We had a great stay. Our host was there to greet us and show us around the apartment. The apartment is well equipped and very cozy. There is a Monoprix across the street for easy grocery shopping as well. The metro is a five minute walk.

Lovely stay!

The apartment was well stoked and furnished with everything you need to feel at home. It was close to the metro and directly across the street from a grocery store which was very convenient. The host was friendly and very responsive. We were confused about the washer and he was there in five minutes to help us out.

Real Gem of a place!

Fantastic apartment! Clean, well appointed, and great location. The host was very friendly, great communication and was so helpful. Made our stay in Paris so much fun. Would very much recommend this as a place to stay.

2 separate bedrooms which is what we needed, full kitchen and laundry which was great. Close to amenities.

Great family stay

This is a great stay for a young family. Our kids loved the bunk beds. You can buy groceries right across the street, the metro is close, and we found some good restaurants in the neighborhood. Ninh is a great host and very responsive to questions and anything you might need.

Quiet Gem in Paris

Wonderful stay. Easy to access from public transport. Quiet neighborhood, with grocery and other amenities very close by. Easy check in and check out. Great communication with host. Would certainly stay again.

Great location and accomodations

This property was fun to stay in with a family with two kids. The bunk beds were a hit. The clothes washer came in vary handy as this was a stop in the middle of a trip. The convenience of a grocery store across the street, several restaurants in the area, and two metro stops nearby make this accommodation a great selection!

The apartment is really clean, spacious and affordable, we liked the location and it’s so easy to jump on the metro to get around. The host is very kind and responsive, I recommend staying there especially if you prefer to be not in a tourist area, and there’s lots of places to eat nearby

It a great stay, and Ninh was an amazing host! We really enjoyed the space and it was perfect for the four of us. Ninh was extremely responsive the whole time, and went above and beyond to help us out. The location is amazing - a three minute walk to the metro.

Perfect place in a great location

A well equipped and homy apartment that was in the perfect location, close to restaurants, transportation and the canal st Martin. Ninh the host was most welcoming and personable. Super prompt communication. We loved our stay there and would go again anytime! Highly recommend.
