Geweldig schoon en zonnig appartement!

Esperanza is een geweldig gastvrouw! Het appartement is zeer schoon, alles is aanwezig en op het terras heb je de hele dag zon! Echt een aanrader!!

Genieten van de zee en de bergen.

Geweldige ervaring. Het appartement was zeer netjes, op het terras was het genieten van de zon en het zeetje. We voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis. Esperanza stond ons op te wachten toen we met de bus aankwamen. Als gastvrouw krijgt ze van ons een dikke 10. We gaan zeker terug!!!

Parfait!

Logement idéal pour des vacances en famille! Tout y est: un cadre magnifique, appartement très bien situé, parfaitement équipé et d'une propreté irreprochable. Esperanza est quant à elle d'une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible et très serviable. Encore merci pour tout. Ces vacances étaient juste parfaites!!! On espère y revenir très vite!!!

Très satisfaits!

Très agréable séjour. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Confortable et pourvu de tout le nécessaire. La terrasse côté salon et cuisine offre une vue magnifique sur la mer mais la vue sur la montagne côté chambres est également superbe. La résidence est soignée ainsi que la piscine qui dispose d'une grande pelouse ombragée et d'un accès direct à la plage (galets!). La jouissance d'un box fermé en sous sol est un plus indéniable. Pour finir, Esperanza la propriétaire, est charmante et disponible.

Lovely apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable apartment. Spotless, clean and cozy in a great location close to everything. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home and comfortable. In addition it has a lovely landlord. Thank you Esperanza!

Lovely, clean apartment, fab pool and gorgeous old town!

We spent two weeks in Esperanza’s lovely apartment - it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. A great view from the balcony too! Esperanza is a great host - she replies to messages promptly, is very friendly and was super helpful. The pool area is lovely - our kids (3 and 6) loved the shallower kids pool and there are enough trees to sit in a shady area next to the pool. We hadn’t realised the beach was a pebble beach - but the water is gorgeous and crystal clear! The old town is lovely - lots of interesting streets, nice restaurants and lovely shops, but it’s a bit of a long walk with 2 small kids. We found it much easier to get the tram two stops and walk up the hill to the old town. We loved our 2 weeks in Altea - thank you Esperanza! Xx

Fantastic Week

Absolutely fantastic apartment, everything you need, owners very friendly , getting there from Alicante couldn't be easier. Our 10 year old loved the pool, which most days she used. The apartment is set in a lovely location with amenities all very close? 10 stars.

Property was well-located and had a beautiful view. It had everything we needed.

The weather was not the best and we needed to turn on the space heaters. If we wanted to make dinner or even a piece of toast, the electricity went out. This happened daily. Otherwise tge apartment and our stay was delightful.

Espléndidas vacaciones de invierno

Hemos pasado un magnífico mes y medio en esta casa, estupendamente situada y cuidada, con todas las comodidades. La vista es magnífica, la terraza invita a pasar muchas horas disfrutando el sol invernal y el interior de la casa resulta muy confortable y acogedor. Y si un día surge un pequeño problema, se tiene la certeza de que hay está Esperanza, la propietaria, para darle solución. Además, hemos sido unos privilegiados porque al habitual buen clima de Altea, hemos tenido la fortuna de añadir la vista de la sierra de Bèrnia nevada. En definitiva, todo perfecto, tanto que volvemos este año.

PARFAIT!

Cet appartement est exactement comme il est décrit et la propriétaire est tout à fait charmante. Pour les francophones, il y a 26 chaines de télé en français, d'autres en Allemand, Anglais etc..... Entièrement équipé!! TOUT y est. Magnifique vue. En un mot! A refaire très vite.Nous y étions du 01/11/2016 au 08/11/2016.Gracias Esperanza.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location

Everything about the apartment is lovely. The view from the very large balcony is gorgeous. The apartment is exceptionally clean and well maintained and has everything you could need for a fantastic stay. It is an easy 15min walk to Altea but there are restaurants and a handy supermarket and bakery within a 5 min walk. The beach bar at El Portet has excellent food as is very good value for money. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Altea.

Ático encantador cómodo y en perfecto estado

Esperanza, la propietaria del ático es muy atenta y amable. Localizable en todo momento y dispuesta a solventar cualquier duda. El apartamento corresponde exactamente a la descripción, es acogedor, tiene todas las comodidades, está muy bien situado, muy bien cuidado. Tanto que la primera vez que vinimos no podíamos creer que algo tan bonito se alquilase. Y ya llevamos dos años volviendo y seguiremos repitiendo. Sólo un comentario más a los que vengáis. Por favor cuidadlo como si fuera vuestro. Merece mucho la pena. Esperanza, muchas gracias como siempre.

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cet appartement très agréable a vivre avec une belle terrasse donnant sur la mer. la propriétaire Esperanza est charmante nous avons été très bien accueillis. Rien ne manquait, il y avait même des chaises de plage dans le garage, il suffisait de descendre de l'appartement pour profiter de la petite plage de galets. Le centre d Altea est très près et en face de l'appartement nous pouvions louer des vélos mis à disposition par la ville (très pratique). Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois à Altea où il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des vacances agréables. ..et pensons déjà à notre prochain séjour!
