WONDERFUL FAMILY HOME: CENTRAL AIR, BEACH NEARBY, SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTAL

Welcome to our home with central air conditioning, free wireless internet, and thermal air tub. Spend the day sunning at nearby Saints Landing Beach (.4 mile) or other beautiful Cape beaches. Then head to Brewster General Store or Kate's Ice Cream for a cooling cone. Have a cookout (or cocktail) on our oversized deck while the kids run and play in the large yard with tree swing. When the tide is out, explore the tidal flats for shells, sea worms and crabs, or do some clamming. Enjoy nearby restaurants, shopping, museums galleries, fishing charters and whale watching all just a short drive away. Most weeks are already taken by satisfied returning renters and we hope you will become one of them. Additional information: King bed, queen bed, two twin beds; washer/dryer; dishwasher; microwave; fully appointed kitchen; (2) smart tv/dvd, cable tv; phone; 2 outdoor showers; bicycles, Weber charcoal grill; beach chairs and toys; bed rails; many books, dvd'a for all ages; fireplace. Alas, absolutely NO pets. We are an allergic family.

Great for family with young adults!

The main bedroom and both bathrooms are newly remodeled and very nice! The main living/kitchen /dining area is rather small, but the main bedroom has it’s own sitting room that is large with its own tv- and is well away from the front of the house- so when we wanted to go to sleep or just get away from the noise of our 20/21/22 year olds we could! Ideal for a family with kids that age. Nice outdoor showers too. Large deck.

Wonderful Property with Everything Available!

My family and I loved this house and fully enjoyed our stay. The property is close enough to a beach while also being completely secluded and peaceful. The town of Brewster was very fun to explore as well and the house was located with everything you’d want to experience out there a short drive or bike ride away! The property itself was spacious enough for 6 adults to live in and it offered everything we needed to enjoy our time there instead of gathering supplies. The property owner, Clay, was incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish and made sure I knew of everything I needed to know to ensure our stay was pleasant. Thank you very much!

Ethan and his family were terrific guests. Most notably the washing machine failed just before they arrived and they were very helpful in allowing me to get a new unit delivered and installed. In addition, the house was left in tip top shape. Anyone should be happy to have them as guests in their home.

Lots of positives.

Lots of good things about this charming little house, let’s start there. The galley kitchen is small but serviceable with a nice table that seats 4. The bedrooms are very well appointed and comfortable and the bathrooms are AMAZING!! Clearly a great deal of care and detail was given. The master suite is lovely and there is a wonderful assortment of toys, books, games and puzzles made available as well as DVDs. The hosts are warm and communicative and helpful. Wrap around deck is in rough shape, shoes must be worn, and yard is fine, if that matters to you. Here’s the thing: the “walkable to beach” part in the listing description, which was a major priority for us, is debatable. Perhaps for an adult carrying only a bag and a beach chair it’s feasible. But with children it’s really not doable so you must resort to the “drive to beach drop off drive to house ride bike back rinse repeat in reverse” model. Not the end of the world but not possible if, say, there’s only one adult. So that’s the reason for the 4 stars. Apparently weekly permits are available, which we found out kinda too late for it to make sense to purchase. And let me tell you they are SERIOUS about parking tickets. There’s also a pretty extensive wrap up/clean up list- more so than most rentals I’ve experienced- so it’s not a get up and drive away type of deal. Overall, though, beautiful area and lots to do and explore. Local children’s museum very sweet and surrounding towns fun to check out.

Our host was very responsive during our stay and made check in easy. The bay beach is a short walk or bike ride. The house was very clean with everything we needed. We can't wait to come again!

Was ideal for our needs--- my wife and I plus our son and his wife visiting from WI.

Very comfortable quarters and quiet setting. 2 bath rooms and master bedroom were nicely updated. House was tastefully decorated. Kitchen is small but suitable for our party of 4. We enjoyed our stay very much and found it to be a serene country respite from our usual suburbs .

Family friendly get away

This lovely home is perfect for a family with small kids looking to spend time on the Cape. They have plenty of children's books and games to keep your little ones happy (plus Netflix!). The house has a nice layout with a master suite so parents can have a little space and quiet time if desired. It is in walking/biking distance to a little beach that is quite safe to explore with kids not comfortable swimming yet. Brewster has lots of activities to explore in the summer as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic place for your family stay!!!

This was our 11th year at this house. Spacious house, kept very clean and well maintained. Not far from a few bay beaches. Owners very pleasant and easy to work with. Plenty of room for kids to run around in the yard on this corner lot. Have made lots of great memories at this house and look forward to making more.
