Stéphane, the concierge, even prepares small dishes on request if you don't have the courage to cook. In season, a bread delivery service is provided by these services.

Appartement très fonctionnel et emplacement idéal dans une résidence calme et très bien entretenue.Pinarello est vraiment fait pour passer des vacances idéales loin de l'effervescence des grandes villes dans un environnement idyllique.J'ai également apprécié la disponibilité et la réactivité de Fabien et surtout la souplesse pour l'arrivée et le départ.A bientôt Fabien :)

Sehr schönes Appartement in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist groß mit viel Arbeitsfläche und bestens ausgestattet. Auch Geschirr ist sehr viel vorhanden. Fabien ist sehr hilfsbereit und hilft jederzeit bei Fragen. Das Objekt kann man nur empfehlen!! Fußläufig kann man bei einem Obst/Gemüsestand auch Baguette oder andere Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf kaufen, so muss man morgens nicht mit dem Auto nach St. Lucie fahren.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l'appartement de Fabien. Le logement est spacieux, très propre et très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Nous nous y sommes très bien sentis. Entièrement climatisé, c'est très appréciable .La terrasse avec vue sur le maquis est grande et bien agréable avec un coin repas protégé par une banne et un coin bains de soleil. Nous avons pu y faire du BBQ.L'équipement bébé était un plus pour nous.La résidence est à taille humaine ,très calme et située dans un environnement de verdure magnifique à deux pas de la plage . Nous y accédions très facilement avec nos 2 petits enfants en poussette.La baie de Pinarello est paradisiaque avec son eau translucide bordée par la pinède. Il Y a très peu d'urbanisation autour, c'est rare ! Nous avons pleinement profité de la mer et de la nature. La piscine est grande et propre et il n'y avait jamais beaucoup de monde.Nous avons passé de super vacances et recommandons vivement cette location.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt. Toll ausgestattet, schöner Gemeinschaftspool und zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten zu einem der schönsten Strände Korsikas mot vilene Strandbars. Und in Pinarellu sind viele sehr gute Restaurants.

Super Apartment

Wir waren als Familie 12 Tage bei Fabien zu Gast im Juni. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt, und auch sonst alles da. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer hier regelmäßig Ferien machen. Der Weg zum Strand ist gut zu Fuß machbar und der Strand ist wirklich super. In der Gegend gibt es viele schöne Möglichkeiten Korsika zu entdecken. Merci Fabien, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Woche in der Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock sehr genossen. Super Austattung in der Küche, gute Betten, eine ruhige Ferienanlage und ein toller Pool. Der Weg zum Strand ist mit 10 min gut zu machen.

Appartement fantastique situé au premier étage dans un complexe résidentiel calme et élégant! L’appartement était très propre, avait tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin, tout équipement de qualité et climatisation dans toute les pièces! Nous avons passé des journées mémorables et apprécié la position, proche des plus belles plages de la zone (vraiment 10 minutes a pied de la plage de Pinarello). Fantastique aussi la belle piscine du complexe résidentiel ou plongés pour une petite détente quotidienne!

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir sind zum 2. Mal in der gleichen Wohnung gewesen und fühlen uns dort sehr sehr wohl. Wir schätzen es, im 1. OG zu wohnen, die Einrichtung ist sehr gut und die Küchengeräte (wir kochen meistens selbst) ist hervorragend. Es wird nicht unser letztes Mal in dieser Wohnung gewesen sein. Und Pinarello selbst begeistert uns sowieso. Auch in diesem Jahr ein herzliches Dankeschön!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus am Meer

Schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer ruhigen Anlage mit Pool am Meer. Terrasse mit Markise und Liegestühlen. Strand, Einkaufsladen und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Pinarellu, der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar, ruhig und man kann wunderbar schwimmen. Die FW ist in einer gepflegten Anlage, gehobene Ausstattung, alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei, man kann am Abend auf der Terrasse sitzen und perfekt grillen und die Ruhe genießen. Den angebotenen gekühlten Wein aus der Region probierten wir sehr gerne! Man schläft sehr gut, keine bellenden Hunde, kein Hahn, einfach Ruhe. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt und die Kinder konnten ihn jederzeit (bis 21 Uhr) nutzen. Es waren immer nur wenige andere Gäste da. Ein Auto ist wichtig, da die größeren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Uns fehlte es an nichts, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Herzlichen Dank an den Gastgeber!

Wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Pinarellu!

Wir waren für 10 Tage mit unseren drei Kindern in Fabiens Wohnung in Pinarellu und waren absolut begeistert von der Lage! In nur 10 Minuten Fußweg ist man an einem der vielen wunderschönen Stränden Korsikas. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Siedlung mit Schwimmbad und Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig und ist so praktisch eingerichtet, dass es einem an wirklich nichts fehlt. Eine große Terrasse sorgt für gemütliche Abendessen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit Fabien und Madame Orsini war einfach und klar. Und Korsika ist eine wunderbare Insel! Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort!

Ein Traum

Wir sind jetzt zum 5. Mal seit 2017 auf Korsika gewesen. Diese Wohnung toppt alles. Tolle Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage, großzügig, sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, sehr sauber und inmitten von Pinarello ganz ruhig gelegen. Ganz herzlichen Dank - es war wunderbar und wir werden wiederkommen.

Gut ausgestattete ruhige Wohnung

Gut ausgestattete und klimatisierte Wohnung fußläufig zum Meer. Die Wohnung hat auch eine sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge, z.B. nach Bonifacio oder zum Col de Bavella oder zu Badegumpen, und der naheliegende Strand liegt in einer malerischen Bucht mit Strandbars und Restaurants. Etwas erschreckt hat uns ein Treffen mit einem Rudel Wildschweine im Pinienwald auf dem Weg zum Meer, was aber eher eine Seltenheit sein soll. Insgesamt eine tolle Woche, zu empfehlen.

großzügige Wohnung mit super Ausstattung

Die Wohnung kam uns aufgrund des cleveren Grundrisses "gefühlt" wirklich größer vor, als es die reine Quadratmeterangabe vermuten ließ. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl darin. Auch die große Terrasse darf nicht unerwähnt bleiben, welche am Nachmittag mit der elektrisch bedienbaren Markise beschattet werden kann. Beeindruckt hat uns vor allem die reichhaltige Ausstattung der Wohnung. Es ist wirklich alles da, sogar für Kleinkinder. Genial ist natürlich auch, dass man von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß zum Strand gehen kann (wenn man gemütlich geht, vielleicht 10 Gehminuten). Und der Strand dort ist wirklich super. Sauber, sehr sehr flach abfallend, (das dürfte vor allem für kleinere Kinder von Vorteil sein). Als wir da waren (Juni) war das Wasser sowas von klar und sauber, das habe ich bisher allenfalls in kühlen Gewässern der Ostsee so erleben dürfen). Also wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen

Top ausgestattete, schöne grosse Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, sauber und super ausgestattet in einer sehr gepflegten, ruhigen Ferienanlage. Es wird in der Umgebung viel gebaut, wodurch es etwas Baulärm gab, der sich aber zum Glück in Grenzen hielt. Der nahegelegene Strand ist wunderschön, lang, breit und das Wasser ist lang flach, ideal für kleine Kinder. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit gern wieder kommen.

Agréable séjour en février

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le logement de Fabien. On s'y est sentis comme à la maison. Le logement est très bien équipé. Une très bonne literie. La climatisation réversible très efficace. Le calme avec la plage de pinarello accessible à pied en moins de 10mn . Une plage toujours aussi magnifique.
