Villa Sabrina, con su piscina privada, 3 dormitorios e interiores cuidadosamente amueblados, se encuentra en el campo que rodea la famosa ciudad amurallada de San Gimignano. Recientemente restaurada y ocupando parte de una casa de campo tradicional de la Toscana, Villa Sabrina es la villa de vacaciones perfecta para todos aquellos huéspedes que quieran disfrutar de la Toscana más auténtica, agregando un toque de lujo a sus vacaciones. La villa puede alojar hasta 7 huéspedes en interiores cuidadosamente amueblados, llenos de encanto y carácter, y ofrece el beneficio de jardines bien cuidados en una ubicación panorámica que alberga una gran piscina privada para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes que se alojan en Villa Sabrina. Además, las aldeas y zonas más solicitadas de la Toscana (como Florencia, Siena, Volterra, la región de Chianti Classico) se encuentran a poca distancia en coche.

En el interior, la villa se encuentra en 2 plantas y ha sido terminada personalmente por el propietario, quien se ocupó de cada detalle durante la renovación. En la planta baja hay un amplio y cómodo salón con TV vía satélite, sofá cama, una cocina deliciosamente bonita con zona de comedor (totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, microondas), una acogedora habitación doble y un baño. con ducha de hidromasaje. En la planta superior hay 2 dormitorios más, amplios y amueblados de forma atractiva (uno doble con cuatro camas con dosel y un gemelo con las camas que se pueden unir a pedido), así como un fantástico baño con bañera y ducha.

Afuera, Villa Sabrina impresionará incluso a los huéspedes más exigentes. Ubicada en jardines bien cuidados con césped, flores y arbustos, la villa también ofrece impresionantes vistas sobre el campo circundante. La piscina privada de generosas dimensiones (abierta del 15 de abril al 15 de octubre) se encuentra dentro de un terreno vallado y cuenta con cómodas hamacas y sombrillas. Mide 10 mx 5 my la profundidad es de entre 0,8 my 1 65 m: ¡es el lugar perfecto para un refrescante baño bajo el sol toscano! Terrazas sombreadas, amuebladas con barbacoa, mesa y sillas para cenar al aire libre, completan el entorno.

Villa Sabrina is a dream. The landscape and views are amazing. The villa is clean and fully appointed with all items needed. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. Sabrina is a wonderful hostess. She even surprised us a couple of times with special treats. We would love to stay here again.

Charming host and family. Very supportive and generous of their time during dental emergency. They made appointment with their dental provider and offered to take us to the appointment. The property grounds are stunning and the villa is receiving ongoing upgrades. The second floor bath is very large with walk in shower. The first floor bath has vintage fixtures. Installing air conditioning in the first floor should be considered as the extreme heat conditions are the norm and getting more severe.

We loved our stay at Villa Sabrina! Sabrina was an incredibly welcoming and thoughtful host. She met us on arrival with a basket of groceries—which we used to make dinner that night—and a delicious homemade cherry pie.Despite temperatures reaching 102F, we stayed comfortable thanks to A/C in the rooms, the shady terrace, and the beautiful pool. The house had everything our family of five needed, including a comfortable living room, washer, and outdoor games like ping pong, basketball, badminton, and Velcro darts.The setting is gorgeous and truly makes you feel part of the Tuscan countryside. We watched the sunrise from the terrace each morning. San Gimignano is less than 3 miles away and was a highlight of our Italy trip, and Siena and Florence were easy day trips.On our last night, we had a chef come for a cooking lesson and dinner, and even they commented that Villa Sabrina had one of the best kitchens they had worked in at a rental!At checkout, Sabrina surprised each of us with a goodie bag of snacks and water for our drive back to Rome. From our arrival to departure, these thoughtful touches made our stay even more memorable.We loved Villa Sabrina and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

The villa was exactly as advertised, and just as lovely as the pictures demonstrated. It was much better than we expected. Sabrina was a wonderful host and surprised us with goodies throughout our stay. We all hated to leave but I hope to return.

We stayed here for nine days and couldn’t have been more pleased. There were three of us and the privacy was excellent. Beautiful walk to San Gimignano and easy location to Sienna and surrounding medieval towns. The location of this property was amazing. The house itself was exceptional and our host, Sabrina was wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped and we did 90% of our dinners at home. we were here. for nine days.

