Situé au 2ème et dernier étage d'une petite co-propropriété, l’appartement bénéficie d’une vue panoramique exceptionnelle à 220° sur Saint Jean-Cap Ferrat, la rade de Villefranche, le mont Boron, le château de Nice, la baie des anges et tout l’arrière-pays niçois.

D’une surface de 105 m², l’appartement est composé d’un grand salon / salle à manger de plus de 35m² doté de larges baies vitrées, d’une belle cuisine ouverte sur l’extérieur (balcon et véranda), de 3chambres, de 2 salles de bains. Un balcon fait le tour complet de l’appartement et permet de profiter pleinement de la vue exceptionnelle. Visitez nice-is-nice.fr /pano pour une visite virtuelle.

L’appartement est situé sur le chemin du Vinaigrier entre la moyenne et la grande corniche. Idéalement situé pour visiter Monaco, Eze, la Turbie, Menton et bien-sur Villefranche-sur-Mer et Nice.

A 200m d’altitude, la position est idéale pour échapper au tumulte du bord de mer tout en ayant une vue imprenable.

Les commerces les plus proches situé au « col de Villefranche-Corne d’Or » sont situés à 400m et comprennent tous les commerces de proximité indispensables (boulangerie, boucherie, superette, banque, station service,…).

Un service de minibus s’arrête au pied de l’immeuble. Des lignes de bus permettre de se rendre facilement à Nice ou à Villefranche.

La gare de Villefranche-sur-Mer est située à 2,5 kms, celle de Nice à 6 kms et l’aéroport de Nice à 14 kms.

Spectacular view of Villefranche sur mer and Nice! Apartment was lovely, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, great dining room view to enjoy a glass of wine and meal with friends. Location is 10” walk to the grocery store and bakery for fresh croissants in the morning. Would highly recommend this place but the view is over the top! Mesmerizing

Beautiful Apartment in Nice

This is a beautiful apartment, with an amazing view and excellent parking! It's also a quick bus ride to historic Nice. Having a second full bathroom was also very helpful with 4 adults in our group.

Good location with access to local supermarkets, restaurants, 9 mins from the beach. The apartment is open and airy to the view of the cote d’azure coastline from nice - Eze. Highly recommended.

Stunning view! Well stocked & clean comfortable apartment. Our 5 person family fit great here and everyone slept comfortably with so much lounge space for family time. We love the neighborhood and exploring the hills and west side of Nice. We had a medical emergency at the end of the trip and François was beyond helpful and accommodating to our extra needs! Excellent 2 week stay. Fabulous views & comfortable accommodation.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We flew to Nice & were intending to hire a car but we didn’t need to. The efficient public transport enabled us to get around easily. The walk to Nice was a pleasant 25 min downhill walk & we did this several times.

Beautiful setting and great location. View truly is spectacular. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a property manage to let us in even though we provided an eta an hour before arrival as requested. Otherwise enjoyed are stay and would stay again. The host’s manual with recommendations was very helpful.

Côte d’Azur For A Week

This apartment was perfect for the two of us for a one week stay in Villefranche even though we didn’t need a 3 bdrm. The views are amazing and we enjoyed coming home after a day touring to this gem of a property. You will have all of the amenities you need, a comfortable temperature (we stayed in Sept), a cozy large living room with panoramic views and an amazing wrap around balcony with a sweet little dining area outdoors that is covered. We loved it!

Amazing views. Highly recommend !!

The apartment has amazing views of Nice and St Jean Cap Ferrat. Completely unobstructed, highly perched, which provides incredible sunsets. Apartment is also very large and very well appointed. Very quiet, easy access to groceries and bakeries. Centrally located as well as it allowed us to visit the entire coast from Menton to St Tropez. Would certainly book it again if we are back in this beautiful region of France. Un grand merci François.

Everything about this apartment is perfect! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! You can feel the love and wonderful memories made there! The view is pure perfection! The elevator was small but so convenient when trying to haul our luggage up or down the stairs. Parking was a great plus! There is not one thing we were unhappy about or wish we could change. We had an amazing stay with our children and wish to visit back soon!

Truly fabulous apt. Spectacular views including full moon. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed breakfasts and drinks on balcony. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to many locations such as Eze, Nice, Monaco, St Jean de Cap Ferrat, and St Paul de Vence. Francois was a wonderful host. He solved check in confusion in seconds. Would highly recommend and would love to return.

Amazing Views

The views from this apartment are breathtaking. A very comfortable and spacious apartment with all of the needed amenities. It is situated in a very safe neighborhood with the convenience of a bus stop a the doorstep. It is not at the city center but that makes for very quiet and restful surroundings and the taxi service is very good. The management company was very responsive and helpful. If I return to Nice, I would stay here again.

Stunning views

This condo has gorgeous views that cannot be overstated. The balcony wraps around multiple sides of the condo. You are on a mountainside, so you are probably going to drive rather than walk most places. There is a security fence for the property and ample parking right on the property. This town is like an upscale suburb of Nice, and there are great restaurants down by the water. You are also close to Villa Ephrussi and the coastal cape walk around Cap Ferrat
