The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. This magnificent apartment is located on the sixth floor, with elevator, has an area of 200 square meters and consists of a large living room with beautiful view and balconies, dining room with kitchen, 4 large bedrooms (three with queen size beds mattress 190x160cm; one with one bed for one and half (190x120cm) and one single bed 190x90cm). All rooms are illuminated by large windows. There is a queen size sofabed in the living room. The furnitures are luxurious and the house is unique, with a wonderful view and very quiet. Five Stars Are Not Enough!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. A group of seven friends shared this lovely furnished and well equipped apartment for an eleven day stay in Roma. From initial booking, Francesco provided all necessary information and details about our stay in a prompt and professional manner. He offered and arranged our transportation with a large Mercedes passenger van both upon arrival and departure from FCO, which was perfect. Our driver Mario was prompt and courteous. The fare was very reasonable.

The apartment itself is stunning, clean, modern and well equipped. It's on the 6th floor (with a lift) and every single window and bedroom in this apartment has a small balcony that offers stunning views in every direction. There was nothing that we lacked during our stay, including small details like umbrellas, travel guides, maps, toiletries, a welcome bottle of italian wine and a fresh box of Nespresso pods for a cup of espresso upon arrival. And in this day of modern technology, which is always a concern, the in house wi-fi connection was flawless. We were made to feel like we were staying with good friends.

Location is EVERYTHING with this apartment. It is safe, secure and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops galore. The nearest Metro (Barberini) is a quick two block walk. You have several ATM's literally across the street and a wonderful, fully stocked supermarket (Coop) less than a block from your doorstep. We walked most everywhere with the exception of visiting The Vatican. If you want to venture outside of Rome, Termini (the train station) is a short walk or two stops away on the Metro. We took a train one day to the charming little wine town of Frascati and a couple in our group made a day trip to Florence on the train. All in all, this apartment couldn't be in a better location to take advantage of experiencing this beautiful city.

In summary, if you are looking at other apartments for your trip to Roma, stop. Book this place right now. You will have no regrets and won't be treated any better. Many thanks to Francesco and Assunta for making our stay so perfect and memorable. Alla prossima, i miei amici, Ciao!

Sooo comfortable and convenient!

  • 5 of 5

Do not hesitate to consider this apartment when in Rome. It is in a fabulous location and convenient. Close to many attractions, it feels as if you are in a friendly neighborhood. . The layout of the apartment is great as each bedroom and bath have a very private feeling. The balconies are an added plus as it was nice to be able to check the temperature before starting the day. Also, the elevator is another benefit. And Francesco is so professional and available for any questions. A real secure feeling he provides during the reservation process. Clean, comfortable and fully equipped...even with welcoming waters and wine!

We arrived for a 5 night stay. originally 4 couples, but one cancelled, we enjoyed even more space in an already spacious environment. Rooms and storage were comfortable, as was the bedding. Bathrooms provided basic amenities, but be advised that any additional items (extra t.p., soap,) needs to be purchased. A/C worked GREAT in each room, public space could handle 10+. The 6th floor corner location and multiple balconies provided beautiful views of the area. It is located midway between piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain. No complaints and the price, when divided 4 ways, was very reasonable. The rental team were easy to work with. All 3 couples give a resounding thumbs up to this space for couples, families or even small executive retreat.

When in Roma...stay here

  • 5 of 5

Property was clean and location was perfect for our stay in Rome prior to sailing on our cruise. We had a large group of family members to accommodate and this apartment was perfect. We needed assistance with making arrangements for transporting the group a couple of times and Francesco was wonderful at helping us get where we needed to go. He was also very careful to explain how everything worked before leaving us on our own to explore.

Groceries and other necessities were close at hand and there is a good Gelatto place right down the block.

Only problem we encountered is finding out the route to our Hop-on-hop off tour package with Omnia. Their bus stops were several blocks away from the apartment, but we finally figured out how to use them the last day.

Neighborhood restaurants were wonderful and we enjoyed strolling through the nearby sights and streets.

Thank you, Thank you ,Thank you for your gracious help during our stay!

Perfect Apartment in Perfect Location

  • 5 of 5

This apartment and location could not have been better for us. It is exactly what is advertised. Plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarket, pharmacy and cafes. Also in the perfect location to see all the sights of Rome. I was very impressed by the information sent prior to our arrival in Rome, and all questions and any little concerns we had were answered quickly and in detail. While in Rome we had a problem with a curtain and the response to our call was immediate, cannot fault the service we received it was 1st class. We would certainly recommend this apartment.
