2bed 2bath appartement avec piscine et vue mer privé bénéficie du soleil toute la journée!

Cet appartement de 2 chambres est situé au rez-de-chaussée d'une villa de deux étages et il a une entrée privée et terrasse privée de la piscine avec des vues spectaculaires sur la mer et la montagne. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bains (une avec douche et une avec baignoire). Le salon semi-circulaire a vue à 180 degrés sur la campagne environnante et la mer tout le chemin à Calpe roche. La cuisine principale et la cuisine d'été sont entièrement équipées. Il ya un garage sécurisé pour deux voitures.

Il ya deux grands supermarchés 3 minutes en voiture ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et bars. La plage la plus proche se trouve à deux minutes en voiture et le centre de Moraira et la plage sont à environ 10 minutes en voiture.

L'autoroute A7 est à 13 minutes.

Wonderful apartment with wonderful hosts

Amazing views from the beautiful apartment. James and Ana were brilliant hosts and even accommodated our late arrival. Great outside space. Apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely use again.

Wonderful place to chill

The view is juste amazing. Having the breakfast, or a drink in the evening close to the swimming pool is an undescrible moment. The host are very kind, and we felt like home...unfortunately, holidays had to stop and the dream ended up.

Idyllic Family Getaway

We have just dragged ourselves away from this lovely apartment. From the moment we booked, it was a hassle free experience. The thorough directions we received when we booked had us driving into a secure garage for our rental car and greeted by the very friendly and helpful Ana. The apartment has an amazing view, it was beautifully presented, spotless and very welcoming. We appreciated the supplies in the kitchen, for the next morning, as we arrived late in the evening. We lived by the beautiful, well maintained pool, which we had to ourselves. The board games were given a workout as was the free wifi, very appreciative. There are fantastic local restaurants within a 5 minute drive and the coast is well worth exploring. A fantastic family holiday in a truly relaxing and private apartment. Thanks Ana and James for a truly unforgettable family holiday.

Tout simplement magnifique

Nous avons passé 2 semaines exceptionnelles chez Ana et James. La réalité dépasse de loin les images. La costa blanca est magnifique. Les propriétaires, Ana et James, sont discrets mais également très à l'écoute et disponibles quand il y a besoin. Nous sommes partis le coeur serré au bout de 2 semaines magiques, dans un lieu magique. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès le premier jour. Backyard dreams

We spent the day relaxing in the backyard, beautiful views, well kept pool and seating area. There’s a restaurant to visit just up the street, and a short mountain walk nearby. Also great hosts and communication!! Gracias!

Apartment with fabulous views and pool

We stayed with our girls (12 ands 6) at Ana and James’ villa during the October break. The accommodation consists of the lower and middle floor of this villa, with the lower level consisting of a kitchen and the big terrace with covered areas for eating and another covered lounge area by the private pool. The views from the terrace are absolutely amazing and as it is up in the hills, it is very quiet as well. The bedrooms have an en-suite each and there is another kitchen which we did not really use and a living room with fab views again…although we spent most time on the terrace. The drive to the coast just takes about 20 minutes max. The pool is a bit on the cold side, but that’s to be expected at the end of October and we were still able to use it.. All in all we had a fabulous time and hope to be back next year.

Our 2 night stay - Sept 2021

A lovely pool, and views. Some of the facilities were a bit ramshackle - homebuilt wardrobes etc - but it didn't matter to us. Lots of steps so not suitable for everyone. Fabulous facilities for 2 people - not so suitable for 4 as second bedroom does not have access to fresh air. Don't want to sound negative. Ana was delightful and so helpful with all the Covid paperwork and boarding passes. We couldn't have managed without her. Ana responded quickly to any enquiries and couldn't have been more helpful. She also recommended a couple of great restaurants particularly Kosta which we really enjoyed. We didn't meet James. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this property.

Perfecto !!

Mi pareja y yo buscábamos un sitio donde desconectar ,estar tranquilos y relajados , por las imágenes pensábamos que sería perfecto pero la realidad lo supera , insuperable !! La casa súper limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario y los propietarios encantadores, sin dudarlo volveremos muy pronto !

Schöne kleine sonnige Wohnung mit 2 Küchen auf zwei Etagen verteilt und einem privaten Pool. Die sehr freundlichen und stets hilfsbereiten Vermieter bewohnen das oberste Stockwerk mit. Unweit vom Strand entfernt, mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Muy bien!

La casa está bien preparada para recibir los inquilinos. Homenaje de cocina completo, jabón y papel en todos los baños y la cocina, toallas de piscina, hasta las velas antimoscas . Los dueños viven al lado en el mismo edificio pero los inquilinos tienen todo separado (;entrada,;garaje. ..aparte son muy discretos, teníamos duda si de verdad vivían al lado. Muy buena experiencia. La piscina muy cuidada y con una zona de chill out bonita. Las vistas espectaculares. Las pegas a poner : no hay lavavajillas .Lo demás muy bien! Thank you Ana and James!
