El piso es mejor aun que en las fotos. Los dormitorios son amplios y cómodos, los baños estan equipados completamente, la terraza es increíble, el salon muy confortable y la cocina correctamente equipada. Tiene una ubicación excelente, se puede ir andando a supermercados y todo tipo de comercios, al paseo marítimo y a la playa. Hay como unos 5 min caminando. La zona es tranquila y el bloque excepcional. Hay facil aparcamiento por la zona. El acceso al garaje es complicado, sobre todo con un coche grande aunque la plaza es amplia. Lo único negativo es que tiene un parque justo debajo que no cierran por las noches y los chicos suelen quedarse hasta tarde, por lo que se escuchan a la hora de dormir, aunque los cristales son climalit y cerrando no se oye nada. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido excelente, muy atento y resolutivo en todo momento. Hemos estado de maravilla, deseando repetir!!!

Second stay just as good

This apartment is very good for a long-stay. It's comfortable, well equipped, and very spacious. Great communication with the owner, parking, pool, close to shops and the beach.

Parfait

Très bel appartement avec une terrasse très agréable. Très bien situé. Attention, stationnement en sous sol difficile d’accès si vous n’avez pas un petit véhicule. Les avantages de tout le reste minimisent ce dernier obstacle.

Spacious and Comfortable

The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-appointed for a long stay. It has a large balcony, with plenty of seating/dining accommodation, overlooking a park, and the living room furniture is very comfortable. The building is well-kept; it has a very nice pool across the street, and underground parking (small vehicles only!) It was nice to be within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The host was responsive to inquiries, and we enjoyed our stay very much. Merci Beaucoup, Patrick!

Beautiful Sabinillas Apartment

The Apartment was excellent very clean had everything I needed and felt very comfortable. Infact the photos on the sight didn't do it justice as its so nice.. really felt like home from home. Lovely rooms plenty of space and very large terrace. I watched the sunset so many times. In a lovely area with good surroundings. The communal pool was nice clean and quiet too which I loved, I used it quiet a few times. Very close to the beach and the many restaurants in Sabinillas or Porta La Duquesta. Has good transport links too with a local bus service. I Will definitely be returning A perfect apartment for what I needed. Thank you Patrick x

Fenomenal

El alojamiento responde perfectamente a las fotografías del anuncio, todo limpio y cerca de la playa. Sitio tranquilo pero cerca de todo con una buena terraza y además con piscina. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Totalmente recomendable.

Appartement spacieux, cuisine pas fonctionnel et pas équipé pour 6, quelques ajustement de sécurité à revoir sinon pour 4 très bien la plage et tout commerce à 300m super reposant on touche plus la voiture

Un acierto!!!

Hemos estado en varias ocasiones por Manilva, Casares y Sabanillas, nos gusta mucho la zona, pero por el precio que solemos pagar, es la primera vez que podemos alojarnos tan cerca de la playa y del pueblo. Una gran terraza. José y Sara muy atentos. Repetiremos!!!

Nice apartment

Manilva is almost the last unspoilt area along the Costa del Sol. We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Sabinillas. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Mercado was 300 yards away. Didn't use the pool but area looked ok if a bit small. All in all we had a great stay. I would recommend to stay here.

Inmejorable.

Anuncio fiel a la realidad. Apartamento my cómodo cuidado y moderno. Espacioso, y consta de todo tipo de detalles que hacen que no eches nada en falta. Me sentí tan agusto como en mi casa. Muy cerca de la playa y los supermercados. Muy buena comunicación con el propietario y con la persona encargada de entregar las llaves, que además estuvo pendiente de nosotros por si necesitábamos ayuda y desde aquí, quiero darle las gracias.

Una estadía muy buena

El apartamento es hermoso y cómodo. Tiene de todo. El lugar es tranquilo. La playa está cerca caminando con muchos lugares para comer. Altamente recomendable. Todas las personas que me atendieron, tanto desde el inicio de la reserva hasta el check out, fueron muy amables. Estoy muy agradecido.

Superbe appartement

L’appartement est très bien situé. On peut aller à la plage à pied. Et pareil pour les courses. Tout est à 5 minutes de marche. L’appartement est très joliment décoré et rien ne manque. Le propriétaire est très sympa. A recommander grandement même si je prend un risque en le disant. Pour mes prochaines vacances il faut qu’il soit libre.

Super séjour dans un logement très agréable, bien équipé, spacieux, à proximité immédiate des supermarchés et à 200 m de la plage ! Nous avons passé une super semaine très ensoleillée.

Para repetir!!!

