The rental consists of 4 apartments of 50m2 each, located on former wine-growing land of 7 hectares, comprising two rooms with a bedroom, living room, dining room and mezzanine and American kitchen, air conditioning, kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine. dishes, ceramic hob, washing machine, bathroom with suspended wc, walk-in shower, tv tnt hd, internet wifi, household not included, 2 units are oriented south east with village view and 2 units are oriented north west with mountain view, accommodation is provided for 2 ADULTS and 2 CHILDREN maximum.(cleaning fee 40 €).
A deposit of 500 euros will be required at the entrance to the premises, it will not be cashed but returned in the event of non-damage (7 days maximum after exit) the rental is only from Saturday to Saturday
To be paid upon arrival for the household linen at the rate of 11 € per person per stay

Le gérant M. Justin Simoni est une personne très sympathique il nous a fourni les bons renseignements pour trouver le lieu d’hébergement L’appartement était tout confort Seul bémol notre appartement avais pas beaucoup de vue car obstrué par des murs de haie et du coup assombrissais l'appartement et limitai l'espace de vision

Charmes de la Corse du Sud

Nous venons de passer 15 jours dans la location de Monsieur Simoni. Elle est très bien située, entre Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio et la belle plage de la Tonnara. Le petit village de Pianottoli a tous les commerces, à 5 mn en voiture. L’aéroport proche, à Figari n’est nullement une nuisance, la maison est très bien conçue et très bien environnée, très pratique.

Bel appartement confortable au style design et zen . Belle vue sur la campagne et les montagnes environnantes avec en prime les brebis qui viennent nous saluer. A proximité de très agréables plages et petites criques intimistes. Idéalement localisé pour visiter la Corse du sud. Commerces à 10 min en voiture. schöne Lage, aber Vermieter ist eher schwierig

Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten und liegt im Grünen, doch einige Details haben den Aufenthalt getrübt: Es gab keine Anfahrtsbeschreibung, der Vermieter hat automatisch angenommen, dass wir unter Whatsapp erreichbar sind (nicht jeder ist dabei; meine Tel.nr. war korrekt, aber der Vermieter behauptete, er hätte uns nicht erreicht). Es ist kein Schild am Grundstück angebracht, wir mussten ewig nach der Unterkunft suchen. Wir hatten zwar einen von Hecke umschlossenen Garten, doch wir konnten ihn nicht benutzen, weil er nachts bewässert wurde (es war aber noch nicht so heiß) und der Boden dann sehr nass war, zudem gab es eine Raupenplage. Eine kleine Terrasse wäre hier sehr nützlich gewesen. Aber die feuchte Erde blieb an den Schuhen kleben und so trug man den Schmutz ins Haus. Am Boden waren zum Schluss also ein paar Erdkrümel zu sehen, einen Staubsauger gab es nicht. So wurde für die angeblich sehr verschmutzte Wohnung zusätzlich zur obligatorischen Endreinigung einen Aufpreis berechnet. Der Vermieter war hier nicht entgegenkommend. Die Ausstattung könnte auch noch verbessert werden: Eine Pfanne war nicht geeignet für den Induktionsherd, Ablagemöglichkeiten fehlen im Bad und beim Sofa fehlt ein kleines Tischchen; es gibt nur Plastikstühle. So haben wir einen eher negativen Eindruck von diesem sonst passablen Gîte erhalten, sehr schade!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen und liebevoll angelegten Anlage. Der Flughafen stört nicht. Justin, der Vermieter, ist freundlich und reagiert schnell auf Anfragen. Bitte noch ein Bild der Schlafgelegenheit im Obergeschoss ergänzen. Zum Einkaufen kann ich den Utile in Pianottoli sehr empfehlen. Er hat einen eigenen Metzger, der tolle Qualität anbietet. Nebenan gibt es eine Bäckerei. Den Spar in Figari haben wir vermieden, da er zu teuer ist und das Brot nicht schmeckt.

Très bon séjour

Logement situé à 5mn de l’aéroport. Très bonne situation pour visiter le sud de la corse. Logement très propre et agréable à vivre, le jardin extérieur est très beau. Cadre magnifique. La literie point important était confortable. A aucun moment nous avons entendu les avions. De plus c’est un petit aéroport. M. Simoni est de bon conseil et très gentil. Aucune hésitation à louer cet appartement.

Très bel emplacement pour sillonner tout le sud de la Corse

L'appartement est conforme à la description et confortable. Convient pour une famille de 4 personnes (avec enfants de plus de 8 ans car l'escalier n'est pas facile pour des petits). Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jardin malheureusement car courant mai il y a depuis plusieurs années une invasion de petites chenilles qui peuvent donner des boutons. En dehors de cette période le jardin doit être très agréable pour l'apéro en fin de journée. Pensez qu'une taxe de séjour est demandée en fin de séjour ainsi que le linge qui n'est pas en option (à moins de le refuser dès l'arrivée). Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Top Appartement in ruhiger Lage

Hier gibt es wenig zu bemängeln. Wir haben ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement vorgefunden. Alles ist neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber gewesen. Auch die späte Anreise von uns war kein Problem. Als Anregung gäbe es lediglich Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern, sowie Equipment für den vorhandenen Kugelgrill. Diese Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare oder Familien mit jüngeren Kindern.
