LOCATION: Welcome to Coal Harbor; the most sought after address in the city, right at the heart of downtown Vancouver , just steps from the SEA WALL, STANLEY PARK, ROBSON STREET, YALETOWN, GASTOWN and so much more.

GRANVILLE ISLAND, ENGLISH BAY, VANCOUVER AQUARIUM or CANADA PLACE (a national icon), CHINATOWN is only a short walk. The touristic Hop-on/Hop-off Bus Stop is only 2 blocks !

Very close to all major attractions, theaters, museums, markets, and accessible to any place of interest in the Greater Vancouver area via Skytrain; with a station only 2 blocks away from the building.

You will not need a car during your stay, but if you have one, then you can park it in your dedicated and COMPLIMENTARY PARKING STALL.

This 1132 SQ Penthouse on the 35th floor has floor-to-ceiling, wrap-around windows which take in AMAZING VIEWS of the Coal Harbor Marina, North Shore Mountains, & Burrard Inlet, as well as city vistas. You can watch the Sea Planes take off and land from your Living Room window and patio.

COMPLIMENTARY HIGH SPEED WI-FI, 2 TV’s (1 in Living Room, 1 in Master Bedroom), hardwood floors throughout, 3 bedrooms ; 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

CENTRAL A/C: Normally A/C is not needed in Vancouver. However, in the unlikely event of hitting a heat wave during your stay, please use the A/C (or heat) responsibly and turn off all when you leave the unit If you run the A/C 24/7, there is a good chance that it will freeze over and you'll be without A/C till we can get a technician in to resolve the situation. Should this happen, you can use the 2 small fans provided. We'll do all possible to keep the central A/C in good working condition, but cannot help having technical failure, and no refunds will be offered in case of A/C failure during your stay.

The 3rd bedroom, which has a full size sofa bed and houses supplies normally remains locked and will be unlocked only upon special request, with an unlocking charge of 100 C$/Night for parties of less than 4 people, yet would like to use the 3rd bedroom anyways.

Guest agrees that no more than the number of persons indicated at the time of the booking shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement. No events or parties are allowed in the unit.

1. Best LOCATION in downtown Vancouver where I could walk everywhere and be a part of this beautiful, vibrant city, any time of the day or night!

2. Have INCREDIBLE VIEWS to wake up to every morning and enjoy my coffee; as well as enjoying a drink in the evening while soaking in the twinkling city lights and the stars all at the same time.

I feel blessed to have found both in my place; I couldn't be happier here :)

    Living Room - 1 queen , 1 twin/ single , Queen air mattress+2" twin foam mattress in LR upon request.
  • The 3rd bedroom is normally locked. It will only be unlocked upon request at an additional charge of 100 CAD/night. Please inquire about this charge by letting the owner know number and age of guests in your party. Accommodates up to 2 people on a double/full size sofa bed. Please note that for parties more than 6 people, we can provide a queen size air mattress which can be placed in the living room. There are 2 x 3-seater leather sofas in the living room. Each leather sofa would accommodate a petite person. Inside dimensions of each sofa is w=21" l=70" . We also have a 2" thick twin size foam to be placed on the L/R floor to sleep 1 person. L/R is sun-filled and gets very bright starting from early hours of sun-rise. Please do not plan on placing any members of your party for sleep in the living room if anyone is sensitive to light. They will not sleep comfortably if sensitive to light because the L/R has floor to ceiling windows and only white color sheers which do not block light.

Perfect place, fantastic location, spectacular city/harbor/mountain views!

Could not have chosen a more beautiful place or better location. So easy to walk to excellent restaurants and shopping. Building is very secure in a super safe part of the city. Breka (open 24/7) on Robson and Bute is a great bakery to stop in and get a wonderful cup of coffee and a bite to eat before heading out to explore this fabulous city. Gina the owner and Aysha the property manager are very professional and incredibly easy to work with. Our highest recommendation.

Great location and great hosts

Ashya and Gina were responsive and easy to deal with, and the building was very safe (key fob for entry) and central to everything. The underground parking was extremely convenient if you are planning to drive into the mountains, and also very safe with not one but two sets of gates assure little risk of break-in. We were able to fit 7 - we're in our 40's with 3 kids 4, 11, and 14, and brought my wife's parents. With one kid on the nice foam mattress, we fit fine. The view is spectacular, and only this floor and the one above have balconies facing the water and mountains. Our 4 year old loved watching the planes take off from the water. Great place!

Magic Time in Vancouver

We loved this rental. Our first time in Vancouver, we were fortunate to choose this condo. The views, location, and luxury amenities provided entertainment with sea planes taking off and landing, boats of all kinds moving on the water below, the snow-capped mountains and great balcony. We were excited during the entire trip. In a great spot, the condo has walking access to everything, and some of the best places are just a block away on Robson. We asked another couple to join us for this trip, and they were impressed by the property. The condo was comfortable for four. I hope to return and stay at this address sometime in the future.

Gorgeous view and fantastic experience

I just had the pleasure of enjoying this wonderful condo for the past week or so and I am already planning to stay again on my next trip to Vancouver. We were 2 adults and a 3-year old and there was plenty of space for us...especially in the living room which is a wonderful place to watch the sunrises from.

The space is modern, well maintained and nicely decorated. The host, Gina, was very welcoming and made us feel at home right away. My only regret is that I didn't have the chance to take Gina up on her offer of a Turkish meal...next time!

It is very centrally located with many options for restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, wine shops and of course just a couple of blocks away from the water front. We walked everywhere we went and although I was out for work we enjoyed Stanley Park, the art Gallery and walking along the seawall.

I highly recommend reaching out to Gina and staying here for your next trip to Vancouver!

Really enjoyed our stay. central convienant location, great view, and highly recommend

We had a multigenerational travel plan and the condo was in excellent condition, centrally located, and has great view of Coal harbor! The owner and manager will very accommodating and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