Nos ha encantado la zona. Tranquila, pero con todos los servicios. El apartamento es tal cual se describe y se ve en las fotos. Es muy completo. No le damos cinco estrellas porque el acceso al garaje es un poco complicado, pero con cuidado y paciencia se llega a una plaza de garaje amplia. La informacion por parte de Patrick ha sido rapida y correcta. Sandra (la persona encargada de entregarnos las llaves) ha sido encantadora, siempre dispuesta para que todo estuviera perfecto. Gracias Sandra. En fin nos ha gustado tanto el apartamento y la zona que repetiremos.

Lovely Apartment

We had a lovely stay in Patrick's apartment in July 2018. As others have said, the pictures are as it is and it was very clean and practical. There is also air-con which was much needed as it was exceptionally hot and balcony blinds that were put to good use. It was nice to stay somewhere, where there was decent crockery, cutlery, glasses and cookware. The bed was firm but comfortable. The balcony was lovely and large, with good balcony furniture. It was lovely sitting there and listening to the birds and people watching as it seems most people take their dogs there before and after work, and they also clean up the dog poop. There is a small children's area to the back of the park. The swimming pool looked OK, although we didn't use it as it got quite busy and isn't that large. There are beach chairs you can use for the beach. If you are hiring a car, only hire a smallish one as the car park is quite tight, not the actual space but the bit you drive down to get to it. Though you soon get use to it. It is a spacious apartment and has been well looked after. We only had one day out of 10 with a dog barking in one of the apartments and did not hear any building work. Location - a short walk to the beach and town, although slightly uphill on the way back. There is a supermarket the other side of the park and also one in the town. Lidl's is a 2 minute drive or perhaps a 10 minute walk away. Sabinillas is a lovely "working town", not so many tourists, so if you like to get away from all the touristy things this would be the place for you. It is a very friendly place. It is well located for Gibralter, Marbella, Estepona, Ronda and we did Cadiz but that was quite a long drive. The beach is lovely, you would be hard stretched to find a nicer coast line. Unfortunately the water was icy cold and not many people ventured in it, which in 35+ of heat you really wanted to. They also had a plague of jellyfish which I think is quite a common occurrence. I would definitely recommend this apartment for the location and the comfort provided.

Very nice appartment with all the amenities

Stayed here mid June for a week with wife and 3 kids. Very clean 3rd floor place with all the equipment as announced and very functional. Nice large balcony as well. Not far walk from the beach and restaurants in the resort town of Sabinillas which is ideal for a relaxing family vacation. Supermarket 1 block away with all that you need. Only negative thing was that the walls are very thin so that one hears all the neighbours. However, Sandra was very helpful when workers started renovating on the ground floor at 09:00 am each morning ....and the dogs in the apartment above barked whenever their owner left early. Would definitely recommend this place if the dog barking problem can be taken care of. Also be careful of renting a small car if you wish to use the parking as the access is very tight. Overall though, great value for what we received.

Nous avons été accueillis par Sandra, le contact local et nous avons reçu un message d'accueil par sms de Patrick, le propriétaire. Sandra est une personne sympathique et arrangeante pour les heures d’arrivées et de départ. Même si nous ne parlions pas Espagnol, nous avons réussi à nous comprendre sans trop de souci... Résidence luxueuse et propre, l'appartement est calme, spacieux, lumineux, joliment décorée et très bien équipée, des chambres et salles de bain spacieuses, un balcon très agréable, idéale pour 6 personnes. (Les photos correspondent tout à fait à la réalité) Tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison. La piscine est à quelque pas et une grande place privative est située dans le parking souterrain de la résidence. A proximité de divers commerces, de restaurants, d'une station service et d'une magnifique plage. Nous profitons pour vous conseillez également le restaurant BELLA ITALIA, sur le bord de plage, patronne géniale parlant français, à l’écoute de ses clients pour les satisfaire un maximum, sans oublié ses excellentes pizzas et autres. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour en Andalousie et pourquoi pas y retourner plus tard. Nous recommandons vivement cette location..

Nous avons été accueillis par Sandra, le contact local et nous avons reçu un petit message d'accueil du propriétaire Patrick, que nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de faire connaissance, car nos échanges étaient par sms et mail, mais personne agréable et accessible. Sandra est une personne sympathique et arrangeante pour les heures d’arrivée et de départ. Même si nous ne parlions pas Espagnol, nous avons réussi à nous comprendre sans trop de soucis... Résidence luxueuse et propre, l'appartement est calme, lumineux, joliment décoré et très bien équipé, des chambres et salles de bains spacieuses, un balcon bien aménagé et très agréable. La piscine privative est à quelques pas de l'entrée, une grande place de parking est située au souterrain de la résidence. À proximité de divers commerces, restaurants, station service, plage.... Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour à San Luis de Sabinillas et pourquoi pas y retourner plus tard. Nous recommandons vivement cette location..
