Nuestra 1,450 Sq. ambiente agradable y relajado de pies condominio cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar. El gran balcón con acceso desde el salón y el dormitorio principal. Su exposición norte ofrece vistas laterales
del Golfo de México y el canal entre la costa.
Nuestro complejo cuenta con su propio muelle privado de pesca en el océano,
prístina playa de arena blanca, una piscina climatizada grande frente al mar (siempre mantiene a 82 º. durante el invierno), y el jacuzzi. Escucha el sonido del mar mientras se prepara la cena en la zona de barbacoa, con sus mesas de Tiki. Relajarse y disfrutar de las hermosas puestas de sol.
Estamos a pocos minutos del paso de Juan, y cerca de la playa de Clearwater,
donde se pueden encontrar restaurantes, tiendas y deportes acuáticos.
Estamos ubicados a 13 millas al oeste del aeropuerto de St. Pete / Clearwater, y
aprox. 25 millas del aeropuerto internacional de Tampa.

We loved every minute of our vacation at directly on the beach. Everyone that we met was a delight. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Loved having the swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a family beach vacation and would absolutely return in the future.

Great place nice location. Secure and lovely people. Hot tub pool ocean great. Condo was great! Balcony is side view not a straight view of ocean however corner unit so saw the front . Large balcony plusPlace was great thank you !

My family and I throughly enjoyed the stay. The condo was great. Clean and plenty of room. The family loved it. The only down side is the pictures of the pool and private peer are old. The storms in the last years destroyed the peer and is not available. However the pool has been redone and the fence around is still under construstion. Still had full access to the pool. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend.

Great Experience

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our family's needs and the location and ease of beach access was great! Friendly and helpful owner and management staff! We come to the area annually and this was onw of our favorite stays yet!!

Nice unit and very responsive owner

Due to last fall’s hurricane many of the other condos in the area were impacted so we had a late change. The owner of this unit was extremely professional and timely with questions. Condo was clean and comfortable. “Directly on the beach” title for property is very misleading as overlooked the side of a neighboring building.

Excellent Stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo so much! It is spacious and incredibly well appointed. Hector was a great communicator and the front desk staff was awesome! We will definitely stay again!

Great week

We arrived after hours but had no trouble getting our package and getting into the condo. It is spacious, clean and as the photos show. We enjoyed the kitchen, well equiped, during our stay. The issues we had with a tv were quickly resolved as the owner bought and had it replaced with a new large tv and maintenance at the facility is attentive and very nice. We love the Sand Dollar, its location is at the “short walk to the water” end of the stretch of beach and the pier and beach are right outside the gate. We love the less crowded noisy area, yet close to the restaurants and shopping.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time at this property. The location is very convenient to numerous restaurants and is just steps from the beach. The unit is very well stocked with just about anything you would need. There were tons of beach items that we were able to borrow which saved us from needing to bring or purchase our own. We ran into a minor hiccup with a broken microwave but I only mention it to give props to the owner Hector and the staff at the office. Hector ordered a new microwave right away and the front office staff were kind enough to let us borrow a tabletop unit while we waited for the new one to be installed. We would absolutely look to stay here again when we come back to the area!

Sand Dollar Exceptional Place to Stay

My 2 adult daughters, 5 grandchildren ages 5-13, and myself had a wonderful stay at the Sand Dollar. This is our first time staying here. The place was clean, secure, and quiet. Loved that the beach is right by the pool and shopping was close by. Would happily recommend it to everyone.

Very Nice Stay

We had a great vacation at this condo. Great location, right on the beach and close to Tampa & Clearwater for non-beach activities. The toddlers loved the sand toys avaliable for use by tenants. The on-site property management is a helpful benefit. We had a couple small maintenance issues that were quickly resolved by the on-site property management & maintenance crew.

Family spring break vacation

This place was so nice. My grandkids loved every second in the warm pool. The staff was nice enough to let my youngest daughter have a key to the pool bathrooms and lay by the pool because she got there before the rest of us. They also kept her luggage behind the desk when we all left her flight was late so they let her enjoy the pool til it time to leave for the airport. Wish the weather was a bit warmer but all in all we all had a great time

Superb Condo

Our stay at this condo was amazing. It was extremely spacious and all items needed in the kitchen and bedrooms was available. The host was exceptional and very very helpful with our arrival because we came in late. I would highly recommend this condo to familie groups . The location on the beach was amazing as well as the pool area ! Will rebook next year for sure !

Great Location

Nice roomy condo. Just steps to the beach and many restaraunts close by. Although the weather wasn't typical for Florida we still had a great time on the beach!

Our home is in Norther New Jersey but our hearts are in Indian Shores, we have 2 wonderful children and 2 precious dogs.
The moment we first saw our condo and this beautiful complex we fell in love and bought it. We know you will also have a GREAT TIME here.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Since the moment we first visit Indian Shores we fell in love with the beach, area and the people. For over a year we search for a place that will be different from most vacation condos. The moment we found this place we both fell in love with it. The large spacious condo, the ocean front heated pool and Jacuzzi, and picnic area. Centrally located to activities and shopping, but quiet and relaxing, and most of all the only private complex with our private pier on the Gulf. Most of all the white powder sandy beach and amazing sunsets.

Large Heated ocean front pool and large Jacuzzi. A picnic area facing the ocean with Tiki tables and 5 BBQ's grills. Beach volley ball court and Cabana rentals. Lets not forget the only complex with it's own private pier in the Gulf.
