There were shops and restaurants close by and they were very pet friendly Susan and Jim were very nice , we enjoyed talking with them

Great place to stay

Very clean. You had your privacy yet someone was always available. Very welcoming owners. Would stay there again if I needed. I plan on keeping in touch with the owner.

This stay exceeded all expectations. The owner was attentive; she was always available for questions and aalso respected my privacy. She is a delight and if i am ever in the Tampa/Ft Richey/Hudson areas in Florida, I will seek out her properties first. Cleanliness, location, and her kind spirit were above and beyond the "usual". Quiet friendly hosts

Could have been more open on the porch, no view, high wooden fence that blocks view of anything except small view of small porch. Other than that no complaints.

Port Richey

Spacious, clean, private little efficiency attached to the owners' residence in a safe neighborhood. It had 2 separate twin beds that worked for my husband and I by putting a king size mattress pad and fitted sheet over both mattresses so we had one king size bed. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, coffee maker, etc; large shower with adequate water pressure; outside door had a big window allowing some natural light into the unit. We were in Florida for 2 weeks on family business rather than a beach vacation so used the unit only to sleep and shower. Owners were friendly and accommodating. We were comfortable here and would stay again.

Two Week Florida Vacation

We enjoyed our comfortable & private studio apartment. It was perfect for making breakfast, packing a picnic lunch for the day away & for grilling an evening supper meal. The hosts were very kind & helpful in recommending great places to visit.

Great Experience

The room was very clean and comfortable. Spacious for one person. Sue and her husband Jim were great hosts. You can reach Sue easily by text if you have questions or need anything, but they respect your privacy.

Lovely Little House

This place has all the comforts of home. I can’t think of anything else I would have needed inside my little nest. Also there are a lot of things to do around that area. Jim and Sue are super friendly and aim to please. I was sad to leave.

Wonderful quiet, little getaway! Close to everything!

It is a wonderful serene getaway. I thoroughly enjoyed my month there with my dog. Close to shopping,beaches,sunsets,etc. Comfortable place, great hosts! Just an awesome place to be. Felt like home.
