ザンテの町と港の距離は約6 km、空港は5 km、1 kmで有名なパナギアエレフテロトリア修道院と鐘楼のある美しいエネティック様式のアギアマヴラ教会があります。 5-9 kmの距離にはケリ、マラシア、ラガナス、リムニオナス、ポルトロクサなどの島の最も美しいビーチがあり、「ナヴァジオ」と呼ばれる島の有名なビーチは車でわずか30分です。

Great Villas! the view is amazing and they are very well isolated from the crowd. If you are looking for a get-away, this is your place! BUT Animals (specially cats) are not having the best time in the island. Since there were cats around the place, it means that they were not well treated by the owners since they did not take any action to avoid their suffering. Such cats only survive for a few months (that’s why you only see young cats around) and once no tourists are around, they will starve and only a few will make it to the next season. Therefore, I give one single star even though the service was great but they did not do their duties for the poor animals that were around. Hope this action gives more visibility to the problem and action is taken.

Amazing villa perfect location!

We had 2 families at the villa (4 adults, 4 kids) there was more than enough space, each family had their own floor. The house was very clean, large living space on main floor, and beds are very comfortable. The outdoor space with the pool and lounge chairs was perfect for the kids to night swim while the adults enjoyed the beautiful view of the city lights below. The owner is extremely kind and easy to work with, very quick to reply back when we reached out. We would rent this villa again and would recommend it to anyone wanting an authentic experience on Zakynthos due to the property location.

Fantastic villa with spectacular views

We had a super stay in this villa. It is tucked away on a hill and you need a car but the views and setting is truly lovely. The owners were there to greet us and with a friendly cleaning lady in every day and clean bedding, bath and pool towels every few days we were well looked after. They were keen to ensure everything was ok for us and apart from a few cloudy days which we would rather not have had, we had a perfect holiday! The pool is shared with an adjacent villa (owned by the same people) though luckily for us we seemed to have exclusive use of it! Thank you John and Maria

This property is part of our family for many many years. The land was used for farming till we decided to build the Villas for our kids to live in when they grow up.

The luxurious villas AMOROSA seem as if planted in one of the more picturesque and green villages of Zakynthos, Lagopodo, thus consisting an inextricable part of the landscape.
Built using some local white stone, they balance elements of luxury and functionality making them unique. Residential sculptures completely attuned with the environment that catch the eye.
They are located in the half distance between sea and mountain. The area has idyllic quietness and in 1 to 30 minutes by car you can reach almost every attraction and beach, as well as all public and private services provided.
The villas provide comfort, spaciousness and style in every room. From the wonderful verandas you have a view over almost the whole island, the swimming pool, the sea and the mountain opposite and can enjoy the unique enchanting sunrise early in the morning..
