La Villa Anna Maria est une charmante propriété en duplex située dans une position privilégiée dans la campagne crétoise, à seulement 3 km de la plage de Geropotamos sur la côte nord de la Crète. Ses espaces spacieux et ses vues fantastiques sur la mer satisferont chaque client à la recherche de vacances paisibles!

La Villa est à quelques minutes à peine de 5 minutes, vous avez un accès facile à une belle plage de sable fin, ainsi qu'à une variété de magasins pour vos besoins quotidiens, tels que mini-marché, café, boulangeries et tavernes! De plus, sur arrangement avec le propriétaire, la livraison de nourriture est également possible! Le célèbre musée et site archéologique de l'ancienne Eleutherna, ainsi que le pittoresque village de Margarites, connu pour ses céramiques, sont à proximité et valent vraiment le détour. La Villa a également été récompensée pour les services, ainsi que l'hébergement de haute qualité fourni.

Extérieur
L'espace extérieur de 350 m2 de la Villa Anna Maria promet de dépasser vos attentes d'une villa de vacances de luxe! Asseyez-vous avec une boisson fraîche tout en prenant un bain de soleil sur les confortables chaises longues en bois sur la grande terrasse pavée de carreaux, autour de la piscine. Optez pour une baignade rafraîchissante dans la piscine privée de 25m2 à 1,5 mètres de profondeur ou dirigez-vous vers le jacuzzi extérieur (non chauffé), juste à côté! La terrasse de la piscine est également équipée de parasols et d'une douche extérieure pour votre plus grand confort et facilité.

Si le soleil d'été est trop chaud pour vous, vous trouverez du confort dans la pergola ombragée à quelques pas! La terrasse comprend également un coin salon extérieur et une belle chaise suspendue en bambou pour des après-midi paresseux sur une magnifique zone couverte de LAN. Pour rendre les choses encore meilleures, tout l'espace extérieur offre une vue magnifique sur la mer et surplombe également le paysage magnifique… petites collines, montagnes, arbres et oliveraies! Un barbecue, une table à manger en plein air pour toute la famille et un évier extérieur se trouvent également près de la piscine, afin que vous puissiez pratiquer vos talents de cuisinier et profiter de l'occasion pour essayer des repas en plein air dans un environnement unique!

Bien sûr, nos jeunes invités ont également été pris en considération! Une variété d'activités, dont une aire de jeux pour enfants, une table de ping-pong, un baby-foot, ainsi qu'une console de jeux Playstation et une connexion Internet Wi-Fi gratuite sont à leur disposition et assurent de longues heures de plaisir! La Villa Anna Maria est également une villa adaptée aux bébés: un lit bébé, une chaise haute, des portes d'escalier et du matériel bébé peuvent être fournis sur demande.

Intérieur
Rez-de-chaussée
À ce niveau de la Villa Anna Maria, en entrant par la porte principale, vous rencontrerez une grande pièce à la décoration moderne, à aire ouverte, composée des coins salon et repas, offrant un accès direct à la terrasse de la piscine et au barbecue. Si vous souhaitez un repas fait maison, la cuisine haut de gamme comprend une pléthore d'appareils, ce qui rendra cette tâche facile. En outre, une chambre double et une salle de bains avec cabine de douche se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée. Mobilier de bon goût fait dans des tons neutres où utilisé dans toutes les chambres, créant une ambiance relaxante.

Premier étage
Les deux autres chambres sont situées à l'étage supérieur et disposent chacune de deux lits simples. Dans l'une des chambres lits jumeaux, les lits simples peuvent être réunis pour former des lits doubles king size, si vous le souhaitez. La Villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes au total. Les deux chambres ont accès au balcon ombragé, donnant sur la piscine et équipées d'un coin salon / salle à manger supplémentaire. Le balcon offre également une vue superbe sur toute la région environnante… un endroit unique pour votre tasse de café l'après-midi! Enfin, les deux chambres se partagent une salle de bain familiale avec baignoire jacuzzi!

Lovely home away from home

We had a lovely stay at this villa. It was clean, bright and provided so many amenities that many rentals do not provide which causes inconvenience. Such a helpful host!

Nice villa in a good location

Good villa with great pool. Only 25 minutes from rethymno. Panormos is only 15 mins away for eating out at several tavernas. South Coast beaches are about an hours drive.

