GRANVILLE ISLAND, ENGLISH BAY, VANCOUVER AQUARIUM or CANADA PLACE (a national icon), CHINATOWN is only a short walk. The touristic Hop-on/Hop-off Bus Stop is only 2 blocks !
Very close to all major attractions, theaters, museums, markets, and accessible to any place of interest in the Greater Vancouver area via Skytrain; with a station only 2 blocks away from the building.
You will not need a car during your stay, but if you have one, then you can park it in your dedicated and COMPLIMENTARY PARKING STALL.
This 1132 SQ Penthouse on the 35th floor has floor-to-ceiling, wrap-around windows which take in AMAZING VIEWS of the Coal Harbor Marina, North Shore Mountains, & Burrard Inlet, as well as city vistas. You can watch the Sea Planes take off and land from your Living Room window and patio.
COMPLIMENTARY HIGH SPEED WI-FI, 2 TV’s (1 in Living Room, 1 in Master Bedroom), hardwood floors throughout, 3 bedrooms ; 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
CENTRAL A/C: Normally A/C is not needed in Vancouver. However, in the unlikely event of hitting a heat wave during your stay, please use the A/C (or heat) responsibly and turn off all when you leave the unit If you run the A/C 24/7, there is a good chance that it will freeze over and you'll be without A/C till we can get a technician in to resolve the situation. Should this happen, you can use the 2 small fans provided. We'll do all possible to keep the central A/C in good working condition, but cannot help having technical failure, and no refunds will be offered in case of A/C failure during your stay.

The pricing for this listing is for 2 bedrooms only, in order to make the property affordable for smaller parties, which constitutes most of our guests. 75 C$ per person, per night will be charged for parties of more than 3-4 depending on the season.
The 3rd bedroom, which has a full size sofa bed and houses supplies normally remains locked and will be unlocked only upon special request, with an unlocking charge of 100 C$/Night for parties of less than 4 people, yet would like to use the 3rd bedroom anyways.
Guest agrees that no more than the number of persons indicated at the time of the booking shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement. No events or parties are allowed in the unit.

Best LOCATION in downtown Vancouver where I could walk everywhere and be a part of this beautiful, vibrant city, any time of the day or night! 2. Have INCREDIBLE VIEWS to wake up to every morning and enjoy my coffee; as well as enjoying a drink in the evening while soaking in the twinkling city lights, North Shore Mountains, Stanley Park, Coal Harbour vistas, and the stars all at the same time. I feel blessed to have found both in my place; I couldn't be happier here :)

Incredible views combined with the convenience of central location, bus stop right in front of the building, excellent restaurants right out of the door, famous Robson Street shopping around the corner, a walking store of 100, makes my place travelers' paradise.

Wonderful view and close to everything
We brought our 12 year old granddaughter to Vancouver for her spring break and let her choose our to do list and Guner’s beautiful penthouse was the perfect place for us. Short walk to Stanley Park and Canada Place, we found the location outstanding. Then there is the view, overlooking the park, the bay, the mountains, stunning. I will be back sometime and will stay here. Aysha was a pleasure to meet and showed us around the place. 5 stars all the way

My Mom and I stayed for over a week in this lovely condo. The view from the 35th floor was magical! We have visited Vancouver a number of times, and this was by far our favourite accommodation - the convenient location, the well-stocked kitchen with everything you need, the comfortable beds, and the absolute perfect condition of the condo made our trip that much better. The Penthouse Condo was spotlessly clean. Check in was seamless. The Condo is very spacious and has wonderful views of the water. It's main feature however is it's central location to downtown Vancouver. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you to Gina and Ayesha !!!
