Nice house

The house is very nice with a great layout. We loved having the basement games room and the outdoor kitchen. But a little dated in places. It was quite pricey and for that I would have expected things to be a little bit more flawless. For example, there's no explanation on how things work. The coffee machine being a bit complicated. The spa bath doesn't work as the remote is missing, we searched for the toaster and only found it mid stay in a cupboard in in outdoor kitchen, everything was unplugged in the games room so we had to put things back together to use the games console, the BBQ had to be cleaned and as we were about to cook, the gas bottle lasted 10 minutes and we had to travel quite far to buy another. Overall it's a lovely house and Valerie was very nice but it was a little annoying to have to sort out all these things when we were here for only a few days.

Un séjour et une maison au top

Une belle grande maison moderne ultra et plus qu’équipée au calme et de très bon goût. Un extérieur arboré qu’on adore également avec une piscine, une magnifique terrasse, barbecue, balancelle …à voir sur les photos et le descriptif conforme. Bref, on y serait bien resté et on y reviendra avec grand plaisir!

Long week end sous le soleil de Vence

Nous avons passé un super séjour sous le soleil de la Côte d’Azur. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et idéal pour un moment convivial en famille ou entre amis. Le salon est très grand et confortable, parfait pour accueillir un groupe. L’extérieur est génial: une belle piscine, et une cuisine d’été très pratique. La localisation est idéale à seulement 20 min de Nice et à 10 min du charmant village de saint Paul de Vence. Un grand merci à la propriétaire qui a été disponible tout au long du séjour et même après. La communication a été fluide et agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille, nous n'avons pas quitté la location pendant nos 4 jours, piscine chauffée, table de ping-pong, terrain de boules, babyfoot, trampoline ( peut être prévoir un filet pour éviter les risques avec des enfants), salle de cinéma. Superbe maison à notre goût au calme. Bon accueil de notre hôte et n'est pas du tout envahissante.

We hebben genoten van deze mooie, ruime woning. Een heerlijk zwembad en een fijne veranda. De keuken was goed uitgerust. Ruime slaapkamers en een fijne loungebank met TV met supergroot scherm. Een absolute aanrader voor een grote familie of twee families van 4 personen. Locatie was rustig en lag net buiten het mooie stadje Vence!

würden sofort wieder gehen

die Lage ist perfekt für reisende die in Meeres nähe sein wollen (20min mit dem Auto) aber gleichzeitig weg vom geschehen. das Städtlein ist sehr schön mit vielen Restaurants. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für gruppen. die betten sind bequem, in der Küche alles vorhanden, (nur die Messer waren unscharf). sonst alles Top!

Très belle villa sans vis a vis, spacieuse, bonne surface du terrain, jolie jardin, grande terrasse extérieure avec une partie couverte, toutes les commodités sont présentes dans la maison, ce qui est appréciable c est de pouvoir faire plusieurs activités : piscine chauffée, pétanque, ping pong, baby foot, trampoline, tv connectée ou vous pourrez profiter de vos applications tv et audio, large parking pour plusieurs voiture plus 2 parking exterieur et enfin propriétaire très sympathique et réactive

Très belle maison sans vis à vis

Très bon séjour à Vence dans une belle maison moderne et bien entretenue. Tout est très bien agencé, la piscine peut être chauffée sur demande. Ayant un bébé de 12 mois, il nous a été mis à disposition un lit à barreau et une chaise haute. L'extérieur est parfait et sans vis à vis, intimité garantie. L'agent a été très agréable du début à la fin. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

Séjour Vence

Séjour agréable, dans une grande maison bien équipée avec une bonne localisation. Toutefois, gros point noir au niveau de l’hygiène et du nettoyage ! En arrivant dans la maison le plan de travail et la plaque de cuisson était sale. Le frigo était encore rempli avec des produits ouverts et des boissons périmées. Les miroirs de la salle de bain n’étaient pas nettoyés. L’état de la literie était vraiment limite (tâches sur les draps et poils dans les lits). Poussière et objets sous les lits. Une hygiène irréprochable est attendu vu le standing et le prix de la location de la maison, surtout en période de pandémie. Après avoir signaler ces différents points à la personne responsable de la maison sa seul réponse a été : « Si la maison ne vous convient pas vous pouvez trouver autre chose ». Le séjour aurait pu être parfait dommage.

Très belle maison, superbe terrasse/jardin, bien équipée, vraiment à recommander

On a adoré notre séjour dans cette maison superbe, il y a tout ce qu‘il faut, aussi pour un bébé. On était 3 couples avec un enfant, une maison idéale pour 6 adultes et des enfants. Belle terrasse et jardin avec piscine, tout dans un très bon état et tout vraiment propre. Pas loin de Vence centre, une belle petite ville pour une promenade ou pour aller manger dans un des restaurants. Saint-Paul de Vence pas loin non plus, à voir absolument. On va certainement revenir.

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cette villa qui est très bien équipée ! Les enfants se sont éclatés ! Très bien situé à seulement 30 min de Nice . Nous sommes venus entre amis passer un long week-end sur la côte et la propriété est tout simplement incroyable !! Une salle de cinéma, un baby foot, une piscine, un terrain de pétanque... Tout y est!! La propriétaire est en plus très disponible Je recommande et reviendrai
