Great central location ! - with Aircon for the hot summer * Designed by a well-known fashion designer to be the perfect home from home to escape the buzz of central London. This non smoking large apartment of 60 sq m sleeps up to 6 and is in a historical London building near the very center of London . We are near Borough market and there many good restaurants and pubs nearby and good value .

Newly refurbished with 5 star fun contemporary comfort and famous art , this beautiful family holiday rental is 2 large double bedrooms - one with 2 extra mezzanine double beds 4/5 beds, great for families !

There are 2 en-suite shower rooms which is a huge luxury in London and a large beautiful light living room with famous art on the walls a large dining table to seat 8 and a well equipped kitchen.

We have fast Wifi internet wall mounted TV in the bedrooms and a big TV in the living room.

The apartment is very peaceful light and warm .

Central London is very close. Kennington tube /subway and Elephant and castle are in zone 1 and only 5 mins walk away. There are many great Old English pubs and restaurants nearby to amuse you, we have a very well stocked supermarket and good food markets nearby.

Transport around London could not be better with subways, buses and trains all within 4 mins walk, and Big Ben and London Bridge are only 20 mins walk.

Fantastic get away, very close to tube, buses and easy to get to the tesco express. The place was a brilliant size for the 5 of us and everything was provided. It was also very toasty and warm. I haven’t added photos because what you see in their pictures is exactly what you get.

We stayed at this property in 2024 and when we were looking to return to London, this is the only place that we wanted to stay in. It just has a wonderful living space that separated by a door from the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Has a washer dryer combination and full kitchen with freezer. It’s literally just less than a five minute walk to two pubs, grocery store and the public transportation; we had everything we needed in this property. We can’t recommend it highly enough and hope to return next year and rent the two bedroom one bath from Property next-door for our children and their significant other others to explore London with us.

We had a wonderful experience here - the flat is amazing and just as advertised. It was comfortable, clean, well-stocked, quiet (surprisingly), and in a great location near public transit.Matthew was very responsive before the actual stay (we didn't need him during our time there because everything was perfect) and allowed us to drop our luggage off early, which was a lifesaver.Five adults had a fantastic stay here, and we all highly recommend this property!

Spacious property that is close to two tube stations. Worked great because we were in the city all day every day. Restaurant next door and pub down the street, but not many other walkable restaurants in the area as it is being revitalized.

We have recently renovated this wonderful old listed building. Attention to detail was of utmost importance to us.

We have created a home away from home for people to visit London.
It is a large apartment and has all the modern amenities and is well stocked.

We have put in 2 bathrooms with showers so there is privacy

The subway into the center is only 5 minutes away and we are 20 mins door to door to Trafalgar square and Big Ben.

Why they chose this property

We chose to renovate this flat here because it is so central and perfect for a fun and relaxed visit to central London. It is a local area and is a good way to see the real London. We are close to the river Thames and all of central London, only 15 mins walk from Big ben which is a great walk across Westminster bridge.

The Flat is in a historical London building with its own private entrance and security alarm. We have many good restaurants and authentic English pubs around and we are a short walk to The Old Vic theatre the Southbank and the National Theatre which has some of the best music and theatre in the country.

Borough food market 10 mins walk away, is a gastronomic treat full of Organic and gourmet foods.
Bermondsey antique market has been going for 200 years and is about 15 minutes walk and is full of bargains on a Friday morning
