The PERFRCT place to relax

We flew in and were greeted by Luko st the airport. Our stay was pleasant from start to finish. We loved to recommended places to eat and getting into the city was easy. A truly tranquil and perfect place to relax.

Perfect relaxing holiday

Luko and his family were the perfect hosts and everything we needed for our holiday was taken care of. The apartment Seagull suited us perfectly and was clean and well appointed. I have nothing I would change, if you could have changed the 2 rainy days, then it would have been 100% 😁

Peaceful Retreat

The property is perfectly located - right on the sea and close enough to Dubrovnik to visit but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The owners picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for a very reasonable fee. It is a family run business and they were extremely pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed both restaurants in town and even rented a boat from DBR a short walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was well equipped- my only recommendation would be a more comfortable mattress. This was our first time to Croatia and we just loved it!

Super vacances dans l’appartement de la résidence de Theresa. La maison est idéalement située dans une baie très agréable, il suffit de sortir de la maison pour se baigner. On a apprécié courir autour de la baie, bref je recommande. Ingrid

Great Stay at House Tereza

Beautiful location and Anita was fantastic on check-in. The unit was clean and a good size. Loved our stay.

Very Relaxing

Luko and his family are wonderful hosts. Even down to details of when is the best time to visit old town Dubrovnik! The setting is magnificent!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung hat genau dem Angebot entsprochen und war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bus in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Ferienwohnung und Vermieter werden wir weiter empfehlen! Elke und Volkmar

If you had informed us about this problem, we would have been glad to help. Unfortunately we do not have a microwave which can be seen in apartment facilities description. Beautiful setting, pristine apartment, excellent hosts and exactly what we were looking for

We made arrangements to stay in Zaton only a few days prior to our arrival. We were sure we did not want to stay in Dubrovnik city (old or new) and this quiet retreat was perfect after a hectic but beautiful vacation in Greece. We enjoyed the magnificent views from our third story apartment (#7). The complex was incredibly quiet, and the accommodations were as described . Our host and his family were most gracious and thought of everything we might need during our stay. We appreciated the transportation to and from the airport as we arrived late and departed early. Both restaurants in Zaton have a nice menu. We enjoyed them both at different times of the day. Thank you to our host family who not only live in Zaton, just across the street, but have a rich family history spanning over three centuries or more in this charming village.

Our visit to Zaton August 2018

Very nice and clean apartment, close to Dubrovnik and right on the sea. Beautiful view. Host was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. Just a little disappointed that there was no local tv channels. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Tom & Natalie, Canada

Stunning and tranquil location

Just wow! This place is stunningly beautiful. The water is so clear you can see the many species of fish swimming right beside you as you sunbathe. The apartment is clean and well equipped and the hosts are really helpful and friendly. It is a quiet area with a few restaurants and supermarkets and just a 10 min bus journey into the spectacular old town of Dubrovnik. I would 100% recommend House Tereza for a holiday in Dubrovnik.

Beautiful+serene ocean oasis

Luko and his family work so hard to give you the best possible experience. This spot was the perfect ending to our long trip. We couldn't have been happier to have some reprieve from the heat and the Dubrovnik crowds.
