About Mary Sigel
Thank you for your interest in renting my home for a vacation in beautiful and historic Cape May. 710 Corgie Street is available weekly in the Summer Season and as a weekend or weeklong getaway during the off-season. Cape May, New Jersey is truly a year round resort with many Special Event Weekends and fun activities for your family and friends to enjoy. Cape May is also rated one of the best places at the Jersey Shore for simple R&R, and the wonderful amenities at 710 Corgie Street will assure you that you have found the perfect place! It has always been a dream of mine to have a home here once again as my parents did when I was a child growing up during summers in Cape May. My search led me to 710 Corgie Street - an old Victorian nestled on a quiet street right off the Washington Mall town square. The home had been built back in the 1850's by two brothers who were shipbuilders and added their unique architectural touches. With the help of a wonderful Interior Designer we rejuvenated and redecorated all 9 rooms (plus baths), to once again, capture the essence of this beautiful home. It was truly a labor of love and it turned out to be just the kind of shore house I always dreamed of with all sorts of different spaces and a large kitchen for dining, entertaining and gathering. This home is not only very new and fresh it still holds the feeling of nostalgia and charm, while at the same time not too fancy that a little bit of sandy feet aren’t welcome as well!
