Apartment on the first line of Levante beach with direct access to it, in Benidorm, has 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and hairdryer and capacity for 6 people.

Spacious accommodation with a large terrace that has panoramic views of the sea and the city.



It has a lift, internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, seasonal outdoor community swimming pool, garden, outdoor parking in the same building, tennis court, 1 Television and iron.

The independent induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, just opposite the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained by credit/debit card or cash if necessary.

- Check-in from 16:30 (high season from 18:00)

- Check-out before 11:00

Perfect location for groups looking to explore the main part of Benidorm. Lovely views out over the beach. Not every bedroom has air conditioning. This is was uncomfortable in Mid July.

The location and the price. Cheap and cheerful and great value for money. No spare keys / only two sets of keys for 5 people left folk locked out. Beds very uncomfortable. Air conditioning in main bedroom flooded bedroom. Massive hole in wall / vandalism in main bedroom not repaired from previous tenants. Building work in flat directly above woke us up early every morning. Other than that it was great

Zicht op zee, met 's avonds zicht op de zonsondergang.

uitzicht op dijk, strand en zee. 2 airco's, 2 badkamers en 3 slaapkamers. Het is ruimer dan je op het eerste zicht zou denken. Ruim terras voor 6 personen. Ruim zwembad en een tennisbaan vrij voor gebruik. sommige onderdelen van het appartement hebben een onderhoudsbeurt nodig (bijv. slotje van raam/schuifraam).

Vistas preciosas, buena ubicación, camas cómodas, cocina equipada, parking comunitario con muchísimas plazas, piscina con facil acceso desde la playa, tiendas cercanas, restaurantes de comida rápida cerca, cable sky y alquiler de motos acuáticas cerca, aire acondicionado en salón y hab de matrimonio El sofá era pequeño y no era sofá cama, la cisterna de un baño se quedaba enganchada, en el baño grande la bañera no tiene cortina y se salía todo el agua

Superbe vue !

Les points forts de l’appartement sont la vue, le parking extérieur très pratique, la proximité des commerces… et encore la vue ! Il y a bien 3 chambres, 1 salle de bain et 1 salle d’eau, du chauffage /clim dans le séjour et une chambre. La cuisine est petite mais assez fonctionnelle et relativement bien équipée. L’annonce spécifie 144 m2 extérieur, mais l’appartement fait autour de 70m2, avec en plus 17 à 20 m2 de terrasse (ensoleillée l’après-midi). Les pièces sont donc relativement petites. Le mobilier et l’électroménager ont un peu vécu et quelques chaises et fauteuils sont cassés et devraient être remplacés. Des poubelles pourraient être ajoutées dans les salles de bain et des lampes de chevet pourraient aussi être installées dans les chambres. Rien de grave cependant.

Het verblijf was geweldig, aan het strand, restaurants en winkels.

het ligt pal aan het strand. Ruime balkon met zeezicht. tweepersoonsbed kraakte en piepte bij de ademhaling.Wij zijn toen verhuisd naar de andere kamer met 2 aparte bedden.
