Welkom bij Mauna Lani Fairways # 903. Ontspan, kom tot rust en geniet van alle voorzieningen die deze tropische villa te bieden heeft. Dit uitnodigende en moderne stadshuis ligt aan de golfbaan en in het prestigieuze resortgebied Mauna Lani.

Deze accommodatie biedt een open woonkamer om een gemakkelijke doorstroming mogelijk te maken en wordt geleverd met een volledig uitgeruste keuken die zowel ruim is en tegemoetkomt aan alle gemakken van thuis. Het hoogste niveau biedt een comfortabele woonkamer met een slaapbank, een 50-inch flatscreen-tv, een draadloze dvd en grenst aan de eetkamer die uitkomt op de privé Lanai die een barbecue en buiten dineren biedt om te genieten van een vers gegrilde maaltijd. Perfect opgezet om te genieten van de warme bries, wuivende palmen en uitzicht op de golfbaan. Er is ook een damestoilet op dit niveau.

De ruime slaapkamer bevindt zich op de bovenverdieping en heeft een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv, een zithoek en toegang tot een eigen Lanai met een prachtig uitzicht op de fairway. De aangrenzende grote badkamer biedt dubbele wastafels, glazen douchecabine en een luxe badkuip om van te genieten. De tweede slaapkamer bevindt zich ook op de bovenste verdieping en biedt een queensize bed, een flatscreen-tv en een eigen badkamer.

Een van de voordelen van een gast van dit stadshuis is dat je kunt genieten van de privéstrandclub Mauna Lani. De cabana's en lounge stoelen zijn er om van te genieten, en het strand geeft toegang tot een van de beste snorkelplekken op het eiland. Kajak, paddleboard, bekijk de oude visvijvers of lunch in het strandrestaurant. Niet in de stemming voor het strand? Dan is er ontspanning bij het Fairways-zwembad en de hot tub! De Fairways biedt ook een fitnessruimte om uw dagelijkse trainingsroutine niet te missen.

Everything was terrific, the bed was comfortable, the views of the golf course were fabulous. As others have mentioned the kitchen was well equipped. The only improvement I can think of would be to have a lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom, because the bathroom was not well lit.

Kona wedding trip

Although this was our first trip to Kona we will definitely be back. Mauna Lani resort area is beautiful and the condo was awesome and in a great location. We walked to the local coffee shop each morning and the Foodland grocery was so convenient. The pool was close to the unit and the view out the back patio made for stunning sunset photos!! All around a perfect vacation.

Best view of the group

We went to Hawaii with a group of other families staying in various different fairways properties. They all enjoyed their stays, we all enjoyed the location and community but our specific unit (903) was by far the best location of them all. The view over the fairway, the sunset behind the palm trees and the short walk to the pool- this spot was the best!!

Great townhome in nice location

We have stayed at the fairways 4 other times in another townhome but it was booked up. Decided to try this place and it was great. Really enjoyed the second floor balcony overlooking the golf course. We were a little worried about noisy golfers but it was quiet and there weren't that many. Cant beat access to the gated beach. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Nice pool we had to our selves several times. Highly recommend this place.

Relaxing get away

Both my husband and I came to celebrate turning 50 this year. Everything was just as advertised.Communication was top notch! Well stocked,very clean,super comfortable bed and extremely quiet.We enjoyed our morning walks on the nearby beaches,having access to the beach club where there’s some of the best snorkeling,so many beautiful fish! and even came across a few turtles to swim with. Pool is just a short walk across from the condo.Countless activities to choose from all around the island.We’re already planning on getting back soon. Thank you again for everything!

Quiet and convenient with great golf course view so private. Short walk to warm pool and spa on property. Good decor, clean, full size washer dryer. All amenities supplied from cooking to shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet and kitchen paper and bags and washing liquid. No need to buy anything for house which is appreciated. All swimming, snorkeling and pool toys supplied. Access to private beach short drive away Management company was instantly responsive pre and during. Kona concierge service was on point and responsive. All in all a fab property. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

Peaceful Views

The condo is well-located within the development, with sweeping fairway views, a palm-lined sunset, and the pool close enough to walk to easily, but well out of hearing. The upstairs and downstairs lanais are absolutely private, and comfortably furnished. The bedrooms are far enough apart for privacy, each with an en suite, and a large TV. The kitchen is well-equipped in terms of cutlery and dishes, and the dining room is spacious. Appliances are modern, and in good repair. The A/C and the many fans provide excellent climate-control. It's important to note that the high ceilings lead to the need for lots of stairs, which could be a consideration for some tenants. It should also be noted that use of the attached garage is not included. Kona Coast Vacations provides very active management, with ongoing contact starting from time of booking, and an efficient concierge service. We were happy with our choice.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our family of four to celebrate our daughter’s 13th birthday and Christmas. The home was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location felt truly private and serene, making it easy to relax and enjoy the Big Island. The concierge service was also incredibly helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others without hesitation.

Great spot, great location

We love the Fairways in general, and have stayed in other condos there. We love this one because of the views of the golf course and sunsets. It's beautifully furnished (altho probably not great for kids because of glass tables and fine art that's breakable in places). The proximity to the pool is also great. We would stay here again.
