Perfect location for a winter holiday! Apartment is exactly as advertised with two beautiful pool areas a few steps away! Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and a waterfront boardwalk.

Great place to stay for vacation for a very reasobale price

Very clean, very quiet, beautiful community with 2 absolutely gorgeous pools. The beach is just within 5 minutes walk free of tourists, and on another side very close to main tourists centers in the south, just few minutes drive. There is mini market just 200 meters walk from the main gate. Plenty of small delicios restraunts aroung within 5 minutes walk.

Amazing apartment in a quite town away from the crowds

I stayed in Palm Mar with my teenage kids. The apartment was very stylish, well equipped with various kitchen utensils, big fridge-feezer, dishwasher, full stove for cooking. It had a beautiful terrace for eating outside with big family table but also some comfy chairs for sitting. Two pools, one heated, one regular one, none of them were busy, many times we had the swimming pool just for us. The apartment is located in a quite area so I strongly recommend the car for transport to see other parts of the Tenerife.

OK for shorter periode.

Overall good experience. Good location. Only minus : not enough glasses and space to store food and other things. This is why it is ok for shorter periods but not for some months.

Die gesamte Kommunikation zwischen uns und der Vertreterin der Immobilienfirma, Jennifer Garcia undihren Mitarbeitern war ausgezeichnet.Einige Tage vor Urlaubsbeginn wurden uns Bilder von der Anlage übermittelt, so das man sich im voraus bei G-maps über den Treffpunkt informieren konntre, bezüglich derSchlüsselübergabe, die dann reibungslos klappte.Alles in allem ein erholsamer und stressfreier Urlaub.Anke Meier

Logement, impeccable, propreté, irréprochable, petit coin, cuisine, micro-ondes, cafetière, plaque de cuisson, four, vaisselle, couvert, tout est fourni si vous préférez manger au logement plutôt que de profiter des restaurants un petit supermarché à proximité, ce qui permet d’aller acheter les capsules de café par exemple et de quoi grignoter si vous arrivez tard la machine à laver à votre disposition n’est pas négligeable lorsque vous rentrez de la plageEn ce qui concerne Jennifer l’hôte c’est une personne charmante sympathique et très réactive, un petit coup de téléphone, un petit message et Jennifer est là pour régler les petits problèmes et pour ne rien gâcher elle parle français et espagnol bien sûr je recommande vivement ce logement et y retourner avec plaisir.Merci Jennifer pour votre gentillesse.

Empfangen wurden wir super freundlich, obwohl unser Flug über 5 Stunden Verspätung hatte.Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel nützlichem ausgestattet.Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Geschirr, Besteck, ...Die Gebäude sind recht hellhörig, dafür ist die Anlage von ruhigem Klientel bewohnt.Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

Tout s’est bien passé jusqu’à notre départ où nous avons été facturé 80€ pour un couvercle de machine à café que nous n’avions même pas utiliser ni vu Le dialogue avec l’hôte était très fermé , Elle m’a facturé le prix d’une nouvelle machine alors que ce genre d’accessoires peut ce trouver sur internet à moindre coût Je trouve ça honteux

Un havre de repos appréciable

Petit village "immobilier", résidentiel tranquille, discret et calme. La résidence est très propre. L'environnement est agréable et vous vous retrouvez dans la nature juste à 5 minutes à pieds dans un décor volcanique magnifique. Supermarché et restaurants à proximité. L'appartement est bien situé, assez proche de l'accès principal sans les éventuels inconvénients. L'appartement est très propre, simplement décoré mais avec exotisme. Belle salle de bain. Belle terrasse équipée pour "recevoir " des amis. Grande chambre avec un lit king size doté d'une bonne literie. Petit bémol, investir dans des rideaux occultants car réverbère extérieur éclaire comme une lampe de chevet la chambre. Pensez à un petit étendoir mobile pour le linge intime. Je recommande vivement ce joli logement comme pied à terre pour profiter de la piscine et de cette magnifique île de Ténérife.

Saubere Wohnung in gepflegter Anlage

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung. Sauber und geräumig mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Kommunikation war einfach und sehr sympathisch! Palm-Mar ist ein sehr touristischer Ort, muss man mögen.

Une adresse à conserver

Un fort bel appartement, propre, confortable et bien équipé, malheureusement exposé au nord, ce qui incite moins à profiter de la jolie terrasse mais qui est sans doute un avantage en plein été. La disponibilité, la gentillesse et la réactivité de Maria et Federico est à souligner. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

Relaxing, peaceful stay

Property was spotless clean when we arrived with plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and devices such as toaster, coffee machine, kettle, iron, hair dryer and even straighteners. Property was very comfortable with 3 seater sofa, additional recliner, dining table for two and patio furniture which easily sat 6 people. The patio does not get the sun at at all which was lovely when wanting to take a break from the sun and eat outside. We found the bed to be comfortable with plenty of storage and hangers in the wardrobe. This one bed apartment is in a really lovely complex which is very well kept and is mostly used by couples and retired adults as well as a few families. The pool was great although unheated, there were plenty of sun loungers and again the pool area was extremely clean and well looked after. There were actually two pools we had access to during our stay. The complex was gated so required a key however, I would still urge you to not leave any windows or doors open whilst you are out of the apartment. We loved our stay at this apartment and would highly recommend.

Genieten in een mooi vakantieappartement !

Een mooi en ruim appartement alsook gerieflijk. Het groene van de tuin maakt de omgeving persoonlijker. Jammer is het verblijf niet geschikt voor personen die moeilijk te been zijn of met een fysieke handicap : je moet via trappen de woning kunnen bereiken. Voor de rest : prima !
