Great Snowbird Property-Book now, 1st Floor Luau 11

This lockout unit (2 bedrooms) is very close to parking and the pool area for ultimate convenience. The gym is also right down the hall from the unit. The Pool area does not impact quietness of this unit. Kids can have their own area to call their own here or 2 couples is great also! The unit has a private patio for each unit of the lockouts (2 patios).
The Bar-B-Que area is also right outside the unit and has a new Pagoda for newly designed bar-b-que area to shield from the sun.

Convenient first floor, access code was easy, good instructions on parking, convenient to nice pool, having the two king beds was a key need for the two families. Host provided instructions are clear and useful. 3 TV's so folks can chose what they want to watch during football season.

We played in a golf tournament at Sand Destin. This location is perfect for golf, Beach, Pool, Covered parking also.

The best time

This is my 2nd time staying at this property! We love the location, the amenities, and the convenience of this property. We had the best time. Paul is a wonderful host!

Paul is an outstanding host and one of the best units in the Luau. 1st floor corner unit with easy access to parking deck and elevators. The pool and hot tub area is very nice. A short walk to the beach. A great vacation spot!!

Absolutely Perfect

My family and I have been going to the Fort Walton-Destin area for 30 years and Paul was the most accommodating Host I have ever had. It was like renting from a friend. Everything listed is spot on. Unit has plenty of room, fully furnished kitchen even had spices and it’s literally 2 units with beds as comfortable as your own which is hard to find, beautiful beach and water. Room is steps from grill, fitness center and pool. Great area with close proximity to Publix, Walmart, Doughnut Hole and one of our favorites Ocean Club Restaurant (early bird special @ 5:00 pm. Don’t miss this very affordable unit, you won’t regret it!

Family vacation

We stayed for a week in June. The property was just as described. It was a quick walk to the beach and very close to everything we needed. It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. We would love to come back in the future!

Great place to stay

The Luau is a great place to stay. Easy walk to the beach. Safe, family environment. Can’t wait to come back to the beach next year. Will stay at the Luau again.

Very relaxing

We really enjoyed the property, however the cleaning crew wasn’t as thorough and most and we found strawberry stems on the back of the couch. Overall the unit was clean though.

Womderful place

The condo was exactly has described, was clean and ready to go. Paul was easy to communicate with and made the process very easy. Was very pleased with our stay and look forward to staying in his unit again.

The location of the condo was great! Short walk to the beach and the pool was awesome. The condo was very spacious and is located on the first floor which was very convenient. Will definitely be back!

Great Start unfortunate finish

Location is great for our family on the first floor and easy access to the grills which we used every night. Paul was quick to reach out and easy to work with. We had a closer we couldn’t use do to water issues but no worries we rolled with it. Unfortunately the washer leaked while we were there and my daughter and I tried to fix but it was temporary. Paul was understanding and tried to help. Where I was disappointed was after checkout we were charged 65 for furniture to be moved back. Apparently two different pieces of furniture but no explanation of what it was. We did move to outdoor furniture do to the strong winds blowing cushions and chairs. We put them with the other furniture which had a wall that blocked the wind. Again Paul was easy to chat with and understanding but the washer breaking and us trying to fix and than be charged the fee was a little frustrating.

Great location

We were right within walking distance to the pool and the beach. We had a great time on spring break. Whenever I needed to call or text Paul he was quick to respond. We will return to this location.

I'm a Louisiana Native and LSU fan! My family and I love to come visit this beautiful coastline during the summer and throughout the year. Great get away to have. I'm very happy and blessed to have this Luau unit.

Convenience is the key word here. park within steps of the unit (it's on the first floor) and when you are ready to bar-b-que its' right off of your patio area. This is a newly totally redone Bar-B-que area with a Pagoda. Also the pool will take about a 30-40 second walk down the hall, out the door and about 40 steps over to the Waterfall pool area! This is also rented together with 2 separate units with front doors to each unit and sharing a foyer when coming into the unit. The work out facility is literally about 25 ft down the hall from your front door! no excuses!!
