The property was as advertised even though we had a very late flight help with picking up keys was easy.All bedding and towels very clean and plentiful.The only downside was that there was a infestation of tiny ants in the two bathrooms and the ensuite bedroom.Would book again and hopefully this problem would have been sorted.the views from balcony was marvellous.

Fantastisch!

14 dagen verbleven in dit fijne appartement met een grandioos dakterras rondom. Veel rust en privacy maar zeer centraal met strand supermarkten, restaurants en openbaar vervoer heel dichtbij. Keuken zeer compleet ingericht met grote koelkast/vriezer. Goede bedden. Veel kastruimte. De (snelle) lift is bereikbaar via een paar traptreden en gaat tot de vierde etage , dan een trap naar het penthouse. Dus niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn! De sleutels (slechts 1 setje) moeten opgehaald worden bij het kantoor , een pittige wandeling van ca 15 minuten langs een hellende weg. De betaalde wifi was erg traag. Op de vertrekdag konden we in overleg en tegen betaling langer blijven. Al met al een geweldige tijd doorgebracht in dit heerlijke penthouse op een prachtige locatie middenin het gezellige oude centrum van Benidorm.

IRREPROCHABLE SOUS TOUS RAPPORTS!!

Excellent contact lors de la réservation direct Interhome Paris; à l'écoute, répondant positivement et rapidement à toutes nos questions, ne nous laissant jamais dans le doute. Excellent accueil à Benidorm; nous sommes arrivées tard le soir très inquiètes à l'avance pour la remise des clés mais pièces d'identité à l'appui elles avaient pu être remises à une personne que nous connaissions ce qui nous a permis de voyager ( 10h. ) l'esprit tranquille. Appartement spacieux conforme à la description...et même mieux!! ce n'est pas un appartement récent avec du mobilier neuf et moderne puisque localisé dans le "vieux Benidorm" mais très bien entretenu et le ménage est irréprochable; au calme face à la mer tout en étant centré donc proche de toutes commodités...et accès direct plage. L'agence à Benidorm à fait en sorte que l'on ne manque de rien; par 2 fois la femme de ménage très gentille est venue nous apporter une cafetière électrique "à la française" et un grille pain électrique à notre demande. Toujours sensible à notre confort le personnel de l'agence reste à notre écoute. Vraiment je ferai entière confiance à Interhome pour toutes mes locations vacances. Dès Janvier prochain je réserverai cet appartement pour 15 jours en Juin. Conclusion: ENTIERE SATISFACTION. Je compte intervenir prochainement sur le forum...
