Feel at home relaxing peaceful quite
We have stayed at appartment several times and Will Keep returning.
In the pufect location on the beach front just 2 minute's from the night life, shop's bar's and restaurants. Alistair and Sharon could not have made our stay any better. The appartment has everything you need from hair dryer, towels, a safe and air con. The washing machine is easy to use so no need for large cases. I would recommend this holiday to all ages and have already booked for next year. 😎😀

Excellent apartment in excellent location
The apartment is a great size with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge -diner, utility and balcony. All the mod cons you will need. Very clean and quite modern. Location is excellent with all you need within a minute or 2 walk. Alister, the owner, couldn't do enough for us, he met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment and showed us how all the appliances worked, air con, induction hob, washing machine, security safe etc. My wife wanted wifi to be able to video call the kids and grandkids. Alister sorted this too which costs €22 a week. We stayed for the first 10 days of June 2018.
All in all Alister, genuinely great bloke and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment, excellent location with ample space for 6 adults with everything you could possibly need, would highly recommend and will definitely be stopping there again.
Excellent stay and apartment
The property is in the best position on levante beach. Clean, tidy and a good size. Ali was there to meet us when we arrived and let us stay a bit later when leaving as our flight was late at night. Highly recommended this apartment and we will be back soon
Benidorm's Levante beach is just a few metres walk from the apartment block, Benidorm's Poniente beach and La Cala beach are a short drive or bus ride away, for those who like to explore the adjoining villages of Albir, Altea (pebble beaches) and Calpe, local bus services are running daily to these "must see" other areas of the coast line.
Alicante International airport is located at 67km (59km motorway driving) Valencia airport is 150km (133km on motorway).
Car hire is not essential as everything is within walking distance, the bus service into the centre of Benidorm runs regular and taxis are a whistle away.
Car hire is recommended for those who like to explore and visit all the beautiful surrounding areas.
Albir 9km away, is the next coastal village travelling north with it distinctive pebble beach. Altea follows famous for its old Spanish streets leading up to the church. Calpe is a further 22km north. Inland takes you to the villages of Alfaz Del Pi, La Nucia, Polop and Callosa D'Ensarria. Further inland takes you to "Guadalest" and "Fonts D'Algar" 2 very popular sight seeing places to visit. Further north, Valencia city is 160kms away. Travelling south, Alicante city is 46kms away.
Benidorm boasts its beaches but it can also boast its theme parks, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundo Mar to name just a few. For that special night out, Benidorm Palace is the place to visit. If you like boating then maybe you fancy having lunch on Benidorm Island using their regular shuttle service to and fro, or even travelling as far as Calpe and Alicante on a day excursion.
For the hard core shoppers, Benidorm has two regular open air markets to visit for that holiday bargain and if thats not enough then each adjoining village has its own outdoor market on different days of the week.

Changeover Day: Changeover days can be flexible to suit holiday requirements. Meet & greet at the property from 9.00am till 10.00pm Other times to be discussed prior to arrival. Subject to same day arrivals/departures, you are required to vacate the apartment by 10.00am Notes on prices: Prices quoted are in Euros. Prices quoted are for a group of up to 6 people, please inquire for a price for an additional 2 extra people. Any day arrival accepted. Prices include electricity and water (abusive use of air-con will be charged accordingly). An amount of 50 euros is charged for final cleaning on departure. Linen and towels are provided for the duration of your holiday. A returnable security deposit of 200 euros is to be paid on arrival which will be returned after final inspection of the apartment. A non-refundable 25% deposit payment of the total rental amount is to be paid to confirm a booking, the remaining amount should be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
