Settle in to this 1 bedroom king-sized bed with black-out features. The bedroom also hosts a TV and double closets. Bring your streaming devices for either of the 2 TVs in this condo. WiFi is available in the unit and on the rooftop.

This condo is built for comfort. It boasts 2 full-baths so getting ready for the day or a night out accommodates both of you. The master ensuite has a soothing rain shower and hair dryers with luxurious linens and the 2nd bath also has a shower.

The living area has wall to wall sliding glass, with a view that looks to the beautiful Lazaro Cardenas Park Azuelos. There is a queen sofa bed, additional seating, and a 58” 4K TV. The unit has a full kitchen with many small appliances, pots & pans, and much more to help you prepare your culinary creations. There is also in-unit laundry machines and an iron and ironing board.

Feel like building some energy, a gym is available on the ground floor. Afterwards, take the elevator to the 7th floor, where the doors open to a magnificient 360 degree view of the buildings perimeter. Stunning views of the Banderas Bay, Sierra Madre mountains, and beautiful Old Town Puerto Vallarta await. Refresh yourself in the 50-meter salt-water pool where the water seems to meet the Bay, and then lounge and bask in the sun or retreat to a shaded covered area.

Entrance to the building is secure and can only be accessed from a pass card. There is also a security guard on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Need a change of pace, the Bay awaits one block away. It features beach-front restaurants and the famous Los Muertos Pier where beautiful views await. Here you can buy wares from beach vendors as you lounge on loungers, enjoy a massage, or a meal or refreshing beverage.

Walk one block out your front door, in any direction, and you will experience, restaurants, grocery store, cafes, salons, pharmacy, medical offices, night-life destinations, and the list goes on. There is a Saturday Farmer's and Craft Market in the Park across the street during high season. Everywhere you turn in the condo and out will be a pampering and fantastic experience....we are after all Casa Fiesta!

Perfect Location and Property

The pictures don’t do it justice! Great location to downtown bars and restaurants - short walk to beach. Spotless inside, fresh clean linens, kitchen has everything you need. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful Stay!

This is our second time here at this apt and we have loved every minute! The location is great and the apt itself is exactly what we need. I love the roof top deck with pool. I would absolutely come back. The folks in the building have become like family to us. And truth be told, I think we are more at home here than at home.

Great place for a get away

What a great place to stay. The condo is conveniently located in the heart of Zona romantica. Just a short walk to the beach, along with a short walk to many fantastic restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very quiet even though the location has lots of noise from the busy street and nightlife. The condo was very clean and bright. The rooftop pool was amazing with a heated pool, plenty of lounging chairs and a view that is very hard to beat. We will definitely be back to PV and this condo for sure. Thanks to Sue and Guss for providing great communication throughout the booking process along with the stay.

Everything one could want while on vacation.

We stayed in Casa Fiesta for 1 month. It has all of the amenities and comfort one could ask for in a vacation rental. The kitchen is nicely furnished and the sheets and towels are first class. There are 2 large closets, each having an abundance of wooden hangers. There is good wifi through the building including the rooftop pool area. The onsite employees are great and very helpful. Security is top notch. There are many fine restaurants within 1 to 3 blocks. One block to the beach. It was very convenient having purified water through the building. We hope to return.

Simply an amazing property!

I was able to thoroughly relax and absolutely enjoyed my stay. The condo is VERY nice ~ clean with pretty much any basic amenity you’d need. The rooftop pool is an amazing place to just relax while enjoying the pool and scenery. The location is centrally located within an easy walk to anything you’d want ~ be it the beach, restaurants or coffee shops, or the night life. I visited during the off season, so the downpours were something to experience (in a positive way actually) and were pretty predictable and didn’t alter my days at all. Sue was easy to communicate with, and her property manager Gus was very welcoming and gave a good overview of the condo. I would definitely rent from Sue again! Thank you very much for a nice relaxing week.

Excelent location.

