Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay in San Michele. The trullo was in the perfect location for day trips to Lecce and Ostuni, and Stefano was an excellent host. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This is a beautiful and charming property. Located in a quiet place just outside of town it is quiet and accessible. We found the hosts very helpful giving us a good introduction to the property and checking in with us. The house is very special. Beautifully renovated, simple and well equipped. The outside space is good too with a large pool, outside cooking area and pergola.

Lovely Trulli farm

Enjoyed our stay at the authentic newly renovated Trulli house on a pretty setting overlooking olive groves, artichokes and stonewalls. The house and pool were neatly decorated and comfortable.

Trillion paradise

Beautiful Trulli 5 min drive from village of San Michele Salentino. Very central for driving to places of interest in Puglia. I would highly recommend visiting Lecce and Ostuni - just beautiful. Stefano was so friendly and helpful, the Trulli was just perfect - we couldn’t ask for more.

Peaceful and beautiful

Hosts Stefano and Maria were wonderful and helpful with very useful guidance for local shopping and restaurants. They lived just across an olive grove from the Trullo and were very responsive with all questions. The Trullo is just as advertised. It is a unique property, well equipped and maintaining its historical character which included low doorways - watch your head ! We spent more time in the outdoor patio / pool area, including cooking some meals on the outdoor stove. It is a lovely and private space. We would return.

Un beau petit trullo

Agréablement situé dans un champs d’Olivier vous trouverez ce magnifique trullo. Il est simple mais confortable et très propre. Si vous avez la moindre question sur quoi que ce soit, le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour vous informer. Il passe régulièrement vérifier si tout est ok mais toujours en toute discrétion. Bref un très bel endroit 👍

Sehr schöner Trullo in ruhiger Umgebung

Der Trullo ist sehr schön und befindet sich auf einem sehr gepflegten, schönen und eingewachsenen Grundstück. Ein überdachter Außenbereich mit Sitzplätzen ist vorhanden und der Pool ist wirklich sehr schön und sehr groß für ein Ferienhaus. Eins muss man aber wissen: Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein (max. 140 cm breit) und die Matratze recht hart. Es war für uns für eine Woche okay, aber ich fände es trotzdem gut, wenn die Größe des Bettes in der Anzeige erwähnt würde. San Michele Salentino ist ein kleiner Ort mit recht wenig Flair. Es gibt zwar einige ganz gute Restaurants, uns hat es abends aber besser gefallen im nahe gelegenen Ceglie. Ansonsten ist der Standort gut, man kann alles gut erreichen: Matera, Alberobello, Ostuni, Lecce etc. Stefano ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

What a beautiful stay ! The villa is 100% accurate to the pictures, the experience of the Trulli surrounded by Olive trees was unique in itself. FABULOUS

We had the most wonderful week at Stefano's trulli. The property is perfect. Lovely quiet location but only a short drive to the town. Stefano and Maria are perfect hosts and are there if you need them. The trulli is truly so comfortable and has everything you could need. The pool is such a lovely luxury and the outside space is so comfortable. We would recommend this property to anyone. It is perfect for a couple but also has a single bed for an extra person. We hope to return one day.

Traumhaftes Trulli mit herrlichem Pool

Die Fotos und die Beschreibungen entsprechen dem Ferienhaus. Unserer Erwartungen wurden übertroffen durch die tolle, ruhige und recht private Lage. Stefano ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und unkomplizierter Vermieter vor Ort. Wir haben uns an einem vereinbarten Treffpunkt getroffen und sind dann gemeinsam zum Haus gefahren, weil es abgelegen zwischen Olivenbäumen und anderen Trullis liegt. Es waren wundervolle 2 Wochen und der Abschied fiel uns sehr schwer.

Das Trulli ist sehr schön und ruhig mit Blick auf die umliegenden Olivenhaine.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Eigentümern Stefano empfangen und uns wurde die Unterkunft gezeigt. Der Kontakt zum Stefano ist sehr herzlich und aufmerksam, alle unsere Wünsche wurden schnell und zuvorkommend erfüllt. Der Trulli ist sehr sauber und liebevoll sowie zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Aufgrund der hohen sommerlichen Temperaturen konnten wir im Trulli sehr gut schlafen. Der Garten ist ebenso sehr schön gestaltet mit Sitzplätzen und Sonnenliegen. Die Entfernung zum Strand in Ostuni Marina ist kurz ca. 30min Fahrzeit und es gibt in der Umgebung meherere schöne Städte zum Anschauen oder um Essen zu gehen. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Un trullo simplement magnifique

Et bien nous voilà de retour à la maison, après avoir profité de ce petit coin de paradis. Alors que dire de ce merveilleux trullo. Il est impeccable tant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur. Rien à dire, une propreté exceptionnelle, du mobilier de qualité, une piscine impeccable, un beau petit salon extérieur, des propriétaires aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. 👍🏻 Le trullo est situé dans un endroit calme, mais facile d’accès. Une région magnifique avec quelques bons petits restaurants. Bref un endroit à recommander. Didier & Sophie

Una bellissima esperienza

Abbiamo soggiornato nel trullo per 2 settimane. Un’esperienza meravigliosa. Il trullo e gli spazi esterni molto curati e i proprietari due persone splendide, che ci hanno accolto benissimo. La posizione è veramente strategica, abbiamo visitato delle spiagge e Borghi stupendi. Il proprietario sempre pronto a darci consigli e soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Due settimane di pace e tranquillità per chi vuole evadere dalle città caotiche. Lo consiglio vivamente a famiglie e a ragazzi giovani, anche con animali. Ci è dispiaciuto lasciare Stefano e Maria, i proprietari, persone che ti rimangono nel cuore.
