ゲストハウスとエアコン付きの美しいコテージから町まで歩いてください！

家族のナンタケットコテージと、ナンタケットの国旗がちりばめられた歴史地区にある隣接するゲストハウスを改装しました。 プロパティは、町、港、子供のビーチまで歩いてすぐです。
車は必要ありません！ ただし、車を持ち込みたい場合は、1台分の駐車場があります。
プロパティには、メインハウスと独立したゲストハウスの両方が含まれているため、一緒に旅行するカップルや、友人、祖父母、乳母と一緒に旅行する家族に最適です。

メインハウスには、大聖堂の天井、大きな梁、1940年代の赤レンガの暖炉があるオープンフロアプランがあります。 大きな窓に囲まれたダイニングルームは明るく風通しが良く、朝食をとり、島内の観光、セーリング、サイクリングの計画を立てるのに最適な場所です。

メインハウスのすべての窓に、光拡散プライバシーライナー付きの美しい白いカスタムバリ2インチコードレスプリーツシェードを設置しました。

キッチンには、特注のキャビネット、Corianカウンタートップ、ステンレス製の電化製品、食事がとれる朝食バーがあります。 パティオにある（新しい2019）5-Burnerグリルと合わせて、キッチンは調理に必要なすべてを提供し、完璧な裏庭の家族のバーベキューを提供します。 ダイニングテーブルの座席6。 リビングルームには、快適なソファと48インチのスマートテレビが備わっています。 フロントロード洗濯機と乾燥機もあります。

マスターベッドルームには新しいクイーンマットレスとボックススプリング（2017年秋）があり、専用バスルームと32インチのスマートテレビがあります。2番目のベッドルームには、6引き出し式ドレッサー付きのクイーンベッドがあります。 すべては言って、メインハウスは4人寝ます。

ゲストハウスはメインハウスのすぐ隣にあります。 それは2つを眠り、完全に改装されました。 クイーンベッド、40インチのスマートテレビ、専用バスルーム、簡易キッチンがあります。 すべての窓にカスタムバリ2インチプリーツシェード。 2人用の座席エリアがある小さなブルーストーンのパティオは、ゲストハウスのすぐ後ろにあります。

We had a wonderful stay in Nantucket and couldn’t have asked for a better host than Michelle. From the moment we booked, she was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Her communication was clear and thoughtful, making every part of our trip easy and stress-free.The property was exactly as described; comfortable, clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located for exploring the island. It truly felt like a home away from home. Michelle went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and offered excellent local recommendations that helped make our visit even more memorable.Nantucket is a special place, and Michelle’s hospitality made our experience even better. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

This home was amazing -- comfortable spaces, well stocked kitchen, things that you might consider standard, but presented in attractive ways -- soap, lotion, etc in pretty bags, filtered water, a small supply of bottled still water, slippers -- comfortable throw on the couch ... I could go on. The beds were ridiculously comfortable with fluffy pillows and comforters, and the heat/air splits were so fabulous when the temperature went up. Michele was a wonderful, informative host and went out of her way to insure that we were not inconvenienced when someone needed to make a repair during our stay and we were so grateful for the welcoming vibe after a really hectic week traveling from CA to Chicago for a graduation before this stay. We enjoyed riding bikes all week and the house was central to town and a nice ride to Cisco and many other spots that were fun to explore. Definitely recommend and hope to return as soon as possible!

This is our third time staying at this wonderful property. Such a lovely spot close enough to walk to town, but far enough away to be relaxing. The backyard is lovely and there are ample bathrooms to make guests and teenagers happy!

We had a wonderful time! The place was beautiful and exactly as described. Communication was easy, and the location was excellent. We could walk and bike to everything with ease - no car needed, as we only brought our bikes. It’s located on a more active road (relatively speaking, for Nantucket ), but it wasn’t disruptive at all. We especially enjoyed being close to the bike paths and having the option to walk into town. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

Had a great experience at this Nantucket VRBO. It was clean, well-stocked and looked just like the pictures. An easy 15 minute or so walk to the town center. Would stay again!

The house is beautiful and well-stocked. The host is extremely gracious & attentive. There is a new washer/dryer and a small dishwasher. It is a short walk to town. The guest house was especially lovely. The house is located on a busy thoroughfare and we had loud neighbors who were in close proximity, so our stay was not as peaceful as we had hoped.

We had a wonderful stay in Michele’s home. The house had everything we needed and were able to walk to and from town easily. Check-In was seamless and we would absolutely rent here again!

Great rental

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was easily reachable for any questions. The houses were updated, clean, and well stocked. We would stay here again.

My family has owned this property since the early 1960s. It was the pride and joy of my late uncle who loved this island and all the people on it. He spent every summer here, surrounded by friends and family. The house has been lovingly restored with him in mind.
