Luxury villa with amazing sea view and infinity swimming pool

Welcome to our luxurious sea view villa in the most beautiful place of South Costa Brava. You find Siview Villa close to several beautiful beaches and idyllic bays. It is surrounded by woods and enjoys great privacy and tranquility. At only a few minutes´ drive you find Cala Canyelles beach with a small marina and a fantastic restaurant that serves fresh fish every day. Lloret de Mar´s centre is at 4 km.

Our 420 m2 villa with capacity for 14-16 guests is divided into two main floors. The villa is especially designed for outdoor living. You find the swimming pool of 10×5 m on the same level as the living and dining area, and the south facing façade is made of large sliding windows that disappear into the walls, opening the house to a maximum, bringing the outside inside. We have several terraces and sitting areas to enjoy outdoor living and there is a fantastic jacuzzi with 65 jets, where you can relax in perfect privacy and tranquility while enjoying the views of the sea and green hills.

The ground floor includes a large space that covers the large living room, the dining area and the kitchen. Opening the top-to-bottom windows, you immediately connect to the terrace with the infinity style swimming pool. On this floor you also find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace and garden with jacuzzi, and a guest toilet.

With a floating stairs you access the second floor, where you find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Waking up you can immediately enjoy the beautiful sea view and have breakfast on the terrace at bedroom level. Then there is the master suite with bath, shower and access to a private terrace. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

On level -1 you find a sixth bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which has a garden patio. There is another very spacious bedroom with capacity for 4 beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Outside, the pool area with reclining chairs and a lounge offer a fantastic view of the sea and green mountains. On the other side of the house there are two hammocks and a large lounge area that seats 16, where you can read a book and sip your wine in perfect privacy and tranquility.

You can park two cars in the garage. Parking on the street is also available. Airconditioning is available in the bedrooms.

With its large living spaces, several terraces, and full luxury facilities, Siview Villa is a comfortable accommodation for groups and multiple families.

Fantastic Villa for Large Groups

We stayed here as a group of 14, including 6 children, and had a fantastic time. The house is spacious, beautifully kept, and very clean. The pool was a highlight, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for large families or groups!

Amazing vacation

Jacqueline is a great host. Very responsive and answers promptly every question before and during the stay. Everything about this Villa is as advertised and more. It is well maintained and equipped with lots of stuff. We did a lot of cooking and grilling and had in house everything we needed to cook fancy meals for 13 guests. We highly recommend this Villa for group vacations.

Excellent stay

The villa is just as beautiful as the pictures. it is lovely and quite and the infinite style swimming pool is big. The view is wonderful. The Villa is modern and nicely decorated. The description on the website is really authentic. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the many sitting spaces. We enjoyed cooking, relaxing at the house. Highly recommended. And without forgetting: Jacqueline, the owner. We loved her welcoming and friendliness. She was always available for our questions or comments. We will definitely go back to the Villa in the future. Beautiful but NOT child friendly

The villa is beautiful and does not disappoint. Spectacular views! Unfortunately the villa is not child friendly and has some very dangerous areas for young children - No non slip pads around the pool area (normally there is a drainage piece), so when it was wet it was deadly. At the side of the villa which leads to the social area there is a cliff drop with no barrier or side panel, this we all found shocking! Also the stairs were literally just blocks of wood with no rails and if someone were to fall they would fall straight through.

Million Dollar View!

A group of 14 of us stayed at Siview Villa to celebrate a milestone birthday and we all agreed it was absolutely wonderful. The view alone is reason enough to book this beautiful villa. But the outdoor living space was also a major plus with so many places to enjoy the sun, read a book, nap in the shade, or just enjoy the serene setting. We even had a private yoga instructor come and give a class one morning and there was plenty of space for all of us. We were happy to find a lot of cooking essentials like spices, oil and vinegar. And the large dining table was perfect for us to have dinner at the villa each night - the view was too good to go out to eat! I echo what other reviews mentioned about the stairs - they were a bit scary at first but we got used to them. Definitely not a house for small children. And we did not pay extra for A/C as the evenings were cool enough to just open windows/sliding doors. But that meant we had to fight off mosquitos since there are no screens. But we managed and we had an amazing stay and we'd 100% return if we are ever in the area again! Thank you, Jacqueline!

Stunning property with fantastic views but not practical

While the villa is in a great location and boasts stunning style and views, practicality and safety are concerns. The extensive floating staircases (completely open across three floors) pose a significant safety risk, and a previously reported dangerous drop remains inadequately addressed. The slippery tiled areas exacerbate the safety issues. The listing misleadingly advertises air conditioning, but the main living area and two bedrooms (6 of the 16 beds) lacked this amenity, rendering the bedrooms unusable during our stay with children having to share beds elsewhere and adults sleeping on the sofa. While the owner was responsive and acknowledged this has become an issue and arranged for installations on Day 5, the process caused significant disruption to us. Additionally, the pool was unclean upon arrival and did not get cleaned during our stay. This is the 6th consecutive year we have done a villa rental as a large group and the first time where no cleaning service, change of linen or towels was provided. Overall, we as a group were very disappointed by our stay.

Väldigt bra boende

Boendet är väldigt bra och optimalt för fyra familjer med två barn vardera. Värden var väldigt bra att ha att göra med. Smidig incheckning och kontakt direkt när spabadet strulade. Området och mestadels hus och backar. Stranden Canyelles är riktigt bra och restaurangerna där likaså. Väl värt ett besök!

Une location qui vous donnera entière satisfaction, c’est un coup de cœur assuré! Magical views of Costa Brava

Big family, 14 persons.

This property is very nice to rent for more than one generation, very nice and modern and Jacqueline was a good host. Nice kitchen and dining area working well for many people, which also goes for the outdoor place. Some thing to mention was the poor acoustic due to open space and the stairs not suitable for smaller kids. Overall we had a wonderful stay all 14 familymembers. We are happy to recomend this house and host.

Luxurious spacious villa with excellent views

This was a perfect villa for our family of 12 for cooking, relaxing and simply being together. It is close to the beach and shopping, yet removed from the hustle of the town of Lloret de Mar. The villa is modern, spacious, very clean and is well equipped, with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. We especially loved the outdoor space with the barbecue and dining table and the different lounge areas to enjoy the outdoor living with the whole family. The owner was there for a warm welcome and she provided us with all the information we needed. I definitely recommend this villa, especially for a large family.

Why they chose this property

I have always been a big fan of the Costa Brava. Now I have constructed my own luxury villa just outside Lloret de Mar, that I greatly enjoy, I wish for other people to have a fantastic holiday and enjoy all the best the Costa Brava has to offer.

Lloret de Mar is a great village to spend some time. The town centre is cosy, with nice bars to get your cup of coffee and croissant in the morning or your glass of wine in the evening. Its shops open till late in summer. The centre shows some cultural highlights of the history of the town and outside the village Lloret has a lot to offer for family fun. What I personally love the most is the amazing nature where you get the real 'Costa Brava spirit': sandy beaches in secluded bays with a rugged coastline and from time to time sturdy waves that you can´t get enough of just watching the tides come in. Some of these bays also offer great gastronomy at on-the-beach restaurants or cocktail bars in a romantic bay. I invite everyone to discover this fantastic place!

What makes this property unique

We have designed all the details of the villa ourselves, so we have optimised it exclusively for what we think is the best holiday home. Construction was finished in July 2013, so the villa has all the comfort and modern finishes one could need. We fell in love with the location, surrounded by nature, with fabulous views and at short distance from the sea and our favourite beach and restaurant.
