Entire property, wonderful Trullo restored with typical materials, with very natural inground pool.
Composed of 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as two kitchens and living room. The trullo with 5 cones and a lamia used as a kitchen and with two other bedrooms, connected internally but distinct, ideal also for two families.
Far from the inhabited center of Ceglie Messapica only 4 km, reserved but not isolated paved road to reach it, immersed in the greenery and silence of the olive trees.
The surrounding land is full of fruit plants that can be eaten freely, figs in summer and cherries in spring. Also grapes and prickly pears.
There are two showers in the house, washing machine, dishwasher, gas oven and wood-burning oven, hair dryer, cutlery and dishes.
Externally it has an inground pool, a brick built barbecue convenient for grilling meat and vegetables.
Moreover there is a comfortable outdoor shower from the return from the sea and sinks to clean costumes.
Ideal for those looking for a comfortable, comfortable holiday in complete relaxation.
The property includes a large garden of 20,000 square meters full of seasonal fruits and ancient olive trees.

Jolie petite piscine pour se rafraîchir, le trulli dispose de toutes les commodités pour 15 jours à 8 personnes. La literie est confortable et le site est très calme

Opgelicht worden bij je thuiskomst

Het goeie gevoel van de reis in de verbouwde trullo van Marcello wordt helemaal overschaduwd door het niet terugkrijgen van de borg. De eigenaar had geen foto's van de schade aan het dak (die wij betwisten) en geen factuur van de herstellingswerken. Maar toch kregen we onze borg niet terug. Zo is het vertrouwen helemaal weg en houden we een nare smaak over aan deze vakantie.

Purtroppo, hanno fatto un danno sul tetto i loro figli suppongo, ma non hanno voluto riconoscere l'accaduto e quindi si sono vendicati in questo modo lasciando una brutta recensione che non riguarda la struttura o il loro soggiorno, ma è motivata solo dall'astio per aver dovuto pagare il lieve danno causato dai loro figli che si sono arrampicati sul tetto dei trulli facendo cadere i pinnacoli , meno male non si sono fatti male, probabilmente non hanno detto nulla ai genitori ma è stato necessario chiamare un muratore per la riparazione.

Petite déception

Marcello parait très gentil et serviable lors de nos échanges de mails. Arcangelo et Annalisa nous ont bien accueillis. Ils nous ont bien conseillés pour des restaurants et lieux de visites. Toutefois nous avons été déçu car le logement n'était pas très propre (poussière sous les lits, insectes morts sous les draps housses, pas d'alèses dans les lits, filtre du lave-vaisselle très sale, reste de nourritures collés dans la vaisselle et frigo/congélateur moisi). D'autre part, l'eau n'est pas potable et nous ne l'aurions pas su si la pompe amenant l'eau aux robinets n'avait pas été coupée, nous aurions aimé que ça soit indiqué dans le descriptif car c'est un détail important. La piscine est très petite mais quand même appréciable pour se rafraîchir. Le manque de chaises longues est dommage. Pour information la 2ème partie du logement que nous n'avons pas utilisée n'est pas climatisée, donc très chaude en été. Le logement se trouve loin des plages (la plus près à 40 minutes) Malgré ces déceptions, nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour dans les Pouilles.

Un po' decentrati dai centri turistici abbiamo potuto godere di tranquillita' assoluta. La struttura pulita e spaziosa con un grande giardino e una piccola piscina, ben attrezzata ci ha regalato 2 settimane fantastiche. A pochi chilometri da supermercati e ristoranti e in ca. 1/2 in spiaggia... Un grazie anche ad Arcangelo ... Speriamo in un'altra occasione Roberto e fam
