Quiet restored country house with fantastic views of the vineyards towards the town of Benitachell. Very quiet with non-adjacent neighbors. The cities of Javea and Moraira are only 10 minutes away by car, with fabulous beaches, restaurants and bars. Local supermarket 2 km. Comfortably furnished for 4 people with satellite TV 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a hot tub. Large garden with terrace, pool and barbecue. Secure parking.
