Lovely apartment, would definitely recommend, ideal location - literally 2 minutes walk to the sea/beach. Very clean, spacious and extremely well-equipped. Liaison with the owner was very easy and friendly.

A great place to stay!
We had a great time staying in this wonderful apartment. It is spacious, comfortable and spotless, with a lovely balcony which has a view over the tropical garden which seems to be kept immaculately. The pool looks inviting, though wasn't open when we visited as this was February, and the complex as a whole has both attractive and unusual architecture - this isn't your run-of-the mill 'urbanisation' - and is extremely safe and secure.
It is an easy walk to the beach and into town, and there are lots of cafes, restaurants and other things to do within just a few minutes' walk. The walk towards Puerto Banus, along the seafront, is really enjoyable.

Lovely apartment in perfect location
This apartment is set in a perfect location - quiet, safe, exclusive - yet very close to the 'golden mile' (home to the rich and famous!) and many good restaurants. It is a great location if you choose not to hire a car - though I understand you have access to car parking (below the complex) as part of the rental.
Practical points regarding the apartment include - security guards/gated community; a lift to the apartment - great for suitcases (even though the apartment is only one flight of stairs up); electric outdoor window blinds in the bedrooms to keep the sun out during the day and very quick action air conditioning when required.
We found the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable, and the terrace/balcony was a highlight. The balcony is large with a lovely view of the pool and it gets the sun from morning to late afternoon (sept) leaving it the perfect place to eat out in the evening once it gets slightly cooler. Awnings over the balcony also very practical.
We got the impression that the complex catered for both local residents and holiday makers which was really nice. The complex is a great piece of architecture - quite unique.
Dealing with the owner was easy as she was most helpful and caring from start to finish.

Perfect place on a brilliant location
A great, comfortabel, cosy and spacious apartment. Service of, and communication with, Patricia and Laura was excellent, very quick response. Really a perfect experience.
The complex is very well located, close to everything you might need or desire.
The gym in the complex is not great and August can be very lively with many Spanish families enjoying their holidays, but very friendly and again the apartment and host are outstanding

Tämä Patrcian omistama asunto oli todellinen löytö. Riittävästi tilaa ainakin meidän viisihenkiselle perheelle. Erillinen ilmastointi kaikkiin makuuhuoneisiin ja alakerran tiloihin,. Asunnon sijainti on tämän kompleksin ihan parhaita. Aurinko paistaa todella lämpimästi pitkän päivän aina alkuiltaan saakka. Uima-allas on hyvä myös uimareille, rauhallinen ja toisesta päästä myös todella syvä (2,7m) ja vesi juuri sopivan lämmintä pidempäänkin uimaleikkeihin. Altaalla oli turva-aita pienimpiä varten, samoin vieläpä erillinen valvoja koko päivän ajan. Alue on erittäin turvallinen, sisäänkäynnit alueelle lukittuja ja varioituja. Ja koska meillä oli auto, oli aivan huippujuttu että myös auton sai todella turvalliseen kellariparkkiin ilman lisäkuluja, josta hissillä / portaita pitkin asuntoon. Alle 100 m. Huoneistosta on erittäin hyvä supermarket. Kommunikointi omistajan kanssa oli toimivaa, nettisivut ja varausjärjestelmä ei ole ehkä kaikkein toimivin, mutta kokonaisuus on ehdottomasti kiitettävän puolella, suosittelemme!
Duplex apartment ideal for holidays at any time of the year. Located in the residential west-end of Marbella, but just a 10/15 walk from the centre, Marina and the old town 'Plaza de los Naranjos'. Supermarkets, cafés, bars, restaurants and shops are within a few metres.
