Beautiful and spacious apartment in the center of Valencia with WIFI

Excellent apartment with high ceilings and freshly tiled floor to make your stay as comfortable and economical as possible. It is a bright and spacious apartment ideal for couples, friends, business travelers, families with or without children and large groups. License number VT-37872-V

Due to its excellent location in the heart of Valencia with views of the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, there are many places of interest nearby where you can discover and see up close Valencian culture and the characteristic art of this city. Being in the city center is surrounded by a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and all kinds of leisure facilities so the good atmosphere is assured. In addition, back to its privileged location has close access to all types of public transport (metro, bus, taxi, public service bicycle "valenbisi"). Part of the rental rate will go towards the purchase of a decorative object chosen by the same guests and we can all decorate it!

Guests will have access to every corner of the house!

Carlos and Ana will be available at all times via mobile or via email as well as in person at the time any guest needs it because we live near the floor that is offered.

Do not hesitate to consult us about the availability of the parking space located a few meters from the house for only a supplement of 15 euros per day.

Great flat, excellent location

Had a great time staying here. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The flat was very nice and had some beautiful views which made the climb up the stairs worth it. It's super close to every kind of shop we needed and we felt like we were right in amongst the busy-ness of the city which was great.

Overall a great place to stay

Helpful host, amazing view right in the center of valencia. The rooms and the property were a lot bigger than expected. Enough equipment and things like towels etc. The place was clean and tidy. Only minor issue for us was that there was no airconditioning, we already knew that beforehand and there are fans in every room. But we went end of august and it was pretty hot at that time. But apart from that really well spent money.

Terrific apartment, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Very centrally situated with lots of places to eat and drink nearby and much for a tourist to enjoy eg the Cathedral, the Market, the Roman remains etc.

Valencia: In the middle of it all!

Simply put, this was a great stay. Very comfortable for families traveling together. Apartment is on a high floor with excellent views of the historic center of the city. it is next to the Valencia's Mercado Central (Central Market), which makes shopping for breakfast and essentials very easy. Easily walk to many of the city's most important buildings and sites. Easy access to public transportation to move farther afield. Great for couples traveling together also. Very stylish and lovable apartment. The owners are very attentive and easy to communicate with, No parking, but several public parking lots within short walking distance. Would have stayed longer.

In bester Lage findet man hier eine Wohnung mit sehr viel Platz, von den vier Schlafzimnern sind zwei sehr schön, es gibt zwar nur ein Badezimmer aber eine zweite Toilette separat. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hervorragend erreichbar und sehr flexibel. Fazit: Schöne große Wohnung, die aber daher leider auch einen recht hohen Preis hat.

Centrally located in the Old Town, very convenient. Apartment is spacious with good storage. Carlos & Ana are very nice & helped us with anything we needed. They even spent time tracking down a gym that would allow my 11-year-old to work out with me! The apartment is not air-conditioned but they provided fans for every room. Valencia is a beautiful city, but be aware July & August are oppressively hot & humid, even for people who come from the US Midwest’s humidity!

La céntrica situación, la amplitud de la vivienda, lo cuidada y bonita que la tienen es destacable, aunque si tuviera que resaltar algo sobre lo demás, es el trato recibido por los propietarios, la amabilidad y la facilidad en solucionar cualquier cuestión que le planteamos. Muy recomendable, si llevas vehículo, el alquilar la plaza de garaje que tienen al lado de la vivienda ya que por la zona el aparcamiento es complicado. Gracias Ana y Carlos, y gracias al padre de Ana por su atención.

Mooie ruime flat op 8ste etage. Prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Goed contact met de eigenaar. Helaas was niet alles van de inventarislijst aanwezig maar daar wordt aan gewerkt.

The location of this apartment was perfect for our family. The view was absolutely stunning. The location was also great and a close walk to all of the shops, restaurants and metro lines.The beach was not far away either and easy to get to via metro.The property owners were nice to work with and very helpful with all of my questions. I would stay here again.

We are Carlos and Ana, a young couple from Valencia. Carlos is event manager and works for a famous beverage company. Ana is Telecommunication Engineer and works at the University. We like going out with friends, being with family, enjoying our little nephews, spending time with our little dog Tommy, playing sports and more specifically the paddle. We are just embarking on this new project to offer a home and open its doors to anyone who whises to enjoy a wonderful city as Valencia. We love traveling so we know the kind of needs that likes people when are travellig. We really hope to rise the occasion in giving everything that we like to have when we travel.
