Balkong vid havet - Tillgång till poolen - Tennisbanor Denna vackra lägenhet ligger på den södra änden av ön Amelia på fjärde våningen i det gated community "Surf & Racquet Club". Dessa lägenheter har tillgång till pool, lera tennisbanor, en hiss och bara några steg bort den vackraste stranden med mjuk vit sand. Det finns två sovrum. Det ljusa sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett eget badrum med eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Denna enhet är en hörnenhet och har därför ett stort fönster i söder i matplatsen vilket gör hela rummet till ett ljust och trevligt utrymme att umgås. En av sofforna i vardagsrummet kan omvandlas till en säng. Denna frontenhet har en rymlig privat balkong med utsikt över poolen och Atlanten. Njut av spektakulära soluppgångar medan du smuttar på ditt kaffe eller te på morgonen. Det bekväma vardagsrummet är utrustat med en platt-TV med kabelanslutning. Köket är fullt utrustat med stålapparater, en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Rent linne och plyschhanddukar tillhandahålls utan extra kostnad.

LOVE the beach - it has everything you would want for all ages, PLUS turtle nests!

Overall, we loved it! It was a quick walk to the beach, the kitchen was well equipped and the balcony had great views. A must if you love beach sunrises!

Fourth of July Vacation

The property was great, it was clean and up-to-date. Mgmt was great with communication and we had a wonderful time. Only complaint is the master bathroom’s shower is tiny. I’m 5’8” 175 lbs and could barely fit in it. Oh, they also need a can opener in the kitchen! All in all, it was great and enjoyed it very much.

Perfect beach stay

Beautiful view of the ocean. Super easy access to the ocean and pool. Comfortable condo with everything you neeed at the beach and in the kitchen. Kerig coffee machine, washer and dryer with detergen pods, dish washing soap and detergent included, hand soaps and shampoos, cleaners and cleaning tools included. Beds are comfortable, towels and sheets are nice. Only thing I would change is the shower head in the master bathroom. It is not adjustable, I am 5'2" and it sprayed me straight in the face.

Great, beautiful location

Unfortunately we were booked with the wrong date, but the property management team were quick to get us into a room- we did not, however, have WiFi for our weekend, which was a bit annoying sine I had to do some work. It was a lovely, clean place and we enjoyed our time together-

Wonderful condo and location

The condo was clean and spacious for 4 adults. Great deck overlooking the pool and ocean - ate all our meals there. Kitchen was well supplied. Owners provided beach chairs and umbrella, which was a huge plus. Tennis courts are great. Easy communication with facility. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Property / Stay

Clean, great view of beach and pool, quiet, comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was a quick walk to the beach and pool with great views of each. Plenty of room for our crew of five. Pool was clean and our boys, 8 and 12, enjoyed using it. Tennis courts were also nice. Great trail for running walking close to unit with lots of wildlife and Harris Teeter is a 3 minute drive with little traffic.

Great condo and location

We loved the property, location and our stay. My one and only complaint is with the rental agency. I was told my check in info would be sent to me. It never was. I arrived after the 4:00 PM check in and had to text the rental agency for my check in codes.

Great view and location.

We liked this unit as it has twin beds in the second bedroom which is good for older siblings, was a great location and had a nice view with comfortable outdoor seating. The shower in the primary bedroom was so small we could not even use it. I’m 5’ and slender and could barely turn around in it, had to use the hall bath for showering. Unit could use some updating. Area rug in living room has holes and should be replaced. I gave it 5 stars because of the location, view and check in process.

Beautiful views

This was the perfect get away for us. We were celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary and brought along our 15 and 17 year old boys. This is a end unit and the walk to the beach and to the pool are right around the corner. The room was nice and clean. Did feel a little short on towels and kitchen stuff, but we made do just fine! Love that there was a king bed and the extra room has twin beds! Teenage boys don’t like sharing beds, even with their own brother! My favorite place was the balcony, with a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool, and the most refreshing breeze. Just what my soul needed

Want to love this property... but..

My mother and I stayed at this condo for a girls trip. There are many things to love about the property: location elevator, the grounds, the pool, the short walk to the beach, the view from the balcony, the property management: Amelia Island Vacations. The actual condo was lacking and is in need of some TLC. The shower in the master bathroom is the size of a bathroom on a plane. (that's being generous) The second bathroom is in dire need of a gut job. Actually the whole condo could use a fresh coat of paint and the kitchen supplies were minimal. (Not even scissors) Did any of this effect or stay, no. Will we stay at this particular condo again, no. Amelia Island Vacations were wonderful. They were quick to respond with any issues or problems. Thank you!
