turned off automatically, even the modem will not be in operation. When the guest returns home, they can turn on the powerful Daikin air conditioning system which, with 5 fan coils, in 5/6 minutes maximum will bring the temperature inside the house so low that a wool blanket will be needed to cover themselves in bed. Perhaps the customer is not aware that tourist taxes are imposed by the State where tourists intend to stay! And tourist taxes must be paid in cash. I cannot replace the Italian State, just as other foreigners cannot replace the State where they reside to advertise (how? No one knows!) which taxes must be known and paid by guests staying in various Hotels or Holiday Homes.
