Condo is located in the Century 1 Building at 9900 Coastal Highway (Rt-1). Condo has the largest floor plan of condos in the building. Free WiFi. Tile flooring throughout the condo (neat and clean). Condo is beachfront with direct access to the beach Two levels with three balconies with balcony furniture and tables for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals or cocktails. Renovated in 2016. Two large balconies face the ocean. Bay balcony has unobstructed view of the bay and view of the awesome sunset - no high rise buildings to block your view. Uptown location - best part of Ocean City. Very large large living room with ocean front balcony, TV (cable) and DVD player. Large kitchen (eat in) with full size stove, fridge, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, mixers - dishes, megs, bowls, serving and baking dishes, pots, pans, fry pans, large stew pot, glasses, utensils, knives, trays - if it's in your kitchen then it is in the condo kitchen - loaded. Two large bedrooms. Master bedroom faces ocean and has a large balcony, TV (cable) and DVD player. Bay side bedroom also has a balcony with an unobstructed view of the bay and the awesome sun set. Two bathrooms with shower and tub and separate vanity ares with custom designed tile throughout. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

The condo was recently renovated & professionally decorated in beach/island theme (even the bathrooms!) with custom tile from Spain in the foyer, large beautiful tiled floors in the living room and bedrooms, theme tile in both bathrooms, terrazzo Italian style tiles in kitchen. Two level with main foyer, master bedroom and private bathroom on upstairs/entry level. Main level/lower level - extra large living room, kitchen, bay side bedroom and main level/area bathroom (no need to go through bedroom to access bathrooms). Condo sleep 6. Laundry washer and dryer in the condo. Central AC and heat.
Building has a free pool and fitness center with sauna and showers. Fitness center has a variety of equipment and has a picture window the entire length of the fitness center that faces the ocean. You can enjoy watching the surf while you exercise. Fitness Center also has men's and women's showers.
Free outside pool. The pool has a glass enclosure over it so you can enjoy the heated pool even in inclement weather.
The condo building is right on the beach. Ocean is less than a 30 second walk out the back door of the building. Two outdoor showers in the back of the building along the path to the beach where you can rise off beach sand. Two elevators in lobby and one service elevator with carts to bring your luggage to condo.
Within a few minutes walking distance from the building are the public library, food markets, Roses department store, specialty shops, the Catholic Church, beer/wine/liquor store, entertainment, and the finest restaurants ocean city has to offer. The Plaza Condominiums and Hotel is located right next door and has an outdoor Tiki Bar is located right next door. They have live music daily at the Tiki Bar. The 99th street area offers much less crowed, cleaner, private beach and very low traffic noise while still being only a 5 minute drive/bus ride from the board walk area and other attractions. Ocean City bus stop is on 99th Street (condo is located on this street). You can purchase an all day ride ticket for a very small fee and avoid the hassle of parking in the crowed areas near the board walk. The bus OC bus stops in front of the building every 15 minutes.
Renters must bring their own bed, kitchen and bath linens, and personal hygiene items.
I provide blankets & pillows, dish washer detergent, hand dish washing soap, pot scrubbers, coffee filters, paper towels, diner napkins, trash bags, facial tissues, pump hand soap, and toilet paper. .
I DO NOT USE THE VRBO STANDARD RENTAL AGREEMENT. MY SPECIFIC RENTAL AGREEMENT IS PROVIDED AS AN ATTACHMENT ON THE VRBO LISTING.
BUILDING STRICT RULES - SMOKE FREE BUILDING TO INCLUDE INSIDE THE CONDOS. CONDO MANAGEMENT PROHIBITS PETS OF ANY TYPE. UNDERAGE DRINKING IS PROHIBITED AND STRICTLY ENFORCED BY MANAGEMENT WHO WILL IMMEDIATELY CONTACT POLICE IF UNDERAGE DRINKING IS SUSPECTED IN THE CONDOS OR ANY PLACE IN OR AROUND THE BUILDING. POLICE WILL ALSO BE CONTACTED FOR LOUDNESS OR BEHAVIOR THAT DISTURBS THE PEACE AND QUIET OF OTHERS IN THE BUILDING.
Need to Know: (1) Building Managers/Homeowners Association prohibits owners from renting to individuals less than 30 years of age. Renters may not bring any animal into the building. Rentals are for 7 nights with arrival on Saturday and departure the following Saturday. I do not accept rentals for less than 7 days or arrival and departure on any other dates than Saturday through Saturday. Absolute maximum number of rental guests is limited to 6 people. Children and infants are included in this maximum total of rental guests. Condo is not suitable for infants or toddlers. The condo is on the 25th floor of the building. The balcony railings are low enough that a child could climb over it; the spaces between the railing bars are wide enough that an infant or toddler could climb through them and fall to the ground.