Location is great. Unit is on the first floor facing a noisy street in case you don’t like noise. Views from terrace are great. Kitchen was very well equipped to cook almost anything. In general, the place is great. Communication with Gus, the administrator, was not that good; I felt I was going to be scolded when messaging him. Not really the tone and kind of communication I would expect (slow response or no response at all). Sue was great though.

THE BEDROOM HAD TV REMOTE NO BATTERIES ,WENT AND PAYED FOR BATTERIES , THEN TRY FOR 1/2 TO GET TV TO WORK , SO THE HOLE TIME HAD NO TV IN BEDROOM . HAS CABLE BOX AND TV TURNS ON THINK IT IS BOX . THEY WERE TAKING DOWN THE BUILDING BEHIND THE PARK . MY WIFE WAS TAKING A NAP SCARED HERE TO DEATH ,SHOOK THE HOLE BUILDING, LIGHT IN PLACE WAS BAD VERY DARK NEED BETTER BULBS , BED WAS GREAT

Well equipped condo unit in safe building, steps to everything

Stayed for the second week of December (a lovely time of year in Vallarta). We were just one couple so found the accommodation to be plenty big enough. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The roof top pool area is a big plus and perhaps because of the time of year, we never had any problems finding a sun lounger. Was able to walk to everywhere, the beach, Malecon, bars, restaurants etc, though we enjoy sourcing and cooking with local ingredients which was easy to do and so didn't eat out much. Sue and Gus were great to deal with and prompt with replies to any enquiries. Another plus was that the damage deposit was returned within a week of us getting back home. Hate to mention any downside, but have to say that we were mostly unable to use the small patio due to the traffic noise, particularly from buses, as they crawled around the corner of the junction outside.

Perfection in paradise -

The apartment is beautiful, modern and located in the heart of the neighborhood we wanted to be close to. Sue and Gus went out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooftop is simply scrumptious and was never too busy. Loads of shaded seating (for the vampires) and loads of sun loungers (for the sun lovers). Gorgeous views of the sunset from such an amazing pool. The staff were incredibly friendly, as were (somewhat surprisingly) all of the other guests. I loved that the bedroom is in the middle of the apartment and that with the doors closed you could sleep all day (no outside noise or annoying sunshine). Bliss. Having two bathrooms was an extra nice feature as the person first up (me at 11am) didn’t have to disturb my husband for any reason until he was ready to join the day. We would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Sue and Gus for treating us like family.

Why they chose this property

The location is perfect: in the heart of town, one block from the beautiful Banderas Bay and the famous malecon where you can walk the boardwalk along the bay stopping for food, shopping or just the view. At your doorstep there are: adventure activities, shops, world class restaurants, spas, theatre, water taxis, buses, bakeries/mini supermarkets, produce and fresh food market, etc. etc. The rooftop is where it is at with 360 views including sunsets, pool, BBQ, etc....breathtaking!

What makes this property unique

There is a pristine spa feel from the ground floor to the rooftop. The rooftop is just breathtaking and offers a quiet and serene experience with it's 50 meter salt-water pool, barbeque, bar, and kitchen space with ice maker, cook-top and refrigerator, and comfortable lounging for sun and shade. WiFi is available throughout the building as well and elevators take you to where you want to go. If you enjoy working out in a gym, the Park has a great one. Administration staff is on hand and security is on-site 24 hours. The condo unit itself is very well laid out and the master bedroom will ensure a very comfortable and undisturbed sleep with its blackout effect. TVs in both the living room and bedroom are available when it's time to relax, and the kitchen is fully stocked if you want to prepare meals. Laundry facilities are a real bonus as well. Your terrace here is a great place to people watch and unwind with a beverage or cocktail and see all the activities in Lazaro Cardenas park, like the weekly Sat. market. I can't say enough about the location and all that you can access here within a few steps...it is simply the perfect location and offers everything you could ask for and so much more.