Beautiful Outdoor Space and very nice Villa

The villa was excellent in central area to see all of Crete. The pool area is wonderful with Sea view. The owner was very nice and helpful leaving lots of goodies for us. Eggs, bread, olive oil, wine and other goodies. The villa and Crete are both wonderful.

Fantastic

We had an amazing holiday and loved the villa. the pool was perfect and we used it every day . The host Anna was superb and left some provisions and cleaning products which made life easier. The clean while we were there was an added bonus. Loved the fabulous nearby bakery for breakfast.

The home from home we crave.

The villa is exactly as seen, with a most hospitable welcome complete with fresh eggs, homemade olive oil and basic needs on arrival. Our host could not have made our holiday more comfortable, please note the nearby village is equally amenable. Rethymnon Centre is well worth a visit but more so don't miss Chania with its picturesque ports, whichever way you will enjoy!

Lovely villa

We had an amazing time at this villa. The pool and outdoor spa were lovely at the end of our daily adventures. Anna Maria was very accommodating and friendly. Crete is a wonderful place to visit, and this villa’s central location made it easy to see a lot of the island. Nearby Melidoni was a really nice day trip, because we got to learn a lot about Cretan culture through a variety of attractions. (Olive oil, honey, Melidoni Cave, reptile world) We loved our stay!

Overall, Nice property although disappointingly smaller than in the photographs. Good points - excellent host and welcome. Very clean. Not so good - much smaller than appears in photographs, very hard beds.

Lovely villa, peaceful location, great host

We visited Villa Anna Maria for two weeks as a family (4 adults, 2 children) and it was a great holiday. Our host was fantastic, meeting us at the villa on the evening that we arrived and she even cooked a couple of meals for us during our time there - yum. The villa was clean and very modern, the owners also ensured the pool and jacuzzi were spotless. If you are looking for a villa in a peaceful location then this is the place for you, with great restaurants in nearby Panormos and just 20 mins drive to Rethymon. The sunset every night was truly stunning and you are in a great location to see it!

fantastic family villa 😍

Stayed at villa for 1 week with husband and 2 teenage girls and had the most relaxing, family time holiday. The interior/exterior is exactly as the photographs depict. We were welcomed by the owner Anna and had the unexpected surprise of a family meal which was cooked by her, which was delicious. Anna could not have been more welcoming. The pool/jacuzzi was clean and well maintained with the pool being cleaned twice during our stay.. as well as a fresh towels and bedding. We wanted a villa that was modern, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists, but within easy reach of amenities and this villa did exactly that. Car hire is essential due to the location and trips to shops/restaurants etc.. Only downside and this is very minor, is that the TV does not have any english speaking channels except for SKY news. We brought ipads etc so the teenagers could watch films etc they downloaded at night, but it also meant that they actually spent more time with us in the pool, playing ping pong (great outdoor facility provided) 👍🏻 It was also great having all the home from home facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge freezer, hairdryer, iron). One thing our girls loved was the jacuzzi bath. A lovely modern villa, great owner, fantastic views and just what we wanted for a relaxing holiday.

Wonderful Holiday!

We had such a fantastic time at Anna Maria villa. On arrival the owner came to greet us and answered our questions about the local area. There was also water, wine and food supplies already in the fridge. She was lovely. We connected her mid stay and she was again really helpful. The villa was exceptionally clean & well appointed. We have stayed in many villas but this was the first time that we have had a cleaner come in during our stay. Having clean sheets & towels and the the villa freshened up twice a week was very much appreciated. The outside areas are lovely with beautiful views to sea and the most gorgeous sunsets. Kids loved the table tennis competitions and the tiny frog visitors at night time. It’s a very peaceful location which is exactly what we wanted but hiring a car is a must if you want to explore the island a little. Perama is the closest village, a short drive away. It has a couple of smaller supermarkets and local shops. Ideal when you first arrive to get food essentials. Panormos is a lovely small coastal town with shops and restaurants over looking the sea. It also has a very small sandy beach but was quite busy. The best beach we found was Episkopi Beach. It’s around a 30 minute drive but a beautiful sandy beach and a very long stretch so we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. We took beach picnics, towels & brought a parasol but there is a handful of beach restaurants with sun beds for free if you buy food and drink from them. Rethymno is very lively. Loads of restaurants and shops. The Venetian harbour is a really lovely spot for dinner. Our favourite restaurant was Civitas which is on the main strip. Gorgeous food & great service. We hired a boat from the harbour & had a lovely early evening out at sea. We went to see the pirate caves and found the secret beach. We also visited Chania. We loved it. Lots of winding old streets, shops, restaurants & boutique hotels. My husband & I would like to return without the kids :-) The Melidoni caves are also worth a visit. For any mountain bikers, my husband hired a bike from Kreta bike. Organised it all via email prior to the holiday & they delivered & collected the bike from the villa. He loved exploring the beautiful hills! All in all we had a wonderful holiday!

