Sea View apartment set in a landscaped secure gated complex with 5 swimming pools and tennis court. 5 minute drive to the beach and to Port Duquesa. Ideal for couples, groups, or a family of up to 5 people.

It's beautifully quiet, for young couples or families-it caters for a wide range of people.



Take a 20 minute stroll to local shops and restaurants, or a 30 minute walk to the beautiful Puerto Duquesa with a wide range of international cuisine, or go watch the sun set over the port whilst sipping cocktails.

5 swimming pools with free sun-bathing loungers. One child's pool. All within a minute of the apartment, within the secure complex. Secure underground parking with a lift from car park to apartment-all very secure.

Our apartment is in Manilva, a 60 minute drive from Malaga airport (approx 90km) or a 30 minute drive from Gibraltar airport.

The apartment is within a 20-30 minute walk to the beach (3 minutes by car, with plenty of free parking). CAR IS RECOMMENDED.

Adjacent to, and overlooks a beautiful Duquesa golf course. Other golf courses within a 20 min drive include: Alemnara in Sotogrande (20 mins away), Alcaidesa Golf in San Roque (20 mins), El Paraisa in Estepona (15 mins); Dona Julia in Casares (10 mins).

The apartment boasts two generous sized bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, the other with two single beds. Two bathrooms with jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom, and walk in double shower in the second bathroom. Terrace with outside dining facilities. living room and main bedroom with a SEA VIEW and second bedroom overlooking the gorgeous tropical gardens.

Private terrace catches the morning sun,so you can have your morning coffee and enjoy the sea view.

The apartment is finished with fine marble throughout, and is fitted to a high specificity. It is finely furnished, and has all the 'home comforts' as well as necessities such as air conditioning, cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine . All linen and laundry costs are included in the price. During your stay, cleaning may be done at an additional cost.

This apartment is best enjoyed with a car. Dedicated secure underground parking is supplied, and you get the freedom to explore at will.
The apartment is brand new furnished all around as its our new holiday home.

A great place to stay!

A spacious, well appointed apartment, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen with everything you need and a large balcony with great views. The pools are well kept, clean and a pleasure to use. We had one issue during our stay, when we couldn't get the oven to work. A quick message to the owner and she came straight back to me with instructions and also a call. Very quickly resolved! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect spot.

This appartment is a perfect spot. Perfect because it gives you what the advertisement says. Nice balcony with seaview, in the shade. Nice rooms with fine airco!! Good equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. There is a private parkingplace in the garage, nice! A minute walk to two great pools with sunbeds and umbrellas. Also the surroundings with a fine beach, good restaurants and a fine supermarket within 15 minutes. And a special tip: go to see Cadiz, 90 minutes drive but such a fine city! The owner has good info and the man on the spot, Tim, gives you good help if neccesary. So: a perfect spot for your holiday!!

Beautiful Apartment & Lovely Views

We recently returned from an 8 night stay in this great property with our two young girls. We arrived late at night and so followed the self check-in instructions which were perfectly easy to follow. The agent had messaged us a few days before our arrival with all the details. The apartment itself is very hard to fault, and we only had a few recommendations that are frankly quite minor. The main one being, the lack of a welcome guide, with info for local amenities, taxis, attractions etc, and instructions on some of the more hidden elements of the apartment like WiFi password, where to empty the rubbish bins etc. The first night we arrived, we thought we had no towels or extra pillows/bedding, but turns out the beds lift up, which we found out after querying with the agent the following day. Other minor things are, we had next to no toilet roll on arrival, and with 2 young children it wasn’t ideal. We had visited Duquesa previously so we fortunately knew the local area, but had we not, the lack of a guide or welcome book would have been a bit more severe. The pools are fantastic and our girls loved them, and they are monitored permanently by a life guard which is great. We hired a car and very glad we did, as the walk to the marina would have been a long one, and an extremely steep return. But there are taxis available locally at the marina. These really are minor points and I’m only mentioning them as it will help future guests. Snezana the owner, is extremely easy to talk to and was very responsive to messages. The balcony views are amazing and the local area is peaceful and very relaxing. Just what we were looking for! We would definitely recommend this property, especially to families and will probably stay again ourselves in the future. Thank you for a gorgeous relaxing stay!

Me ha parecido malo en general, puesto que nosotros alquilamos un apartamento con Internet y poco antes de comenzar nuestras vacaciones nos dicen que no tiene, por lo que tengo que hacerme con Internet ilimitado en el móvil para poder teletrabajar, con el coste adicional que supone, cuando se lo comento a vrbo no me da ninguna solución ni me compensa económicamente puesto que yo pago por un servicio que finalmente no tengo

Anuncio engañoso

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos. Sin embargo lo cogimos pensando en disponer de una conexión de Internet que necesitábamos que resulto ser falsa. Tanto en el encabezado del anuncio (WIFI GRATIS 100MB) como en el texto descripción del alojamiento se describía dicha característica (fibra óptica super rápida...) y finalmente dicha conexión a Internet no existía. Según el propietario el problema era de VRBO. En cualquier caso, nos quedamos sin disponer de algo que precisábamos, y mas en un sitio que apenas dispone de cobertura movil.

For the price you paid to award only 2* only because there was no internet is not fair at all. 4 adults paying 50€ per night in 5* accommodation. And u complain .

Très bon séjour en famille

Appartement de standing spacieux et très propre, belle résidence calme et sécurisée, bâtiments, jardins et piscines très bien entretenus. Vue exceptionnelle, face à la mer depuis la grande terrasse. Voiture nécessaire pour la plage et les courses ( 5 min. Max). Très bons échanges avec Snezana et son contact sur place Chanty est très réactive et de bon conseil. Idéal pour un séjour en famille, nous recommandons !!!!

