Nice, quiet location.

House is small but OK for a couple. A lot of mosquitoes at the time we stayed, so be prepared. Overall, nice place.

Korsaks time!

Beautiful place, very calm. Only birds chirping 😍 We would definitely go back. The house is very clean. The owner Lucia is very helpful and friendly. We went there with our dog, he very much loved it.

Home from home

We really enjoyed our stay at Lucia’s house. Communication was easy using WhatsApp and she replied very quickly. The house is comfortable and quite well equipped. For us its best feature was the number of areas in the grounds to sit and relax as the sun and the day moved on. Even in February we used the BBQ area a number of times. One of the reasons we chose this house for our stay was because of the large fenced in plot for our dog. Unfortunately she died before our visit but she would have loved it. One of our best finds was the hourly coach from Montserrat direct to the centre of Valencia. The other was the Finca el Portón for delicious meals in a beautiful location only 15 minutes drive from the house. If I was to give one piece of advice it would be to provide some maps/brochures/information about the area for guests on their arrival. However, a lovely month’s stay. Thank you Lucia.

El sitio es espectacular, a la casa no le falta de nada, es bonita, limpia y super cómoda. La piscina está muy bien cuidada, es de agua salada y tiene unas vistas al campo geniales para relajarse.El terrero es enorme y bien cercado, ideal para los perretes y para quién le guste la naturaleza (se ven las ardillas corretear por los árboles). Los dueños son un encanto y muy atentos. Mi madre, mi perro y yo hemos pasado unas vacaciones geniales allí y repetiríamos sin pensarlo. 10 de 10

Superbe environnement

Tout est vraiment super ! Le petit bémol, les chambres sont très petites et donc les lits trop petits. Difficile de dormir à deux dans un lit de 130 et en plus matelas très dur. Le deuxième petit soucis... ce sont les moustiques !!! en avril déjà compliqué, je ne veux même pas y penser en été.

Fantastische locatie

Wat een heerlijk huis in een mooie omgeving. Zowel Lucia als Fernando doen werkelijk alles om het hun gasten naar de zin te maken op een zeer bescheiden manier met veel respect voor privacy. Ja er waren muggen maar er werd ook al het mogelijke gedaan om hier zo min mogelijk last van te hebben (horren voor de ramen, sprays, verdelgingslamp) Het enige wat soms echt vervelend was waren de blaffende honden uit de omgeving. Vooral s nachts geen pretje. Gelukkig was dit niet elke nacht. Het huis ligt op een mooi bosrijk perceel geheel omheind. Onze Duitse herder had de tijd van zijn leven. De ligbedden bij het zwembad heel comfortabel. Het huis en het sanitair waren ook mooi schoon! Top vakantieadres!

Sitio muy recomendable para familias con perros.

Buen lugar para las familias con perros, buen chalet con un bosque de pinos tremendo, todo vallado, volvería sin dudarlo si renuevan un poquito el menaje de cocina, por lo de más un 10 de sitio donde los perretes disfrutan como locos y nosotros en una balsa de tranquilidad y silencio, solo se escuchan los pájaros, los perretes y ver correr las ardillas.

Schön ist es gewesen

Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden gewesen, alles hat bestens geklappt. Sauberkeit allgemein, Küche Bettwäsche, etc. alles i.O. Frau Lucía hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, sie ist eine sehr nette Frau. Das schönste am Haus war die Terrasse, wo ich die meiste Zeit verbracht habe, von morgens bis in die Nacht. Man konnte das schöne Klima genießen unter einem komfortablen Sonnenschirm.

Zu empfehlen

Lucia und ihr Mann sind ein bezauberndes Paar, sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Das Haus ist ein wenig versteckt gelegen, in den Hügeln hinter Valencia. Es ist sehr sauber und mit einer Liebe zu Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, kein Spüli, kein Klopapier, alles Vorhanden, was ein Urlauber in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Weiter auch viele Spiele, Bücher, DVD´s usw. Einfach Großartig. Sie war sehr besorgt, dass uns die Mücken nicht zerstechen und hat Rosmarin im Haus verteilt. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Terrasse hinten raus ladet zu einem gemütlichen Tages-Ausklang ein. Das Haus hat einen tollen mediterranen Flair und die Umgebung ist sehr sicher. Was nicht unerwähnt bleiben soll, sind die Hunde in der Umgebung. Man hört sie Tag und Nacht. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst bei Lucia und Fernando für einen tollen Aufenthalt in ihrem Ferienhaus. Alles Gute.

Casa Mosquitos

Jolie maison bien entretenue au cœur d'une pinède. Malheureusement, il n'a pas été possible de profiter de ce grand jardin en raison de l’importance des moustiques tigres qui attaquent toute la journée. Moins calme qu'annoncé car les chiens des voisins aboient toutes les nuits. Nous avons découvert Valencia avec grand plaisir, Sagunt et Xavira sont des sites extraordinaires. L'eau de la mer est chaude avec de très belles vagues.

Unas vacaciones perfectas

La casa está muy bien ubicada en una zona muy tranquila. Cerca de Valencia y playas a unos 30 min. Está completamente equipada y dispone de unas terrazas donde corre la brisa estando en ellas fenomenal. Los niños y nuestra perrita han disfrutado un montón de la parcela. Lucía ha sido muy amable y ha respondido muy rápido a todas nuestras consultas. Totalmente recomendable.
