Great location to beach

Great place to enjoy Amelia Island and it's great beaches. The condo was well laid out for our group of 5. The washing machine was interesting trying to get the water levels high enough to wash clothes but finally got it going. Would stay again.

Excellent stay

We had a great experience overall. Check in was fast and easy. Condo was in good shape. AC worked great. Easy access to the beach and to local attractions. We have stayed here before and would continue to do so again.

We love this place!

My adult daughter and I have been staying at this property every summer for the past 7 years. The view from the balcony has become our image of summer. The condo has everything you need for a fantastic beach vacation and the location on a quiet strip of beach is perfect. You can bike straight from the unit on beautiful bike paths. Kalista is responsive and has updated and improved the condo continuously over the years. This is our happy place!

Great Mimi vacation

Overall very nice property. We enjoyed our stay! Your cleaning service needs to clean your base boards and move tables in bedrooms to clean and mop under and behind them. There was only a very small amount of laundry detergent to start the laundry before we left. The location was super and the beds very comfortable!

Great location

We have stayed at Amelia Surf and Racquet Club many times over the last 7 years. Our normal rentals were not available when my sister requested a quick visit with me to explore the area. We love the location on the beach and walking paths in the tunnel of trees. The owner was quick to respond and it was an accurate description of unit. Upon arrival it was apparent that the cleaning crew had done a poor job. Floors were not moped or vacuumed, fridge was not wiped out, really dusty, patio dirty and patio doors were so dirty you couldn't see out of them. The beds and bathrooms appeared clean. To be fair, I didn't bother the owner and we just went to the store for supplies and did it ourselves. The unit is dated and needs some maintenance but I always appreciate an owner renting their place to strangers. It suited our purpose of vegging on the beach. Thank you.

good location, fun times

We had a great time on Amelia Island. The unit could use some updating. It was very dusty and many dishes were not cleaned but in the cabinet for use. It was a simple fix to run the dishwasher, or purchase paper plates/silverware for out stay, but unexpected. walk to the beach was easy. Pool was convenient. Overall, I'd stay again. I wish there were ceiling fans and that the kitchen was more open. Washing machine & dishwasher appeared old and on their last legs, but worked fine.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. The condo was very convenient to the beach and pool. It was perfect for our family of 5. There were a few things that the house cleaner had forgotten to do, but the owner was able to address them. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive to my messages. We look forward to to going back!

Wonderful unit and property.

We had a great stay. Everything was perfect. Communication was great. The unit has a great view of the pool and beach and is located in a great spot. Perfect size for our family. Beds were very comfortable. Amelia Island is a beautiful area. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

This property was perfect! 2nd floor condo on the corner of building. Very clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for me and my husband, our two boys and my parents. Would definitely stay here again.

Great host!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was perfect, clean, and had everything we needed. It was in a great location that provided a beautiful quiet beach as well as a nice pool. Everything we could possibly need was extremely close by and The host checked in with us as well as provided age appropriate suggestions for both activities and meals. We will definitely be returning!!!

Enjoyed our stay!

We spent a week on this property and really enjoyed it! It has everything you need, plus some. It has a great view of both the pool and the ocean, and is easily accessible. We definitely will be back!

50th Anniversary

Everything was adequate. We felt like it needed some updating, but with the pandemic and such we understand. We had a wonderful t ime celebrating our parents 50th anniversary.
