Enjoy the sugar white sand and mesmerizing sound of the Gulf of Mexico from this top floor, gulf front, corner unit. Summerlin is a private 30 unit complex with 200 feet of beach front for your enjoyment.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps up to 5 or 6 people. The gulf front master bedroom has king bed and private bath. Both master and living room open to a large balcony with high top table and chairs for your comfort. The guest bedroom is furnished with king bed and connecting bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Each have large flat screen TV's, BluRay DVD players and wireless internet.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils and bakeware for those wonderful eat in meals. Large laundry room with full size washer/dryer.
Other amenities include FREE BEACH SERVICE March 1-October 31 (2 chairs 1 umbrella), private seasonally heated pool and boardwalk . A covered private parking space is included for your convenience. Elevator, trash bins on every floor.
Summerlin is just minutes away from incredible restaurants, great shopping, water sports, golf & much more.

This property was PERFECT in every way! By far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! From the decor, to the furniture, and everything in between, it couldn't have been much better. The beach was not crowded at all since it is a smaller building which we look for when booking. Also love the convenience of the chair and umbrella service. Darlene, the owner, was wonderful! She was so kind and helpful with any questions we had. We cannot wait to come back next summer!

We have stayed in the area on and off for the last 15 years. This is one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in. It is well appointed and aesthetically pleasing. The beach and pool were not crowded. Hands down the best VRBO rental we have ever experienced! The condo was immaculate and the host thought of everything as far as things that folks might need in the kitchen. Location was great and having beach chair/umbrella service included each day just made our stay even better. Also, covered parking was a nice touch. Can’t wait to return.

The condo is beautiful! The beds are very comfortable and our husband’s love the recliners! It is a bonus to be on the end because you have 3 side windows to see the beach. I sat on the couch and watched the fireworks on the Pier! We have found our perfect beach vacation home.

Two Weeks in Paradise

This was easily one of the nicest condos we have stayed in! It was so well appointed; it had everything we needed and then some. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we were able to watch dolphins everyday. The beach set up and under cover parking were two huge bonuses! Happy anniversary

My husband and I stayed here and celebrated our anniversary. Darlene was in contact with us to make sure everything was ok. She is so sweet. The property is beautiful. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The property is also very clean. We hope to be back soon!
