Dormitorio principal con cama queen y baño en suite. El segundo dormitorio tiene literas NUEVAS (dos camas individuales en la parte superior, Full en la parte inferior y una cama nido extraíble de tamaño Twin) y la habitación familiar tiene un sofá cama Queen. Instalaciones de tenis de clase mundial que constan de 34 canchas, 12 Har-tru y 6 cubiertas, todas a 1 minuto a pie de la puerta principal. Sea Colony tiene una de las mejores clínicas de tenis / programas de campamentos en la costa este, clasificado 4to en mejor valor por la revista Tennis Magazine. Hay 11 piscinas, 2 cubiertas, con una piscina al aire libre a 30 segundos a pie de la puerta principal. Sea Colony mantiene su propia playa privada solo para propietarios, huéspedes e inquilinos. Great condo, convenient location to pool and beach tram within Sea Colony! Also love how it backs up to woods so you get both beach and back to nature vibe. Very clean and well kept, great communication with owners. Will be back.

A great unit in Sea Colony near the tennis center

Well-furnished unit in super-convenient location. The WiFi was excellent. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms looked newly upgraded. We didn’t get a chance to use the 3 bikes but we enjoyed the deck.

Our check-in and check-out was seamless. The condo was spotless. There is strong WiFi and you can stream movies. The location is a stone’s throw from an outdoor pool, a few blocks from an indoor pool, and a short tram ride, walk, or bike ride to the beach. This is our second time in this condo, and we are already looking forward to returning.

Great location in Sea Colony

This is second time we have rented the unit and very happy with the accommodations. It is across from a pool and next to tennis center center and easy walk to shops.

Wonderful property and host

We had a wonderful time. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Responses were quick and helpful. Highly rated. We got beach and cabin vibes at the same time with the trees in the yard. It was lovely.

Great rental

Perfect location for our first time at Sea Colony, 2 tram stops right at the corner and a nice little pool steps away. Short walk to the fitness center. Plenty of room for the 3 of us (one teenager 2 adults). Very clean and well equipped and communication was prompt and helpful. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect!

Perfect location next to the Freeman Fitness Center and West Lake Activity Center with a neighborhood pool a few feet from the front door. The beach is a short trolley ride or ten minute walk/five minute bike ride away. Place was very clean and comfortable. Smart TV where you can sign in to a Netflix, Disney, etc. My family of four (kids aged 7 and 9) fit very comfortably. We look forward to returning next year!

Perfect for Family of 4

Our family of four—myself (m45), wife (f45), and two children (b10, g11)—had a wonderful week-long stay at this property. Location within the Sea Colony “tennis side” was quite fine with us. There is a nice pool steps from front door. But we woke early and drove the 3 mins to the towers on the beach side to park and spend most of our days there. Also took the tram there a couple times. Very easy. Property owners were very responsive to our questions and great to work/communicate with. Though the property inside is a touch dated, we enjoyed our stay and had a great home base with everything we needed for the week.

Great stay and outstanding location!

We (myself and a number of teens) stayed at this property for a full week and had a great time! The unit is very clean, spacious, and is well-equipped with most anything you need (i.e., the kitchen is fully stocked with eating and cooking utensils, there's a washer & dryer, you can use two bikes, etc.). You do need to bring your own sheets & towels (blankets and pillows are provided) and shampoo/conditioner & body soap. The location is fantastic: easily walkable to the Sea Colony private beach (10-15 minutes max) but you can also take the tram (there's a stop a minute walk away), there are a number of pools close by including one across the parking lot from the unit, and the big tennis complex is just next door. And you can easily get to the Bethany Beach boardwalk by either walking (I'd guess it's a half hour walk), driving (a few minutes), or taking the tram and walking. The teens were able to easily get around without me driving them everywhere, and it seemed safe for them to be out at night on their own. The host is super responsive (I had a lot of questions!), check-in was a breeze because he communicated everything beforehand, and information about the unit was readily available on the kitchen counter. I would definitely stay again if we head to the Delaware beaches. P.S. There's an extra $50/person activity fee that you need to pay to Sea Colony directly (when you check in) for use of their facilities.

Very nice

We enjoyed our stay in this condo at Sea Colony. The home was clean, communication with the owner was open, check in and check out were simple, and best of all was the location in Sea Colony. We enjoyed using the tram and bus to get to the beach and also enjoyed using the indoor and outdoor pools in the neighborhood.

Lovely Condo

Everything was exactly as described. The hosts were easy to reach and a pleasure to deal with. The location was great, even in the off season (late September) there was plenty to do and no crowds. We especially enjoyed the private beach, tennis courts and bike paths. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Only complaint is the mattresses and pillows weren't good for us. Would stay again though.

Super cute and comfy

We rent a lot at Sea Colony and this was, by far, the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Not even a dust bunny under the bed. Vacuum in the closet to help keep it this way, which I appreciated having access too, especially with my children around! The furniture was comfortable and enough pieces to accommodate us, the living room was our favorite spot! All the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were perfectly organized, with everything you could need at your fingertips… including a small spice rack. Pool directly across the parking lot from condo and perfect short walk location between 2 tram stops, which we love to ride around in for fun. Make sure to bring your own sheets and towels, I had not realized this, although now we have them for future use in rentals 😉 This didn’t look like just a rental, it looked like it was well loved and maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cute place with conveniences

Place was cute and clean, and Sea colony is convenient and good for families. Air conditioning wasn’t working for first day we arrived, and we had to move to a hotel for the first night because it wasn’t safe because it was over 90 degrees. Communication around fixing, accommodating alternatives and refund was not ideal. Ultimately I was partially reimbursed by the owner for the lost night, which I appreciated. The rest of our stay there was good, thankfully!

The HVAC has a minor problem which went bad on Sat 7/5 at about 4 pm . After the call I had it repaired by 7 pm which on a holiday weekend was very fast . I reimbursed the guest a full days rent and they DID not stay at a hotel . They were extremely unreasonable and wanted it fixed immediately
