Amalfi in Vettica, surrounded by greenery, the house consists of a characteristic and welcoming house, exclusive original to enjoy the Amalfi Coast in total relaxation and absolute privacy.
After traveling only a few stairs that separate it from the coastal road, you arrive at the residence.
The structure on two independent levels - with external staircase - has at the entrance level a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a panoramic terrace, and on the lower level of a large living room, furnished with two beds, kitchen and bathroom. solarium.
It can accommodate up to four people.

Naples Stay

The host was absolutely incredible. Any questions we had he answered and helped us make it happen. The room was perfect size for our 3 night stay. Everything worked as advertised and the room was spotless. He also set up transportation from Naples to Amalfi which went off perfectly. Used the same driver to return to Naples.

Beautiful Amalfi

The property was great. It was beautiful. More beautiful than the listing shows. The Views are amazing. If you're up to a challenging walk (stairs) the beach, market and town are all within walking distance. Otherwise, the bus stop is right at the front steps. You can get pretty much anwhere. Antonio - our check in person - was super helpful and nice.

Great View! Was a little hard to find at first but Antonio was terrific in getting us in, orientated and helping get us around. The bus stop is right outside the house. Unit was clean comfortable and perfect for us. Bedroom was above the kitchen and dining area and you had to go outside and down a few steps to get to that level but it worked. Only negative was it was a little short on hot water! We enjoyed the unit!

Great location

A great base to discover Amalfi coast. 😀 We had problems with the air-condition the first week which Antonio put a lot of effort into fixing. But nice with the swap of apartments to fix it. In general high appreciation of the landlord's helpfulness. We only have one complaint related to the information about parking provided beforehand. Our information (maybe due to translation issues) showed parking as part of the facilities. The fact is that parking is available for an additional fee. That's fair enough and the parking is very fine but annoying not to know this additional cost up-front.

Peaceful and pretty home, lovely hosts, transport is tricky

Of the place itself, and the people who helped to host, I have only good things to say. Maria and Antonio, who look after the property locally, ensured a smooth check in and gave a very friendly welcome, with good practical advice. The view from the terraces of the house, onto a terraced hillside of orchard, and the sea, is really lovely and peaceful and is enhanced by vines shading the outside spaces from too much sun. As a place to "be", it has many attractions. There is even a good mini-market in easy walking distance.. if you don't mind walking uphill. The layout of the unit involved going outside and up the stairs to get from the kitchen /dining/ living room area to the bedroom. A bit awkward, but no problem in good weather, and the house had plenty of character and a nice vibe. I'd say the main downside of the place is the friction attached to getting anywhere else. Walking on the road is necessary to reach some otherwise quite useful offroad footpaths, and walking on the road is sometimes hugely difficult, due to huge vertical drops from cliff edge to ocean and low - sometimes only thigh high - crash barriers. Although there is a bus stop very conveniently located for the house, we were often not able to board busses because of overcrowding (in September). For this reason I'd say this hideaway would be best enjoyed with own transport or off season, when public transport might well be easier to use.

We had a good time.

We had a nice time. The view and the location were terrific. Antonio on site was a gem. Always available and receptive. Carlo, who we booked from, was also great with responding g to emails. If I want to be picky, I would say there wasn’t enough hot water for showers and there were problems with the internet. During our two week stay, we had wifi for about half the time. But overall we had a pleasant experience.

Vista meravigliosa e temperatura più fresca

Questo appartamento è spazioso e avendo un bagno ogni piano consente di mantenere una maggiore autonomia. La vista è meravigliosa per entrambe le terrazze, inoltre essendo nella parte alta di Amalfi la temperatura è molto confortevole con un po' di venticello la sera. L'unico difetto forse è che non c'è una luce sul terrazzo del piano sotto e non si può mangiare fuori la sera. Le strade delle costiera sono strette e con molti tornanti e curve, inoltre è difficile trovare parcheggio: un'altra comodità è quindi la navetta che passa proprio sotto le scale dell'appartamento che porta direttamente ad Amalfi dove ci sono i pullman e i traghetti per andare nelle diverse città della costiera. Consiglierei questo appartamento a coppie o un gruppo di amici!!!

sejour très agréable

La location est située dans une descente où la circulation est compliquée ( notamment lors de croisement de bus) . Ainsi pas de place de stationnement ! donc vous devez prévoir la location d'un parking situé à 50 mètres de la location ( environ 100€ pour la semaine ) . Il existe également un arrêt de bus à 10 mètres avec des bus réguliers . L'appartement est mitoyen d'une autre location ( entrée commune) . La vue est magnifique ( mais moins belle que l'autre location ). Dans l'une des chambres la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas ( compliqué quand il fait 25 ° la nuit! ). Antonio qui s'occupe de la résidence n'a pu résoudre le problème . Par ailleurs vous êtes à proximité d'une église qui sonne toutes les 15mn et d'un coq qui se réveille à 5h du matin ! Pour finir sachez que pour descendre à la mer il vous faut au moins 20 mn à pied avec de nombreuses marches ( sinon allez à Amalfi située à 3 kms) et qu'il y a de nombreux moustiques et fourmis A part çà tout était parfait