A superb location for touring Tuscany, this villa exceeded expectations in every way. The villa was well managed by brilliant hosts and had all the amenities you would expect. What made the villa extra special was the outdoor space which was the best of any villa I have stayed in. Immaculate and huge garden and pool area with views over the rolling Tuscan landscape. You couldn't ask for more!

The Villa was a wonderful place for our family stay, and the property was as described in the website. Sabrina was very kind and detailed oriented to make sure that everything was working, and she was also very responsive when needed. We stayed at this beautiful villa in Tuscany with two families and young kids (ages 1–5), and it was perfect. The house is stunning, super well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The pool was a huge hit, the landscaping was immaculate, and the views were just gorgeous. Sabrina and her family were incredibly kind and helpful—they truly went above and beyond, even helping us find dinner one night when one of our kids wasn’t feeling well. It’s also in a great location—very close to San Gimignano and other charming little villages, which made it an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. We’d love to stay here again! Highly recommend.

The house, pool area and garden are beautiful, especially the garden and pool area which are breathtaking, which makes this a perfect place to stay. Kitchen is very complete and seating ideal for cooking an eating. House is spacious with great bathrooms. Only two points of attention are that the house is relatively close to a somewhat noisy main road and that there is no air con in the rooms, which could have been nice. owner extremely helpful and friendly

This beautiful Villa is in a location within a 10 minute drive to San Gimignano. Sabrina is an extremely helpful and responsive host, from check in to check out. During our stay, she and her husband even helped us out by charging our rental car battery when we discovered it was flat one evening. The villa is comfortable and character-filled with all household amenities on hand. We arrived to a basket of groceries on the kitchen bench which was well-stocked for a meal, coffee and breakfasts. Thank you! A surprise cake (homemade by Sabrina) and bottle of wine during our stay was delicious and such a lovely, generous touch! The pool and surroundings are idyllic. A touch of paradise in Tuscany!

Beautiful villa in San Gimignano!

Villa Sabrina was a lovely location for our group of 4 friends. Our host, Sabrina, was so nice! She greeted us when we arrived and left a big basket of goodies! She left a fruit tart and a bottle of wine mid week. The villa was very quaint, well stocked and the views were just spectacular! While it was a little too cool to use the pool, it was very clean and inviting. The villa is attached to another home where our host lives. It has a separate entrance, but we didn’t see each other during our stay. Highly recommend Villa Sabrina!

Very nice and calm location. The house, the garden and the pool area are very well-tended. Sabrina and Stefano are nice and kind hosts. They helped us whenever we had a question. But in the same time you don't even recognize they are living right next door. We really appreciated the welcome basket with lots of nice Tuscany food and we also appreciated the wine with the homemade cake in the middle of our stay. Thanks for everything. I would always recommend this to anyone!

The venue is very nice. Great view outside. Nice property. Good location to visit some cities: Siena, Florence, Pisa,... The house is spacious and clean. Since the outside temperatures were low during night, we used house heating. You can regulate the temperature you need/like. The landlord lady is very friendly. She habdled all necesary matters promptly. Only challenge was, that she doesn't speak English very well. But that was really not a problem for us at all. We could understand each other.

Our stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Sabrina made us feel incredibly welcome. She had prepared a basket of groceries for our family, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel.Throughout our stay, Sabrina went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. One day she surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine and a delicious homemade dessert, and on the day we departed, she prepared travel goodie bags for our family of seven. Her kindness and generosity were truly exceptional.The villa itself was wonderful—beautiful, clean, comfortable, and extremely well-equipped. We especially loved the pool, and our children had a fantastic time with the variety of indoor and outdoor games available. It felt like a home away from home and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation.What impressed us most was Sabrina’s dedication to her guests. After we left, my daughter realized she had forgotten her tennis shoes and iPod at the villa. Sabrina immediately coordinated with her son, who met us in Rome to return her belongings. To say she went out of her way to help us would be an understatement.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Tuscany. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate—you will not regret it! The town of San Gimignano is absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more special.Thank you for everything, Sabrina!
