I stayed here with two of my granddaughters and had a great week! This was my second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The house is perfect for us and the beach is such a short walk so that is definitely an added bonus. The girls already told me they want to go again next year!!

Pleasant stay

Clean, comfortable, and quite nice cottage . The weather didn’t always cooperate (rain), but the house and neighborhood were lovely.

The property was clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. We were able to walk and ride bikes to the beach everyday and the neighborhood was quiet. It is close to a lot of amenities, but we were happy hanging out at the house and enjoying the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Slice of Heaven

I cannot express how perfect our vacation was. We had a week in a fabulous house, a small private beach a short walk away, and the nicest neighbors anyone could have asked for. The house was perfect, clean and had everything we needed. Shopping and groceries were a short drive away, great restaurants close by as well. Tanya was super nice and extremely easy to work with. We loved it so much we will be keeping our eye out for a place to buy in this neighborhood!

Great location

This beach house was perfect for us. Very clean which is important to us. Our family and friends enjoyed visiting-easy access to the beach.

Property was whimsical and had adequate space for our family group of 12. The owner seemed peranoid. He was there at our arrival goimg over rules for over half an hour. He also made sure we were aware af the surveillance cameras watching over us. Although we broom swept inside and out before we left, he complained about a small amount of dirt he had to vacuum on one rug despite the cleaning fees we paid.

Great property. We had such a relaxing time. A close walk to the beach. We saw incredible sunsets every night. I would go here again.

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time! The cottage is super clean, in a very nice neighborhood, and our host Tanya made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this place and are looking forward to coming back soon.

Cute cottage near beach with great back porch. Supermarkets and CVS are just 10 minutes away as are many good restaurants.

Perfect beach getaway!

We had the best impromptu Father's Day getaway! The house was clean and welcoming and the check in process was a breeze. Tanya was super helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be staying again!

Nice cottage

Cottage is renovated nicely and close to the center of Clinton. Short walk to a lovely community beach with nice views, beach pass provided. Very nice neighborhood to take walks. Tanya was easily available for questions and very easy check in and out process.

Great family vacation

We had a great time during our stay. We were in a great location for being able to do Myistic aquarium one day, Beardsley zoo another day and still be able to go to the beach. Theres also alot of great shopping, food, and historical spots in the area. The house was clean and had beach access at the end of the street. Our toddler loved the time we had so much that the morning we left we had to carry her out to the truck crying "I love beach house i want to live here".

Cute beach cottage

We stayed with 1 other couple in this very well maintained beach cottage. It was 3 minutes from a small neighborhood beach and 4 miles from Hammonasset Beach. We had all the amenities you could need. Nice sunporch and outdoor space. Tanya was a wonderful host and gave us restaurant and activity suggestions. The Thimble island tour was very worth while.Located in a very nice neighborhood a well. We hope to stay again next year.

Beach House By The Beach Had a Beach

No kidding, there was a beach. Tanya was a great host, communicated well and gave all the basic information I needed to make my stay pleasant. The house gets warm during hot, humid late-summer days, but thankfully, each bedroom has A/C so sleep is comfortable no matter how baked the day was. The beach down the street is very cute and nice to sit at and contemplate Hammonassett across the way.

Nice Place

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Clinton. This property was the perfect size for us and was very comfortable. Nice that the owners stock their home with some basics (bed linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dish detergent, etc.) so you don't have to worry. The location couldn't have been better - just steps to the beach. On first look, the beach may seem small, but there is actually much to explore within walking distance. Super quiet neighborhood with friendly people.

The property was great!

The cottage was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Tanya was great to work with and even checked on us during our stay! The only suggestions I would have are blinds for the front door and back sliding doors. We felt a little uncomfortable with not having that privacy from the neighbors. That is the only thing we could suggest, Tanya thought of everything else, including start ups of coffee! We will definitely stay here again!

Little ranch near the beach

In order to open some windows, had to clean out the window sills… Wish there was outdoor seating to take in the view instead of the side of the shed out back… A/C units needed to be wiped down on the vent slots and inside filters and coils were caked with gunk… I CLEANED THOSE.. Bathroom fan needed to be cleaned throughly. Some cobwebs up in the corners. Hand held shower needed to be cleaned also..black mildew..I cleaned that too… It served its purpose but could have done without the basic cleaning of essentials…

Great time!

I went with two of my granddaughters and we all had a great time. The house was just as pictured and really was 200 steps from the beach! Tanya was quick to respond when we needed her. It was a super time at the beach!