Very enjoyable stay

Have visited the Costa del Sol on numerous occasions and have always stayed between Fuengirola and Marbella. This was a totally new experience and would definitely repeat in the future. The apartment, although slightly off the beaten track, was still very easy to find and had pretty much everything you could possibly need. My only criticism, which hopefully the owners' agent has fed back to the owner is that there isn't kind of Welcome Manual in the apartment stating placement of rubbish bins, parking space number, local restaurants, etc. I have rented villas in Florida and also owned my own and the comprehensiveness of this manual was always commented on. Rest assured, we still had a great few days and Chanty (the owners agent) was extremely helpful. I definitely, recommend Las Delfines by the old castle in Duquesa and also Chirunguito Almarinja (Pepes Place) and the ice cream parlour on the promenade between Duquesa and Sabanillas.

Very cool apartment with just about everything !

There is everything that you would need, rooms have plenty of storage and there is a utility room were the laundry machine is situated, that also includes the iron and ironing board. Bedrooms are clean and you will find everything you need. Nice table that could accommodate 6 people to sit at and plenty of space in the balcony overlooking the sea view. Overall the apartment is in a great location away from the busier tourist areas. The owner is very friendly and supportive.

Ruim, schoon en praktisch

Het appartement is praktisch ingericht en heeft voldoende ruimte. Er zijn zelfs 2 badkamers. De keuken bevat goede en redelijk nieuwe apparaten zoals broodrooster , koffiezetapparaat, magnetron. Er is een wasmachine in de kleine bijkeuken, ook erg handig. Het extra beddengoed zit verstopt in het bed zelf dus dat zou ik als eigenaar even hebben aangegeven zodat je daar niet naar hoeft te zoeken. Het gekke was dat er geen bedlampjes bij de bedden waren wat lezen in bed alleen mogelijk maakt met het grote licht. Mijn persoonlijke favoriet was echter het balkon met een weids uitzicht naar de zee en de heuvels om ons heen (er zijn ook andere wooncomplexen en golfbanen te zien). Het balkon zelf is ook nog zo groot dat er een flinke tafel op staat waar je lekker buiten kan ontbijten enz. Netflix werkte bij ons niet en de ontvangst van de andere zenders (meestal maar 6) was elke dag anders dus zou ik daar niet zo mee adverteren om klanten te winnen. Andere luxe was de garage onder het huis met vaste plek voor de auto. Al met al een prima plek maar een auto is absoluut noodzakelijk om hier te verblijven.

Nice Appartement

I was very satisfied with my stay. The Apartement is very good looked after and is very clean. The Pool is great and and the view from the balcony is just amazing and you view direct to the sea. If you want a silent place and not far from estepona and Marbella with good places to eat etc you should book this apartment. Once I am back in the Estepona Area I would with no doubt Book it again.

Apartment was immaculately clean and had all the facilities needed for a relaxing holiday.

The property was decorated in a very minimalistic decor. Immaculately clean and the kitchen was very adequate. Views to the sea were gorgeous. Don’t get a lot of sun during the day so we didn’t need air con at night. The pool was great but very busy and sun beds were hard to find on occasions. Need s car as a good uphill walk back from the port (unless you are mega fit) loved it all though and the area is beautiful.

Notre séjour en famille était au top! L’appartement est magnifique avec vue mer La terrasse est idéalement située pour l’été car après le petit déjeuner celle ci est à l’ombre, ce qui est très appréciable La résidence est sécurisée et un maître nageur est présent sur les piscines du bas. En revanche voiture vraiment nécessaire pour profiter de l’emplacelent car sinon faut marcher et ça grimpe dur! Nous reviendrons dans cet appartement, c’est sûr !

Relax & Unwind

Extremely clean and well maintained complex with a security gated entrance, 2 swimming pool areas which are clean and supervised by a lifeguard during busy periods. There are plenty street parking in the complex as well as a garage for all the residents. The apartment has lavish furnishing & decor, fully equipped with excellent wifi, aircon, 2 large rooms with the master bedroom having an on suite. There is a large terrace area with table for 6 that looks out to the Mediterranean sea. Absolutely stunning view. All the windows offer blackout blinds, and apart from giving you a good nights sleep, it is also an added security. All in all, we had a very relaxing stay at this complex. Residents are respectful and we had piece and quiet throughout our stay. We have booked to come back in May :)

We have stayed 2 weeks and we love every moment. Apartment was clean with beautiful views. HUGE balcony with sea view. The owners where really nice and everything was well organised. We have had amazing time it felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗😊😊😊😊

Une résidence sécurisé proche des commerces et de la plage (2kms) dans un ensemble très propre , l'appartement est très bien équipé , la literie excellente et la vue de la terrasse magnifique. Le réseau internet au top mieux qu'a la maison ! de plus la propriétaire est très réactive à toutes les questions , merci beaucoup pour ces vacances parfaites

Fantastic Holiday!

We spent a fantastic holiday, with my mother and nephew, party of 4 in total. The flat is fully equipped, 2 bedrooms, 1 with King size bed and en-suite & second bedroom with 2 double single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower between entrance hall and second bedroom. The whole flat comes with central air condition/heating system & electric shutters that ensures less noise and darkness for a good night sleep. The complex is well taken care of with lush gardens, relaxing swimming pools and great views of the mountains and bay. The place is quite stylish and immaculte. We spent such a good time relaxing and enjoying our stay and we can't wait to come back.
