Awesome View

Easy access to the beach and insane ocean views right from the back deck. It was pretty cool watching cruise ships pass by. Dogs are allowed on the beach as well which made us pick this location over others.

Great location and lovely view

Very private backyard with lovely view and short path to the beach. We spent a lot of time hanging on the back deck, watching birds and listening to the waves. The interior decor is super cute with a beach vibe. It was perfect for two couples including one in their 80’s. The highlight was watching a rocket launch from the backyard. It flew right past us! Great trip!

Beautiful view and great location.

We enjoyed the beautiful view and the great location. The house was welcoming and comfortable. The back deck was awesome. The little extras like coffee pods and the games were very much appreciated. Due to the age of the home, the bathrooms were small with very limited counter space and older features, which did create minor issues with comfort. We were able to adapt. Overall, we had a great time.

Terrific property

We stayed here just before Thanksgiving, and it was perfect! The outdoor space was great for watching sunrises and sunsets over the water, and we were just a few steps from the beach. The area was quiet, yet we were still close to restaurants and shopping. The house was just as described. I’d definitely stay there again.

A great home and property manager!

The property manager was beyond communicative. The home was nice and had more than enough for what we needed. They also provided the things that others tend to scrimp on- TP, PT, extra sheets, towels, dishwasher and washing pods. Nice washer and dryer. Right on the beach. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Beach weekend

We had a great time! The house is right on the beach, it’s a beautiful place to be with family and friends. My toddler absolutely LOVED walking out on the beach everyday. I would highly recommend staying here! The host is very responsive. We were delayed by 1 day due to a hurricane, but the host communicated with us the entire time. I hope we can stay again sometime :)

We will return....

Property was clean. There should be more useable, normal glassware or plastic drinking cups available because what we located were not conducive for drinking typical beverages or water. Box fans are in one of bedroom closets and found them the day of departure. We could have used them during the entire stay as the heat of the day really taxed the air conditioning unit and it was humid and stuffy in the house. The location is ideal and access to the beach was easy and very useable. Beach was very clean.

Dream location

This property is perfectly located on cocoa beach. Not only is it right on the beach (30 second walk from the back porch), it’s also only a 3-10 minute drive to all restaurants, grocery stores, etc that you need. It was perfect. Anebel was wonderful to communicate with. There was a problem with the a/c the first night and she rectified the problem immediately. Her responses were always very prompt. In her garage, she had a couple of beach chairs, several beach towels, beach toys, blanket and umbrella. It can get a bit stuffy due to the Florida humidity, but don’t worry, we found at least 4 fans in the closets of the beach house. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay right on Cocoa Beach.

Perfect!

This beach house was perfect for my family of 7! We love the beach. There are some minor updates that could be made to keep the house updated but nothing out of the usual for the wear and tear of the sand. The beds could use updating. We loved the outdoor shower and patio to sit out on when the sun was setting. It was also great location, 1 hour to Disney!

Fantastic Location

Can't beat this location. The ocean is literally steps from from the house. It's also conveniently located within a few minutes of restaurants, grocery and family fun. Not sure if this is standard for the area, but there was next to no one at the beach during our stay, which was in mid June. At most there were 4-6 people within 100 yards of us. So it was very nice to have the ocen essentially to ourselves. The house was stocked a variety of things with a huge selection of beach toys. Some areas of the house would benefit from a few updates, but the house was very nice, overall. Again, a great play to stay. It served us well after the craziness of a few days at Disney.

Short but oh so sweet beach vacation

This was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the beach/ocean/views after a busy week celebrating my sister’s wedding and visiting Disney World. Anebel was so kind, hospitable, and accommodating. We felt right at home but also in awe of the views - especially from right outside the back door. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the back patio when we weren’t at the beach. Speaking of the beach, my kids loved all the beach toys we were able to borrow from the house and the adults loved the outdoor shower at the house that we were able to use to clean off the kids and ourselves after each beach visit. This house was all we hoped it would be and more!

Oceans views and close to adventure

The house is just as described and the photos are accurate. My small family enjoyed the private walkway to the beach….its literally steps away. The garage was overflowing with beach toys, beach towels, boogie boards and a large umbrella. First house that I have stayed in that had a fully stocked linen closet so it was nice to have the option to grab a blanket to curl up on the couch in the evenings or use an extra towel or two. Kitchen had a great assortment of dishes, utensils and spices. We had pizza delivered one night and Publix was less than 3 miles away. We saw a rocket take off once while visiting Kennedy Space Center and a second one from the beach of this home. Talk about making memories. I highly recommend this home for a nice chill family vacation.

Cute 50’s era house

Cute 50’s era house right on the beach and very quiet. Our only issue was handicap accessibility wasn’t as easy as anticipated. This wouldn’t deter us from coming back with my Aunt but we would be better prepared.

Great family beach trip!

This property is great! The host had great communication, the house had an awesome location, with plenty of amenities. Our stay with four adults and one toddler was comfortable for everyone. Beach toys/supplies were available to help everyone enjoy their time on the sand and in the water.
