cozy apartment, newly renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Florence a few steps from Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Pitti and the Uffizi gallery. It has a double room in lovely loft, a comfortable living room with sofa bed and television, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and washing machine. There is a bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet / storage room. The apartment has air conditioning.

Excellent location. Can walk to all major attractions, even Piazza Michelangelo. Apartment is spacious and tidy. The drinks and biscuits was a very nice gesture. Good communication with host.

Awesome place, but awful communication

I stayed at this vrbo for 1 night. I wish I got to stay more nights because it was a great place in a great location. The check in process was a nightmare. We had reached out to the host multiple times in advance, and we were sent no check in information. With no replies, I called the host. If you do not speak Italian, you will not be able to communicate with the host over the phone. We were left trying to locate the apartment while using google translate to relay information. It took about 45 minutes of trying to get into the property while on the phone. We should have been sent this info prior to arrival for a smooth check in.
