Gorgeous crystal clear waters right out the back door! Eighty feet from the sliding doors is the best snorkeling on the island, between the shore and a beautiful coral reef, in shallow water that is easy to navigate. There are endless colorful fish and beautiful coral heads for exploring. Azure Breeze is a very quiet, cozy and private place, where you may not see more than a handful of people pass by in a day! With only six two-story units, our villa offers privacy and serenity. With 3 bedrooms, 3 baths It is well appointed and comes with all the amenities you need, including a kayak and adult snorkel gear!
The beautiful master includes an en suite bathroom and a deck with stunning views of the Caribbean. A second upstairs bedroom features two twin beds and its own private bath. Downstairs, a third bedroom with a queen bed, has access to a bathroom in the hall.
Nearby restaurants include Over-The-Edge, Kaibo Yacht Club’s Beach Bar, Rum Point, Caboose, Italian Oven, Tukka, and Eagle Rays. Activities include nearby Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Gardens, snorkeling, world-class scuba diving, hiking the Mastic Trail, Stingray City, Rum Point (with its jaw- dropping views), Crystal Caves, jet skiing, fishing, swimming, bioluminescent tour, and a visit to the East End. Only 6 miles up the road Rum Point offers the famous Wreck Bar, casual beach dining, fine dining, beach rentals, and Stingray City departures, and is a must-do! A Georgetown visit offers The Turtle Farm, the Blowholes, Dolphin Cay, Hell, Underwater Submarine Tours, Duty Free shopping in both Georgetown and Caymana Bay, and the amazing Seven Mile Beach. The visit would not be complete without experiencing cuisine from the plentiful world-renowned chefs and restaurants the island offers.

Like Manny rentals-this home is loved and used by its owner. They had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen to make four meals for our family, and the space is perfectly located.

Best VRBO/AirB&B i have ever rented. The property is great especially if you don't like crowds. The house was better than expected and there were so many extras not listed. Love the 'karma basket' idea...lots available for things you forgot or ran out of. It was truly home away from home. You do need a vehicle to get around but lots in the vicinity--rum point, diving, parrot sanctuary, etc. so you don't always have to drive to the west end. House had many books for reference and things to do, restaurants to visit. Bring water shoes as the coral is hard on the feet to get into the water but the sand is soft and warm. Enjoy digging up your own conch shells, we left over 20 behind to add to the sand decor. Hope to come back. We loved it, from my 2-1/2 year old grandson to my grown adult kids and of course me. Thanks so much. Highly recommend.

Gosh, where to begin! We didn't have great weather our frist 3 days but this beautiful condo provided all we needed and more inside. Then the weather improved and the outside was even better! We kayaked, snorkled and beach walked for miles. We picked the Northside for our first Cayman trip to avoid crowds and it was perfect. We did drive in a couple times but there were plenty of restaurants nearby the condo. Thank you so very much for everything. Hopefully we'll be back!

This is the absolute best rental house we have stayed in, and we've stayed in many over the last 30 plus years. The house has everything you could need and more!!!! I am an avid snorkeler and the location is fantastic. Walk out the patio door and hop in. This visit was extra special as it was the first time our grandsons (12 and 14) snorkeled. I thought they were going to turn into fish. they spent hours in the back and marveled at all of the marine life. they also enjoyed the kayak and were very good about ferrying Mom Mom out to the reef! The new furniture and decor was fantastic. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in their piece of paradise and they keep it up so well. I'd give it ten stars if it was possible.

Exceptional As Advertised

Everything from booking through to arrival was easy. The home and amenities were exactly as advertised. Lili was easily accessibly, although we didn't need her. They provided great information, resources and recommendations for the entire island! Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend a family of 6 coming here!

Great vacation spot

Beautiful location, and very well equipped home. Proximity to Rum Point and Yacht Club are pluses. The snorkeling right outside the back yard is phenomenal. I would recommend this to anyone who appreciates nature and the sound of the ocean as one sleeps.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Woke up to the breath taking view. The villa was very well stocked and decorated beautifully. The information provided by owners was very helpful and loved the pay it forward policy because there were lots of items we could use and we left a lot, loved not wasting stuff.

We honeymooned in Grand Cayman 33 years ago and that is when we fell in love with the island, and specifically the north side of the island. It was different than any beach that we had experienced. Azure Breeze is serene and peaceful, with breathtaking views of the Carribean Sea! And, oh , the snorkeling! No matter how many times you dip your head into the water, you will be amazed and awed at the display of nature that you will experience in our backyard. Top your day of snorkeling off with a bottle of wine in the kayak out back watching the sunset. Then relax as you are amazed at the shooting stars in the star-studded sky!