Une semaine merveilleuse / A wonderful week

La propriété est juste au top, belle piscine eau très chaudes c'est agréable pour se baigner, le vue depuis le jardin est imprenable, vous pourrez y voir le plus beau coucher de soleil de votre vie!!Tout est parfait à la villa Anna Maria l' extérieure est très fonctionnelle pour passer du bon temps dehors, la villa n'est pas en reste elle est très belle et agréable. Notre location de la villa reste un des points les plus positif de notre voyage parmis tant d'autres. Merci a Anna Maria pour nous avoir reçu, et également un grand merci à Valia elle est vraiment au petit soin pour les hôtes, malgré cette période compliquée avec le Covid, elle a été présente à tout moment pour nous rassurer et nous renseigner. Nous avons passé de très belle vacances merci. The property is right on top, beautiful pool very hot water it's nice to bathe, the view from the garden is stunning, you can see the most beautiful sunset of your life!! Everything is perfect at the Villa Anna Maria the outside is very functional to spend good time outside, the villa is not left out it is very beautiful and pleasant. Our villa rental remains one of the most positive points of our trip among so many others. Thanks to Anna Maria for receiving us, and also a big thank you to Valia she is really caring for the guests, despite this complicated period with the Covid, she was present at all times to reassure us and inform us. We had a great holiday thank you.

Un magnifique séjour

Nous avons loué la maison pour une semaine début juin, le contact avec la gérance est très facile et réactif. Durant notre séjour j’ai à plusieurs reprises eu besoin d’une information sur la région et en quelques heures j’avais déjà la réponse! La maison est magnifique exactement comme sur les photos. On a la chance de profiter tous les soirs d’un magnifique couché de soleil! A notre arrivée la propriétaire de la maison nous a accueilli, c’est une personne d’une gentillesse incroyable. Le lendemain elle nous a amener des œuf et légumes de son jardin! Quelques jours plus tard elle nous a même cuisiné un plat typiquement grec! Un vrai régale! Il est cependant nécessaire d’avoir une voiture pour profiter des vacances car la maison est à 15 min de la ville de Réthymnon. Cependant à moins de 5 min en voiture on y trouve dés magasin et boulangerie... Je recommande vivement cette maison afin de passé de belles vacances!

UN SEJOUR DE REVE

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Créte. La villa était formidable: une vue exceptionnelle, le coucher de soleil tous les soirs. Les photos reflètent la réalité: les extérieurs étaient parfaitement aménagés et entretenus. La piscine et le SPA très agréable.La maison très propre et fonctionnelle. Le ménage était fait régulièrement. La propriétaire d'une très grande gentillesse qui nous a accueillis à notre arrivée, malgré l'heure tardive et aux petits soins ( frigo rempli pour déjeuner le matin, huile d'olive de sa propre production...) Elle nous a même préparé un agneau au four la veille de notre départ.. A recommander vivement. Maison au calme à la campagne et à 20 min en voiture de rethymno... tout était réuni pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

Fijne plek

Het huis is prachtig en precies zoals beschreven. Elke dag komt er iemand langs voor het zwembad en elke 4 dagen wordt het gehele verblijf schoongemaakt. Erg luxe. Helaas was het weer slecht tijdens ons verblijf en daardoor het zwembad te koud. Het strand is 15 min rijden en op 5 min rijden is een klein dorpje met een goeie koffie zaak en kleine supermarkt.

erster Familienurlaub auf Kreta

Alles war wie beschrieben. Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und es war nicht unser letzter Urlaub auf Kreta.

Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor

In der Villa Anna Maria muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Es fehlt an nichts, der Ausblick und die Ruhe sind traumhaft, und das Haus und der schöne Pool-Bereich laden dazu ein, einfach nur die Atmosphäre zu genießen. Die Kommunikation mit den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort klappt gut und für die Anreise ist sogar eine erste Willkommensaustattung im Kühlschrank bereit - es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, was den Aufenthalt zu einem wirklich schönen Urlaub werden lässt.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren zweiwöchigen Urlaub in dieser tollen Villa. Man merkt schon, dass das Haus nicht mehr neu ist, nichtsdestotrotz ist das Objekt genauso wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Der Pool ist erstklassig. Er ist sehr sauber und wird zweimal in der Woche gereinigt. Die Zimmer sind klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Kleinere Mängel wurden sofort von Anna Maria (Besitzerin) nach Meldung repariert. Zudem war Anna Maria stets und dauerhaft erreichbar. Nach einem Stromausfall in der Region informierte sie uns gleich, dass das Problem von den Stromwerken sofort behoben werde. Ein Auto ist ein absolutes muss. Wir hatten mehrere tolle Abendessen im nahe gelegenen Panormos. Ein kleiner Supermarkt findet sich der Nähe. Allerdings ist auch hier ein Auto ein Muss! Wir sind insgesamt als siebenköpfige Familie inklusive zwei Schulkindern verreist. Der perfekte Ort für eine Familienreise! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub! 100 % Weiterempfehlung Noch einige Empfehlungen für Ausflüge: Der zweite Strand in Bali wurde uns ans Herz gelegt. Er ist toll zum Baden, weil hier keinerlei Wellengang ist. Unsere Tochter hat hier das Schwimmen gelernt! Allerdings gibt es dort kleine beißende Fische. Wer einen Strand wie in der Karibik mit direkt angrenzender Taverne und kostenlosen Strandliegen inklusive Schirmen aus Stroh sucht, der muss unbedingt nach Lappa (vor Georgiopolus) fahren. Das befindet sich von der Villa aus circa 10 Minuten hinter Rethymnon. Episkopi Beach bzw golden Starfish!

Würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Das Objekt entspricht zum allergrößten Teil den eingestellten Bildern, die Ausstattung - besonders in der Küche (Geschirr, Kochutensilien usw.), Kühlschrank mit genügend großen Eisfächern usw. ist sehr gut. Internet stabil und ausreichend schnell. WLAN für Smartphones (verschiedene Marken) im ersten Stock jedoch sehr schwach, im Erdgeschoss und Poolbereich einwandfrei. Tipp: Wir hatten via Notebook im Obergeschoß einen WLAN-Hotspot eingerichtet, da WLAN für Notebook (aufgrund der stärkeren Antenne gut war) und damit auch im Obergeschoss für die Smartphones ausreichend Empfang via des Hotspots. Die Grundreinigung bei Übergabe war insbesondere im Küchenbereich ausbaufähig gewesen. TV mit nahezu allen relevanten deutschen Sendern. Ansonsten netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Agentur und der Gastgeberin. Wir haben insgesamt den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Aufenthalt Villa Anna Maria

Wir waren im Oktober 2020 14 Tage als Familie mit drei Kindern in der Villa Anna Maria. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt erforderlich. Die Villa liegt in den Bergen mit Blick auf das Meer. Alles war super sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Wir hatten absolut unsere Privatsphäre. Als wir ankamen wurden wir von Anna Maria sehr freundlich empfangen und sie zeigte uns das Anwesen. Da sie mit ihrer Familie in der Nähe wohnt war jeglicher Kontakt völlig unkompliziert. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage verlebt und den Pool haben insbesondere unsere Kinder viel genutzt. Aufgrund der Corona Situation wurden nicht automatisch nach einer Woche die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt, aber eine weitere Garnitur war in der Wohnung hinterlegt und Handtücher für den Innen-und Aussenbereich waren reichlich vorhanden. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und empfehlen die Villa Anna Maria gerne weiter. Besonders nett fanden wir, dass wir zum Abschied 1 Flasche selbst produziertes Olivenöl geschenkt bekamen.
