Our first time to Indian Rocks Beach far exceeded our expectations! The area is absolutely beautiful, and the condo exceeded all of our needs! We hope to make this an annual (or more frequently) trip!

This is a roomy, comfortable and homey condo. Clean & to date. Perfect view and clean to beach.We had terrible weather but hope to go back when the sun returns. Lots of rain but found things to do.

We really enjoyed our stay at Island Sands. The host was quick to communicate, very easily reachable and accommodating. The condo was clean, updated, and provided plenty of space for our party. The location was fantastic and walkable to many restaurants. We will not hesitate to book again for our next trip to Indian Rocks.

Perfect Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at this property and we will likely be back again in the future. Everything is as described, the location is perfect, the beach is amazing, and there are great restaurants nearby. This unit is best suited for two couples traveling together, since both bedrooms have king beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay!

We've stayed here several times. Love the unit, love the location, love the beach. Very convenient to a lot of restaurants if you want to go out, has a grill if you want to cook in. Nice pool area too. Will definitely stay here again. :-)

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Our favorite part was the balcony that looks right on the beach. The sunsets were gorgeous. The stretch of beach near the condo was never busy during our late July stay.

Loved the condo but will definitely not be working through Vrbo as of their new ridiculous fee structure. Look elsewhere for a vacation rental!

We just returned from a one week trip. We had a fantastic time. We sat on the balcony every evening to watch the sunset and spent time at the pool during the day. The beds were comfortable. And the kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice that they provided beach chairs and umbrellas even though we did not utilize those.
